Pengaruh Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Bahari Internasional Mandiri Medan
This aim is to find out the Effect of Occupational Safety and Health and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at PT Bahari Internasional Mandiri Medan. The sampling technique used is the total sampling method because the population in this company is 51 people. The analysis technique used is descriptive method and quantitative method. The results of this study indicate that the variable occupational safety and health (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Bahari Internasional Mandiri Medan Job satisfaction variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Bahari Internasional Mandiri Medan and the variables of occupational safety and health and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Bahari International Mandiri Medan
The Effect of Employee Competence on Increasing Employee Motivation in Sumut Bank of Sharia Unit, North Sumatera
This study aims to analyze the effect of employee competence on increasing employee motivation in Sumut Bank of Sharia Unit, North Sumatera. This research uses descriptive and verification methods. The place of research was conducted at Sumut Bank of Sharia Unit, North Sumatera. Considering the nature of this research is descriptive and verification, the research method used is descriptive survey and explanatory survey method. The type of investigation in this research is causality, which is testing the causal relationship between independent variables, intervening variables, moderating variables and dependent variables. The unit of analysis in this study is the employees at Sumut Bank of Sharia Unit, North Sumatera. The result shows that Competence in Sumut Bank of Sharia Unit, North Sumatera is perceived as poor to good. The highest average value is an indicator of the ability of employees to express narratives, meaning that employees actually have the ability to carry out their duties but are still not optimal. Nevertheless there are still some weaknesses in the indicator of the ability of employees to holistically look at problems in their lives. The experts also agree with the findings of researchers, and said competence still dominates important factors in the banking business, even sharia bank employees need to have special competencies.</jats:p
Pengaruh Kompetensi Guru dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru SMK Swasta Wira Jaya Tanjung Morawa
The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the effect of teacher competence and work motivation on teacher performance at Wira Jaya Tanjung Morawa Private Vocational School. The population and sample in this study were 30 people. Data collection techniques used interviews, questionnaires, documentation studies, and literature studies. The data analysis techniques used are data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear analysis and hypothesis tests. The results of this study show that partially (t-test) Teacher Competence has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Wira Jaya Tanjung Morawa Private Vocational Teachers, and Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Wira Jaya Tanjung Morawa Private Vocational Teachers. The results of simultaneous significant testing (F-test) of Teacher Competence and Work Motivation have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Teachers of Private Vocational Schools Wira Jaya Tanjung Morawa. The Influence of Organizational Culture on Increasing Employee Motivation in Sumut Bank of Sharia Unit, North Sumatera
This study wants to describe the influence of organizational culture on increasing employee motivation in Sumut Bank of sharia unit, North Sumatera. This research uses descriptive and verification methods. The place of research was conducted at Sumut Bank of Sharia Unit in North Sumatera. Considering the nature of this research is descriptive and verification, the research method used is descriptive survey and explanatory survey method. The type of investigation in this research is causality, which is testing the causal relationship between independent variables, intervening variables, moderating variables and dependent variables. The unit of analysis in this study is the employees at the North Sumatra Syariah Unit Bank in North Sumatra. The result shows that Organizational Culture on Increasing Employee Motivation in Sumut Bank of Sharia Unit, North Sumaterais perceived as less powerful to very strong. The highest average value on management indicators supports strengthening organizational culture, meaning that management always improves organizational culture as a support of the company's goals.</jats:p
Pengaruh Beban Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai
This research aims to find out how much influence the workload and job satisfaction carried out at the Serdang Bedagai Regency Transportation Service have on employee performance. This research method is quantitative and the technique used in sampling is a sampling technique where the entire population is used as a sample with a total of 79 respondents . The data source uses primary data, namely questionnaires, and secondary data obtained from interviews and literature studies. The data was processed using SPSS version 20. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with the formula Y = a + b1 + X1 + b2 f test. The results of research using t statistic show that the workload variable (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee performance (Y), namely the value obtained is t-count t-table (3.545 2.213) with a significant level of 0.001 0.05 and the Job Satisfaction variable ( X2) partially has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, namely the value of tcount ttable (2,443 2.213) with a significant level of 0.17 0.05. The results of the F test for the variables Workload (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) can be concluded that the variables Workload (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y), namely that the value Fcount Ftable ( 12,570 3.11) with a significance level of 0.01 0.0
Pengaruh Pandemi, Restrukturisasi, Dan Pinjaman Agunan Terhadap Kepuasan Pengusaha Mikro PT Pegadaian Cabang Pringgan
This study was conducted at Pt Pegadaian Pringgan Branch. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the pandemic, restructuring and collateral loans on the satisfaction of microentrepreneurs at PT. Pringgan Branch Pawnshop. The approach in this study is a quantitative approach. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive research. The population was 250 personnel employees and the sample was 71 personnel employees. Sampling technique Using Simple Random Samplin. Data collection using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression análisis. The conclusion of this study states that the pandemic has a significant effect on the satisfaction of micro entrepreneurs fostered by PT Pegadaian where the Sig value is < 0.05. Restructuring significantly affect the satisfaction of micro entrepreneurs fostered by PT Pegadaian where the value of GIS <0.05. Collateral loans have a significant effect on the satisfaction of micro entrepreneurs fostered by PT Pegadaian where the Sig value is < 0.05. Simultaneously with the pandemic, restructuring and collateral loans had a significant effect on the satisfaction of microentrepreneurs fostered by PT Pegadaian, where the Sig value was < 0.05. Adjusted value of RSquare is 0.733 or 73.30%, meaning that the research variables contribute greatly in explaining the satisfaction of micro entrepreneurs fostered by Pt Pegadaian at 73.30% while the remaining 26.70% is influenced by other factors outside this study.

