This research has a title the Repertoire of Farmer's Movement: a Study about the Opposition of Farmers against PTPN VII Unit Usaha Cinta Manis in the village of Rengas, the sub-district of Payamaran, the regency of Ogan Ilir, South Sumatera. This research focuses on the change of the movement and the relation of the effort's goal achievement. The form of the opposition movement in Rengas is developing the repertoire of opposition movement and committing the change of the action to interacton be contention period. Through the analysis of periodical, this research can describe the progress from the fist process of the structure development and the expansion of the movement structure until the action of the movement structure's change after the massive reclamation is committed. The method of this research uses qualitative approach of case studies and cause. This approach intends to rationalism, social reality, politic, and culture. Besides, the choosing of single case study method is research strategy that helps the researcher to investigate a program, phenomenon, activity, process, and individual group accurately. The case is limited by the time and the type where the researcher can accumulate the information completely and measurably

Dinamika Kelas Sosial Masyarakat Di Kesultanan Palembang Darussalam Pada Masa Transisi

Stratification and social class are two different things but are very often used interchangeably. Class has a narrower meaning than social stratification. if class is more specific then stratification has a broader meaning because it refers more to the division of a group of people or society at their respective levels. And this belongs to the layers that exist in society. Something similar like this of course also happened to the people of the Sultanate of Palembang Darusslam. Moreover, Palembang has a strategic location which makes its port so that it can be said to be in the international arena which makes traders from outside also come. So it does not rule out if the European nation is interested in both agricultural products and areas from Palembang. This research tries to be able to better explain the social conditions that existed in society during the Palembang Darussalam sultanate during the transition period to be precise. So the researchers hope that this can be a way of knowing more about the history of the Palembang Darussalam sultanate in transition and also being one of the categories of preservation of Palembang historyStratifikasi dan kelas sosial ialah dua hal yang berbeda tetapi sangat tidak jarang digunakan secara bergantian. Kelas mempunyai arti yang lebih sempit dibanding dengan stratifikasi sosial . jika kelas lebih spesifik maka stratifikasi mempunyai arti yang lebih luas karena ia lebih merujuk kepada pembagian sekelompok orang atau masyarakat pada masing-masing tingkatan mereka. Dan ini tergolong kedalam lapisan-lapisan yang ada dimasyarakat. Hal serupa seperti ini tentu juga terjadi pada masyarakat kesultanan Palembang darusslam. Terlebih Palembang mempunyai letak wilayah yang strategis yang membuat pelabuhannya hingga dapat dikatakan dalam rancah internasional yang membuat pedagang-pedagang dari luar juga ikut berdatangan. Maka tidak menutup kemungkinan jika bangsa eropa tertarik dengan baik hasil bumi ataupun wilyah dari Palembang. Penelitian ini mencoba supaya dapat lebih menjelaskan keadaan sosial yang ada pada masyarakat pada masa kesultanan Palembang Darussalam yang terjadi saat mas transisi tepatnya. Sehingga di harapkan peneliti bahwa ini dapat menjadi salah satu bentuk cara supata lebih mengetahui tentang sejarah kesultanan Palembang Darussalam pada transisi dan juga dapat menjadi salah satu kategori pelestarian sejarah Palemban

ISLAM DAN KESEJAHTERAAN MASYARAKAT : SIASAT USAHA PEDAGANG KAKI LIMA DENGAN PEMANFAATAN HUBUNGAN KOMUNITAS MUSLIM

The main subject of this research that is; Streer traders  form a community and use it as a business tactics that make an important contribution to the value of their welfare. Including this section of research is to explain in depth the pattern of Muslim street traders community relationships and forms of community use as a business tactic. With the theory of parson structural functionalism in assisting with the social network theory of Luhkmanns and the value exchange theory of Homas, the framing of the relationship between the Muslim street traders community relationship with the value of benefit and welfare value is used to explain the activities of the social system and the daily activities of the street vendors. The results showed that the community of Muslim street vendors in the market Suak Bato Palembang as a form to respond challenging responses of uncertain market life both in terms of price stability and supply of merchandise. Relevance with the teachings of Islam shows a variety of practices and also related to the awareness of street vendors and the environment around him. Islamic narration practiced by Muslim street vendors among others; sincere behavior, keeping merchandise halal, barakah behavior, honest and fair and open behavior in scales

Politik Kebudayaan Zuriat Kiyai Marogan Dalam Mempertahankan Nilai-Nilai Budaya Di Pulau Kemaro

Kajian ini membahas tentang kebijakan budaya keturunan Kiyai Marogan dalam menjaga nilai-nilai budaya Pulau Kemaro sebagai bentuk pencegahan kepada pemerintah kota palembang yang ingin membangun kawasan tersebut. Tulisan ini juga menguraikan terkait politik pembangunan oleh pemerintah kota palembang yang akan dilakukan di pulau kemaro. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1. Untuk mengetahui bentuk politik keturunan Kiyai Marogan yang mempertahankan nilai-nilai budaya yang ada di Pulau Kemaro. 2. Mengkaji upaya Zuriat Kiyai Marogan dalam memelihara dan melestarikan budaya lokal Pulau Kemaro. Hasil .penelitian. ini menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan zuriat kiyai marogan Dalam menjaga nilai budaya atau melestarikan kembali nilia-nilai kebudayaan di pulau kemaro supaya tidak terjadinya marjinalisasi pembangunan yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah kota palembang yang hanya memutuskan kebijakan sepihak tanpa adanya koordinasi dengan masyarakat setempat dan pemilik tanah, maka orientasi sikap politik dari zuriyat Ki Marogan menunjukkan upaya-upaya dalam mempertahankan kebudayaan dengan Suatu cara yang menekankan hubungan lintas budaya dengan maksud bahwa keberadaan satu budaya harus memperhitungkan keberadaan budaya lain. Hal ini memunculkan ide-ide seperti kesetaraan, toleransi dan saling menghormati. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi sumber informasi bagi mahasiswa khususnya program studi Politik Islam UIN Raden Fatah Palembang dan seluruh mahasiswa di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan
