    This study aims to analyze the effect of trust, shopping experience, consumer assessment, and the ease of use of the Lazada online shopping application on purchasing decisions. This type of research is a quantitative study with a population of 225 students using the Lazada application, only 145 samples were used according to predetermined criteria. The data used is secondary data distribution of questionnaires in the form of a list of questions with several alternative answers for respondents. The statistical test used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis and is tested using the statistical packages for the social science (SPSS) program version 20. Based on the results of statistical tests, it shows that Trust, Shopping Experience, Consumer Assessment, and Ease of Use of the Lazada Online Shopping Application have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions

    This study aims to determine the effect of Attitude, Subjective Norm, Self-Efficacy, Perception of Behavioral Control on Entrepreneurial Intentions of Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Metro. The method used in this research is an explanatory survey with a quantitative approach. The explanatory survey method is used to predict and explain the relationship or influence of one variable to another. By using primary data which is done by collecting data through observation and questionnaires. With a total sample of 94 respondents taken from two undergraduate majors at the Faculty of Economics and Business from a total population of 1470. Sampling technique Non-probability Sampling with purposive sampling method, using the 10% solvin formula. The results of this study indicate that subjective norms and perceptions of behavioral control have a significant and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions, while attitudes and self-efficacy have no and no significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Metro

    THE IMPACT OF SYNERGY BETWEEN ICB AND ISLAMIC FINTECH LENDING ON THE ICB’S FINANCIAL PERFORMANCES

    The synergy between Islamic financial institutions is one key in the development of Islamic economics as stated in the Masterplan for Islamic Economics of Indonesia 2019 - 2024. In 2018, three Islamic Commercial Banks (ICB), namely Bank Mega Syariah (BMS), Bank BNI Syariah (BNIS) and Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) conducting synergy with Islamic FinTech lending in the form of shadow investors. Through this study carried out analysis of the impact of synergy between ICB and Islamic FinTech lending on the ICB’s financial performances as one reflection of the success of the synergy and economic indicators that reflect the responsibility of the ICB to the regulator. Wilcoxon signed-ranks test is used as a data analysis technique with the results of study showing that sequentially the synergy most profitable for the BSM because of the positive impact on financial performances, especially in the aspect of capital, profitability, efficiency and asset quality. While, for BNIS known synergy has a positive impact on financial performances, especially in the aspect of capital, liquidity and efficiency. Meanwhile, for BMS is known that the synergy only has a positive impact on financial performances, especially in the aspect of asset quality. The results of this study are beneficial for the ICB, Islamic FinTech lending as well as the regulator as material to the evaluation or formulation of policy regarding synergy between ICB and Islamic FinTech lending in Indonesia

    This study aims to see the effect of financial performance on stock prices. The financial ratios used in this study are Return on Equity, Earning Per Share, Net Profit Margin. The research design used in this research is quantitative. The object of this research is mining and mining service companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The population in this study were 49 companies officially listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. In order to obtain a sample of 21 companies that meet the required sample needs. Based on the research results, it shows that the variable Return on Equity (ROE) has no significant effect on stock prices, Earning Per Share (EPS) has a significant effect on stock prices, Net Profit Margin (NPM) has no significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, Return on Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on stock prices

