This research was done on the LPD Jimbaran, using all of its employees as respondents who totaled 82 people with saturated sample method. Design penelitiaan used this research is Quantitative Research and is associative kausalitas. Analysis Technic used in this research is multiple linear regression. Employee empowerment and significant positive effect on job satisfaction. This means that the more employees feel empowered by the organization, the level of employee satisfaction will increase. Organizational commitment and significant positive effect on job satisfaction. This means that the larger organizational commitment owned by an employee, the employee satisfaction level will increase. Financial compensation and significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Potensi Kewirausahaan Mahasiswa di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Udayana
This research is developed to understand the potential of student entrepreneurs and to evaluate the factors that can influence potential student becoming entrepreneurs at the Faculty of Economics and Business at Udayana University. The data of this research is gathered through the use of questionnaires that are given to students as the main respondents of this research in which are 99 (nintynine students) from various categories of entry years, gender types and programs. The data that has been gathered is analyzed using a ‘Diskriptive Statistic' that is analyzed to provide a broad picture or an empirical description of potential students becoming entrepreneurs. The data in this research is developed to create a scoring system for every question within the questionnaire by using an average that is based upon a relative load factor. The implications of this research are based upon the potential of students having significant influence in development of skills in the entrepreneurial sector. From this the increase and development of potential student entrepreneurs can provide a contribution which is positive in the application of operations and success of the student enpreneur individually
Pengaruh Leader Member Exchange, Empowerment, Talent Management Terhadap Turnover Intention
Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh leader member exchange, empowerment, talent management terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan PT. BPR Tish di Kabupaten Gianyar. Sampel digunakan sebanyak 55 orang dengan metode sensus (total sampling), teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis diketahui leader member exchange berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan pada PT BPR Tish di Kabupaten Gianyar. Empowerment berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan pada PT BPR Tish di Kabupaten Gianyar. Talent management berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan pada PT BPR Tish di Kabupaten Gianyar. Saran untuk manajemen melakukan diskusi yang dipimpin oleh atasan dengan karyawan untuk menghadapi masalah-masalah yang terjadi diperusahan, sebagai pimpinan Perusahaan harus mengajarkan karyawan untuk bekerja cerdas dan cepat dengan mengajarkan budaya kerja yang baik sehingga karyawan bekerja kembali dengan semangat. Perusahaan harus terus mengembangkan talent management sebagai dasar mendidik dan mengembangkan bakat karyawan. Manajemen PT BPR Tish dalam menghadapi masalah turnover intention karyawan banyak dipengaruhi oleh tingkat pendidikannya, ini yang perlu dievaluasi oleh manajemen dan pimpinan kedepan agar mampu memberi tempat kepada karyawan sehingga mampu menekan tindakan turnover intention.

Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasional terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasional Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Bahavior di Bar and Restaurant Slippery Stone. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada seluruh karyawan yang ada di Bar and Restaurant Slippery Stone. Sampel yang diambil adalah sebanyak 62 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh (sensus) dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dan komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior di Bar and Restaurant Slippery Stone. Manajer Perusahaan harus menjaga dan selalu memperhatikan seberapa besar kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional yang dirasakan oleh karyawannya. Hal ini bertujuan agar dapat menciptakan karyawan yang memiliki sikap peran extra atau organizational citizenship behavior terhadap karyawan lainya di Bar and Restaurant Slippery Stone
Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior di Alam Puri
This study aims to determine the influence of organizational commitment and work motivation on organizational citizenship behavior in Alam Puri Art Museum Villa Resort and Spa Penatih Denpasar. Organizational commitment and work motivation need to be considered to foster behavior organizational citizenship behavior of employees. The research was conducted on all employees at Alam Puri Art Museum Villa Resort and Spa Penatih Denpasar. Samples taken are as many as 42 employees. The sampling technique using saturation sampling (census) where the entire population sampled. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment and significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior and motivation positive and significant impact on organizational citizenship. The implication of this research is the manager of the company must maintain and always pay attention to how committed the organization and motivation felt by employees
Pengaruh Keadilan Organisasional terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasional pada Karyawan
This study aims to determine the effect of organizational justice on job satisfaction and organizational commitment to employee Village Credit Institutions (LPD) The Village People Bualu. The population used in this study were all employees of LPD totaling 55 people, not including the leader. Method of determining the sample in this study carried out by non-probability sampling approach saturation sampling, where all populations and are not made respondents were among the leaders. The analytical tool used is the technique of path analysis (path analysis). The results obtained in this study are the organizational justice positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, organizational justice positive and significant impact on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction and significant positive effect on organizational commitment. This study has several limitations that this study only look that can be created through the organizational commitment factor of organizational justice and job satisfaction, but does not rule out the emergence of other factors beyond the study
Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Keadilan Organisasional, dan Komitmen Organisasional terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja, keadilan organisasional, dan komitmen organisasional terhadap kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Nusa Trans Bali dengan menggunakan semua karyawannya sebagai responden yang berjumlah 65 orang dengan metode sampel jenuh. Desain penelitian pada penelitian ini asosiatif kausalitas dan teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini regresi linier berganda. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hal ini berarti jika lingkungan kerja semakin bersih dan nyaman maka tingkat kepuasan kerja semakin tinggi. Keadilan organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hal ini berarti semakin pimpinan berlaku adil terhadap karyawan di dalam organisasinya maka tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan semakin tinggi. Komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hal ini berarti semakin tinggi tingkat komitmen karyawan terhadap organisasinya maka semakin tinggi tingkat kepuasan kerja yang dimiliki karyawan. Perusahaan harus lebih menjaga kebersihan pada lingkungan kerjanya, menjaga komunikasi yang baik antar pimpinan dan karyawan, dan pimpinan harus membuat karyawan merasa nyaman dalam bekerja
Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Iklim Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan
This study was conducted to determine the effect of leadership styleand organizational climate on job satisfaction at PDAM Tirta Mangutama Badung. The study was conducted on employees PDAM Tirta Mangutama Badung by the number of respondents as many as 52 employees. The number of respondents is determined using saturation sampling technique. The data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 18 indicators. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The test results leadership style positive and significant impact on job satisfaction and organizational climate positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. The limitation of this study is the location of this research will be in the scope of the PDAM Tirta Mangutama Badung so the results of this study can not explain the circumstances of the other besides PDAM Tirta Mangutama Badung