This research was conducted at PT. Aido Nauli Sibolga which is engaged in retail, where the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work motivation, job rotation, and compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Aido Nauli Sibolga either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study amounted to 58 employees, so the samples taken were all employees of PT. Aido Nauli Sibolga because the population is less than 100 people. The analysis technique used is descriptive method and quantitative method using the SPSS 20.0 analysis tool. The results of this research simultaneously work motivation, job rotation, and compensation variables have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. AidoNauli Sibolga
The Analysis of Quality of Work Life and Work Achievement in Department of Agriculture Simalungun Regency
In fact, the work performance of employees does not match the expectations of an agency, and they still encounter low employee performance. As a result of low employee performance, the impact on agency productivity decreases and cannot meet the targets set by the agency, so that the agency suffers losses and experiences obstacles in its development. Meanwhile, for employees who have low work performance, it will hinder the career development and income of the employee.Descriptive analysis is a research method that provides an overview regarding situations and events so that this method intends to Base data accumulation applies.From the results of the analysis with the number of respondents as many as 63 people, the following conclusions are drawn: 1) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Simalungun Regency Agriculture Office. 2) Leaders are expected to improve the promotion appraisal system based on performance and work results. 3) Maintaining the current good condition of employees, who are able to work hard to get awards, a well-developed family atmosphere and an interesting and challenging work atmosphere has been created.</jats:p
Pelatihan Wirausaha pada Siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 1 Dolok Masihul untuk Meningkatkan Pengetahuan dan Motivasi Berwirausaha
Background: Daya penggerak dalam diri seseorang untuk melakukan aktivitas berwirausaha demi tujuan wirausaha merupakan definisi dari motivasi berwirausaha. Wirausaha bukan hanya dunianya orang dewasa, tapi juga menjadi bagian dari dunia anak remaja. Remaja yang mengenal dunia wirausaha sejak dini, akan memperoleh manfaat untuk bekal masa depan kelak. Di usia yang masih remaja, belajar menumbuhkan jiwa wirausaha menjadi pribadi yang kreatif. Kreativitas yang terlatih menjadi modal utama produktivitas dan kemandirian anak setelah dewasa. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan kewirausahaan sebagai peluang bisnis bagi generasi milenial yang mandiri dan mampu menciptakan kreativitas dan inovasi. Metode: Pengabdian dilakukan dengan cara Penyuluhan dan Diskusi atau Tanya jawab. Hasil: Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah siswa memiliki motivasi berwirausaha, mulai dari merencanakan sebuah bisnis atau usaha, peluang dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam berwirausaha. Kesimpulan: Siswa yang memiliki motivasi berwirausaha yang tinggi melahirkan nilai produktif dan kreatif dalam berwirausaha. Melalui diskusi dan Tanya jawab, siswa memahami solusi dari tantangan yang dihadapi dalam menjalankan usaha.</jats:p
Implementation of String Matching Algorithm in Customer Data PT. PLN (Persero) Krueng Geukueh District
Abstract
According with the development of information technology and the expand of the internet in the community, the need for computers is very important to support the increasingly high utilization of information technology. Processing data and information requires speed and accuracy of data, to achieve it, it is requires an information technology that can support work so the work becomes more effective and efficient. PT. PLN (Persero) Krueng Geukueh District is a company that runs in the area of electricity and provides services to the community in the provision of services related to electricity, which has a large number of customers. The process of managing customer data at PT. PLN (Persero) Krueng Geukueh District has used a customer data system, but still has a disadvantage of requiring more time in searching customer data, to solving this problem, the author designed the development of the system using the string matching algorithm method, which is one of the most important parts in various processes related to data and text types, one of which is the search for words in customer data. The performance of the string matching algorithm is to match a letters per letter with the keywords given by the staff. The results of this study indicate that by using this method, searching for customer data can be easier. With the development of this system, it is expected that staff or admin in the company can do the work more effectively and efficiently.</jats:p
