PENAMBAHAN POC LIMBAH CAIR TAHU TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN CAISIM (Brassica juncea L.) VARIETAS SHINTA PADA HIDROPONIK SISTEM WICK
Caisim (Brassica juncea L.) merupakan tanaman yang banyak digemari dikalangan masyarakat Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan Pupuk Organik Cair (POC) limbah cair tahu terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanamancaisim (Brassica juncea L.) varietas Shinta. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di dalam Greenhouse Al-Muhajirin Farm yang terletak di jl. Veteran No. 163 Nagri Kaler, Kecamatan Purwakarta, Kabupaten Purwakarta pada bulan Januari sampai Maret 2022. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimental dengan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktor tunggal. Rancangan yang dilakukan terdiri dari 6 taraf perlakuan yang diulang sebanyak 5 kali. Perlakuan yang dilakukan dalan percobaan ini adalah T0 (Kontrol Positif (AB mix 5 ml/liter air)), T1 (POC limbah cair tahu 200 ml/liter air + 5 ml AB mix/liter air), T2 (POC limbah cair tahu 400 ml/liter air + 5 ml AB mix/liter air), T3 (POC limbah cair tahu 600 ml/liter air + 5 ml AB mix/liter air), T4 (POC limbah cair tahu 800 ml/liter air + 5 ml AB mix/liter air), dan T5 (Kontrol Negatif (POC limbah cair tahu 600 ml/liter air)). Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh nyata penambahan POC limbah cair tahu terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman caisim (Brassica juncea L.) varietas Shinta dengan konsentrasi 200 ml POC limbah cair tahu + 5 ml AB mix pada parameter pengamatan jumlah daun dengan nilai rata-rata 10.05 helai dan bobot segar per tanaman dengan nilai rata-rata 72,75 gram, tidak berbeda nyata dengan perlakuan AB mix 5 ml/liter air, dan berbeda nyata dengan perlakuan lainnya
Kombinasi Poc Limbah Cair Tahu Dan Ab-Mix Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Tanaman Caisim (Brassica juncea L.)
Limbah cair tahu merupakan salah satu limbah yang dapat menimbulkan pencemaran apabila tidak dilakukan pengolahan sebelum dibuang. Kualitas air buangan industri tahu bergantung dari proses yang digunakan, secara fisik limbah cair tahu memiliki karakterisitik yaitu berwarna kuning kecoklatan, cairan lebih kental dibandingkan air murni, memiliki suhu yang cukup tinggi yaitu diatas 40 °C yang diakibatkan akibat perebusan kedelai, dan memiliki bau asam yang menyengat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kombinasi Pupuk organik cair limbah cair tahu dan AB mix terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman caisim (Brassica juncea L.) varietas Shinta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimental dengan Rancangan acak kelompok faktor tunggal yang terdiri dari 6 taraf perlakuan yang diulang sebanyak 5 kali. Perlakuan yang dilakukan dalan percobaan ini adalah T0 (Kontrol Positif (AB mix 5 ml/l)), T1 (POC limbah cair tahu 200 ml/l + 5 ml AB mix/l), T2 (POC limbah cair tahu 400 ml/l + 5 ml AB mix/l), T3 (POC limbah cair tahu 600 ml/l + 5 ml AB mix/l), T4 (POC limbah cair tahu 800 ml/l + 5 ml AB mix/l), dan T5 (Kontrol Negatif (POC limbah cair tahu 600 ml/l)). Parameter yang diamati yaitu luas daun, panjang akar, dan bobot kering tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa respon pertumbuhan tanaman caisim terbaik ada pada perlakuan kontrol yaitu AB mix 5 ml/l. Penambahan kombinasi POC limbah cair tahu ini belum mampu memberikan hasil terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman caisim
Rancang Bangun Pengaturan Bukaan Choke pada Genset Hybrid (Bensin dan Bioetanol)
Until recently, generator available in the market, generally gasoline or LPG. Conversion of gasoline to fuel bio-ethanol requires some adjustments.The research conducted was a further development of research Nurjan Didik Purwanto in 2011. The research was focused on adjustment of airand fuel ratio after the fuel in the generator set was replaced with bioethanol. Bioethanol has a higher octane rating than gasoline, but it has a lower calorific value than petrol. With this condition, it is necessary to attempt to increase the ratio of air and fuel to be more "fat " to regulate the entry of air through the carburetor. Settings ratio of fuel and air is done by adjusting the carburetor choke openings. This setting restores the stability of the engine, the same as using premium gasoline.This study primarily aims to expand the use of renewable energy, especially for the implementation of electric power for households.The results of this research has been successfully realized by using a Timer Switch AC, 12 Volt DC timer switch, solenoid valve (solenoid valve), and actuators. Aperture choke1/3 on the use of bio-ethanol fuel produces almost simillar to the engine speed compare to it when using gasoline. Salah satu spesies jamur yang terkenal di Asia Tenggara adalah jamur merang, tetapi disisi lain produksi jamur merang di Indonesia masih bersifat fluktuatif. Media tumbuh pada jamur merang merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan dan hasil dari jamur merang. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh bahan subtitusi media tumbuh yang dapat memberikan hasil tertinggi terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil bibit sebar F3 isolat FP007 Faperta Unsika di Majalaya, Karawang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktor Tunggal. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh nyata uji berbagai bahan subtitusi media tumbuh jamur merang terhadap parameter diameter badan buah dan panjang badan buah, tetapi tidak berbeda nyata terhadap bobot per badan buah dan intensitas panen. Honey is a sweet substance produced by honey bees from flower extracts or plant parts. Food honey is important for human nutrition sources, containing 82.3% carbohydrates. Besides sugar, honey also contains minerals, proteins, and vitamins. Honey can be damage naturally if it has be fermented. Fermentation occurs by yeast at high water content (23-30%). Honey is safe from water content fermentation of 16% -21%, ideally 16-20%. Decreasing water content is the most important step in processing agricultural products. The decrease in water content can be do by drying. Drying can be do by giving heat to the material. Decreasing water content can be do by spraying hot grains that are smooth in moving air to accelerate evaporation of water, reduce temperature gradients, reduce flood damage. Another method of decreasing water content is spraying liquid material in low humidity (low RH) space in this air-conditioned room. At Low RH space, means having low vapor pressure so that it speeds up the evaporation of water. The purpose of this study is to design a honey water-lowering machine that is heated by spraying method in a low RH space. Test the performance of the water-lowering machine made. The research method is designing construction and performing performance tests. Performance tests include comparing moisture content and the final temperature of honey between those sprayed at 50 OC and those sprayed at 29 OC. From the observations, it can be conclud that the final moisture content of honey sprayed with a temperature of 50 OC is higher than the honey temperature of 29 OC. Rancang Bangun Alat Pemberi Pakan Ikan Otomatis Menggunakan Pewaktu
