    The principal is a teacher who is given the task of leading and managing an education unit. One of the main tasks of the principal is to supervise. This study aims to find out the description of the implementation of the supervision of the Principal in Elementary Schools. Principal supervision aims to assist teachers in improving their performance. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through: observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects were school principals and elementary school teachers. The results of the study show that the implementation of the academic supervision of elementary school principals includes; (1) the purpose of supervision; (2) stages of supervision (planning, implementation and follow-up); (3) supervision program; (4) supervision strategy; (5) supervision instruments

    The purpose of this study was to find out whether there was a significant difference between the learning outcomes of fourth grade Indonesian elementary school students who used digital teaching materials (digital dictionary) and those who used traditional teaching materials. The method used is an experimental strategy using a post-test only control group design. This research tool uses a test and non-test methodology. To test the data, descriptive and inferential statistics were used. The results showed that the t count exceeds the t table by 6.168 based on the results of the t test analysis. This shows that there is a significant difference between the learning outcomes of Indonesians who use digital teaching materials (such as digital dictionaries) and Indonesians who use traditional teaching materials.    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan yang cukup berarti antara hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas IV SD yang menggunakan bahan ajar digital (kamus digital) dengan yang menggunakan bahan ajar tradisional.  Metode yang digunakan adalah strategi eksperimen dengan menggunakan post-test only control group design. Alat penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi tes dan nontes. Untuk menguji data, statistik deskriptif dan inferensial digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa t hitung melebihi t tabel sebesar 6,168 berdasarkan hasil analisis uji t.
