Relationship of knowledge management cycle and the performance from human, customer and organizational perspective
Knowledge is a main essential for any companies,
because in the knowledge based era, the knowledge
itself became the source of competitive advantage.
The performance of knowledge management can be
measured from the intellectual capital. Intellectual capital is not useful unless it can create some value to the company.Most measurement systems are based on measures of physical and tangible items, this is became problematic when measuring the knowledge management cycle performance in company because the knowledge is intangible assets.This research purpose is to find the relation between the knowledge management cycle and performance.In this research three perspective are used, which are human, customer and organizational perspective. From the data collection, it is known that the KM performance
affect the development of all perspective. From the result of this research, the result can be used as knowledge for the company to plan and make better strategic for gaining better competitive advantage
Model Penilaian dan Pemilihan Trade Show Bagi Industri Kreatif di Sektor Mode
The article identifies the criteria for choosing a trade show and develops a basic model of exhibition selection for creative industry players before deciding to participate in a trade show. It is necessary to ensure that expenses in terms of business, money, and time, will be worth the results. Based on literature review and interviews, six criteria were used, namely location, booth position, organizational reputation, cost estimation, prestige, and reputation of other participants. After selection criteria are identified, then calculations are performed to measure the criteria weight by using the AHP approach. Based on weight calculations, it was found that booth positions had the highest importance weight, followed by trade show location, organizers reputation, cost estimation, prestige and reputation of other participants. The weight value is then used to calculate the trade show's prediction value. The predicted value generated from the model is then compared to the value of the past data. The model has an accuracy rate of 89% and does not have a significant difference between the value generated by the model and the value of the past data.</jats:p
ANALISIS KARAKTERISTIK MOTIVASI BELAJAR MAHASISWA FAKULTAS REKAYASA INDUSTRI ANGKATAN 2013 TELKOM UNIVERSITY MENGGUNAKAN KNOWLEDGE CONVERSION 5C
Sistem pembelajaran yang diterapkan di Telkom University pada tingkat awal perkuliahan, mahasiswa mengikuti program Tahap Persiapan Bersama (TPB). Tujuan dari TPB yaitu memberikan landasan yang kuat tentang sains dan teknologi bagi mahasiswa baru. Untuk meningkatkan business value dari Telkom University, maka dilakukan penelitian pada keberhasilan belajar mahasiswa TPB untuk melihat kesesuaian antara tujuan institusi dengan fakta yang terjadi di lapangan dengan menggunakan proses konversi data menjadi informasi 5C yang terdiri dari Contextualized, Categorized, Calculated, Corrected, dan Condensed. Proses konversi dimulai dari proses identifikasi data, memahami manfaat data, pengelompokan data ke dalam kategori tertentu, melakukan perhitungan, melakukan koreksi, dan meringkas informasi. Data yang digunakan diantaranya data pribadi mahasiswa (jenis kelamin, usia dan perbedaan tempat tinggal dengan orang tua), data nilai IP semester 1, dan data hasil kuesioner MSLQ yang telah disesuaikan dengan studi kasus. Komponen motivasi terbagi menjadi enam bagian yaitu Intrinsic Goal, Extrinsic Goal, Task Value, Control of Learning Beliefs, Self Efficacy dan Test Anxiety. Nilai mahasiswa dikelompokkan menjadi lima kelompok. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan hasil pengolahan data maka diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa data yang dikonversi menjadi informasi dapat menjadi bahan evaluasi keberhasilan belajar mahasiswa TPB Fakultas Rekayasa Industri 2013 bagi pihak institusi. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat meneruskan proses konversi dari informasi ke knowledge dengan metode 4C yaitu comparison, consequence, connection, dan conversation
Design of Reporting, Evaluation, and Monitoring Application for Student Organization in University
In few decades, the development of information system has been increased rapidly. It is because most organization in various sector of industries, commerce, government, or even education become highly dependent on the use of information system. The purpose of this study is to design the application that will facilitate the reporting, evaluation, and monitoring activities of student organization based on what user needs. The object of this study is student affair department in one of faculty in one of universities in Indonesia. The method employed in this study to design the system is waterfall. The system designed in this study is focus on the activities related to student organization activities. The result of this study found that there are eight dimensions of web quality that has to be fulfilled by the system according to the result of focus group discussion and Delphi method. The system designed in this study was adjusted to the needs that have been defined previously.