Feed is an important factor in the process of aquaculture. In addition to the accuracy of the amount of feed given, the time of administration also plays an important role in the effectiveness of the use of feed. The objectives of this researh are to minimize errors feeding, both in terms of the amount of feed given and the time of administration is by designing the wake of a tool that can provide the right amount of feed and time. A feeder fish automatically designed using a timer 0f 4 pieces, consisting 1 piece timer used to set an eating schedule, and 3 pieces of each of the other is used to set a long life electric motor driving the blower, set the interval between the electric motor driving the blower with motor electric propulsion auger, and set long-life electric motor driving the auger. The test results show that the performance of the tool fish feed spreader tool can operate in three time feeding, morning, afternoon and evening. Dosage of feed within 30 seconds can remove fish feed pellets weighing 375.2 grams for medium and 233 for small pellets. Throw distance of 2.2 m and a width of 1.70 m for the distribution of pellets being as well as the distance of the throw of 2,25 m wide and 1,68 m for the distribution of small pellets. Keywords: spreader fish feed, timer, auotomati

Mushrooming SMS-based application has evoked an idea to create an information service on prices of agricultural and forestry products which is accessible through SMS. The objective of this research is to create a design of the SMS-based service system on prices of agricultural and forestry products. The design was made in order that the users can obtain the information quickly, easily, anytime, and anywhere. The method administered in this research was SDLC (System Design Live cycle). The Experiments were conducted by using Simpati, Mentari, ProXL, As, and IM3 as gateway SMS cards. Rancang Bangun Alat Kendali Jarak Jauh Pintu Irigasi Dengan Menggunakan Sinyal Hand Phone
In Indonesia until now there are still many irrigation doors operated manually, that is by twisting the crank that there is rotary wheel shaft irrigation door. Indeed, the way it works is very simple, because it only rely on hand rotation, but because the distance from the irrigation door to the operator's home, work fatigue and boredom work, then it becomes a delay in the late opening or closing the door irrigation. Based on the above conditions need to be designed a machine tool that can overcome the problem that is by designing a remote control device door irrigation with the use of Hand Phone (HP) signal. The purpose of this research is to design the building of remote irrigation door controller, perform functional test of circuit and control tool component, perform performance test in the laboratory and evaluate the performance test result. In this study the design criteria, structural design and functional design of the machine must be established so that it becomes a reference in carrying out this design engineering. The performance test results indicate that the design tool of the design result can rotate the electric motor to the right and to the left with a delay time of 1-12 hours. Thus it can be concluded that this controller can adjust the ups and downs of irrigation doors and the length of the openings. Keywords : design, control, irrigation door
Rancang Bangun Alat Kontrol Operasional Pompa Air pada Dua Pemakai Skala Rumah Tangga
Indonesia still through water scarcity, ironicaly Indonesia included in 10 countries with rich sources of fresh water. In urban areas generally people can get fresh water source from water pump with making an artesian well or deep well. Artesian well water pump is very expensiveif it’s used only in one house. To make efficient, using one pump for two or more houses can be overcome by making “operational control device pumps waterâ€. Utilizing the interlock system used on two houses and one well, so if one house pump turned on, another house can’t be turned on an off except after reservoir tank fulled of water, another house can be turned on the water pump. Reservoir tank is used automatically by using a ball floater switches. When the water in the reservoir tank is full, the pump doesn’t work so that water is not wasted in vain. Rancang Bangun Sistem Kendali Suhu Dan Kelembaban Udara Penetas Ayam Berbasis PLC (Programmable Logic Controller)
Demand of chicken and egg is tend to increase. Big scale stock of chick supplied by medium scale ranch industry. The component of hatch midscale still imported. If the egg scale is big do not enable in manual. The objectives of this research are to make a control system of temperature, humidity and return the egg position used the PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), and test of performance the component and control system designing. Hens are as controller that have to conditioning of eggs at remaining humidity and temperature, analogue with this condition, this research is making the control system using RNTC as sensor of temperature and humidity. Plate containing water was defending humidity that placed below rack of egg which made of a perforated plate; while to return the egg position in rack used to a motor step. The results of this research are error temperature sensor is 0,98%, air temperature in room hatch to range from 35,9oC – 38oC and average air humidity is 66%, percentage of mistake of timer is 0,41%, rack can return the egg position equal to half circle egg.