All business organizations are the driving force in decisions to achieve organizational goals. Organizational development is determined by the work of HR in the organization. This study aims to determine 1) To find out whether organizational culture has an effect on employee performance. 2) To find out whether Extrinsic Motivation has an effect on employee performance. 3) To find out whether Intrinsic Motivation has an effect on employee performance. 4) To find out whether job satisfaction has an effect on employee performance. 5) To find out whether organizational culture, extrinsic motivation, intrinsic motivation, and job satisfaction together affect employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach. The survey method was chosen as the primary data source. The survey method focuses on collecting data from respondents who have certain information, thus enabling researchers to solve problems. In this study, the population of this study were employees and some students who were intern at the UPTD Inpatient Health Center Kotagajah were 84 people.     This study aims to determine how the influence of independent variables (FDR and TATO),either partially or simultaneously on the dependent variable (NPF) in Indonesian Islamic Banks.This research includes research using quantitative methods. the type of data used is secondarydata obtained through the official website of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), namelywww.bankbsi.co.id. The data taken is seen from BSI's annual financial statements for the 2016-2020 period, from 15 BSI samples, namely Bank Syariah Mandiri, BRI Syariah, and BNISyariah. The data analysis method used is panel data regression analysis, with the Chow test,Lagrange multiplier test and hypothesis testing (R2test, F test, and T test), the panel dataregression estimation model used is the Common Effect Model, data processing using the Eprogram -View 9. The results of this study show that the FDR and TATO variablessimultaneously have no and significant effect on Non-performing Financing (NPF). The result ofthe coefficient of determination test (R2) is 40.62% while the remaining 59.38% is influenced byother factors outside the study. The results of the partial study of FDR have no effect and are significant on Non-performing Financing (NPF) with a t-count value of 0.389153 < t-table 2.179 and a significance value of 0.7040 which means > 0.05. and TATO has no and significant effect on Non-performing Financing (NPF) with a t-count value of 0.174297 < t-table 2.179 and a significance value of 0.6885 which means > 0.05

    Increasing banking competition is marked by the emergence of many financial institutions.This competition can be seen from the variety of products or services offered, one of which isBMT Assyafiiyah. banking companies or BMT Assyafiiyah must implement a good strategy sothat members are interested in saving at financial institutions. to attract member satisfactionis done by implementing the right strategy, including Trust, Quality of Service, and Location.The data analysis method used is quantitative and qualitative analysis. and the population inthis study were members of BMT Assyafiiyah, totaling 1,027 members with a sample of 91members and tested using: validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test,homogeneity test, multiple linear regression analysis, T-test, F test, Test the coefficient ofdetermination R2 and statistical hypothesis. Based on the results of the study, shows that theindicators used in the framework variables including Trust, Service Quality, and Locationhave a positive and significant influence on satisfaction. This shows that if BMT Assyafi'iyahKota Gajah can provide good satisfaction, it will facilitate BMT Assyafi'iyah Kota Gajah inrecruiting members.     The purpose of this research was to find out whether there was an influence of organizational culture and working environment towards the employee performance with motivation as a moderating variable at the taqwa mulia store at Batanghari sub-district. The research Methods applied Descriptive and quantitative approaches. The population and sample were the employees of taqwa mulia shop at Batanghari sub-district, with a total of 38 employees. The data collection technique used a questionnaire.  The research data were analyzed by testing the prerequisites instrument, namely the Pearson product moment validity test. Furthermore, the reliability test used the Cronbach alpha test. Furthermore, to test the research hypothesis, the researcher utilized normality test, linearity test and homogeneity test. Next, a multiple linear regression test, T test, F test were performed and tested with the moderating variable in order to analyze the data of this study. Furthermore, data analysis were undertaken through moderated regression analysis (MRA) with the SPSS program. Based on the results of this study, it showed that: 1) organizational culture influenced the employee performance. 2) the working environment had a positive effect on the employee performance, 3) the organizational culture which was moderated by motivational variables had an acceptable value, so it can be concluded that motivational variables are able to moderate organizational culture on the employee performance. 4) the working environment is moderated by the variable motivation which has an acceptable value.     A decrease in the number of buyers causes a decrease in the value of the business. Not only that,there are some employees who tend to be very friendly, not customer oriented and someemployees still have poor performance. Not only selling in the offline market, Dhelitha Gordynalso ventured into online sales, so this study aims to identify HRM practices and work learningon employee performance, either partially or simultaneously. The research design in this study isquantitative, with 30 employees. The sampling method used a special sampling method. Whilethe research phase uses a questionnaire that is distributed to all employees who work at theDhelita Gordin store. The analytical tools used are validity, reliability, normality, linearity, andmultiple regression tests with partial t test decisions, simultaneous f, and coefficient ofdetermination. The results of the survey that some management practices and job training at apoint and at the same time if done correctly, then every employee will gradually begin tounderstand the job and its functions that can improve employee performance
