The purpose of this research to analyze partnership implementation which has ran by PT. Gemilang Unggas Prima. Analyze the level of satisfaction plasma farmer on the implementation of partnership PT. Gemilang Unggas Prima. Research sites in the District of Kampar Kiri Tengah, Kampar Regensy. Interpretation sample method is usedpurposive sampling method which partnership minimal 3 periods who made respondents. There are 18 farmers who partnered on the PT. Gemilang Unggas Prima. Type of research is descriptive using quantitative and qualitative data. To collect data was done through interviews by questionnaires. Data analysis is descriptive used(Customer Satisfaction Index) CSI and (importance performance analysis) IPA. Result shows of the analysis partnership was indicated partnership pattern run of PT. Gemilang Unggas Prima is the plasma core system with the modelcontact farming bi-part, between companies and farmers are concerned with the letter of cooperation agreement, which in there are provisions of the right and obligation that must be meet by the companies and farmers. Other than, that the contract price of feed, DOC, and live chickens agreed in contract price determined by company. Result shows of the analysis satisfaction index of farmers(Customer Satisfaction Index) obtained 81, 20 % it means farmers are very satisfied with the performing of PT. Gemilang UnggasPrima. Based on the analysis (importance performance analysis) are variable that should be improved in performance company is the quality of variable fowl tools production

Analisis Kepuasan Karyawan Bekerja di PTPN V Kebun Sei Kencana Desa Senama Nenek Kecamatan Tapung Hulu Kabupaten Kampar

The purpose of this study was 1) to determine the characteristics of employees of oil palm and rubber crops in PT. PTPN V Gardens Sei Kencana; 2) to analysis level of employee satisfaction palm oil and rubber plant in PT. PTPN V Gardens Sei Kencana. The research was conducted from March 2015. The method used is survey method. Sampling was done by purposive sampling with criteria for implementing employee who has a leadership position as the bottom and the bottom of the employees working in the field in rubber and palm oil as well as employees who work in the office PTPN V Gardens Sei Kencana. Research shows that employees who work in PTPN V Gardens Sei Kencana dominant male is 84.38% with an average age of 42 years where the high school level of education of employees is 75.00%, the average length of work employees are encouraged 17 years, and salary s> 2,000,000 has the largest number that is 64.06%. Analysis of the level of satisfaction of employees working at getting that level of satisfaction with the supervisor has the highest score of 3.41 in the category "satisfied" followed by the level of satisfaction with the job got a score of 3.24 with the category "somewhat satisfied" then the level of satisfaction with co-workers obtained a score 3,17 with the category "somewhat satisfied" while the level of satisfaction with salaries get a score of 2.84 with the category "quite satisfied" and the lowest scores are at a level of satisfaction with the campaign that is 2.59 with the category of "less satisfied". So that the average level of satisfaction of employees working in PTPN V Gardens Sei Kencana is at 3.05 scores in the category "fairly satisfied"

Peran Modal Sosial terhadap Keberdayaan Petani Karet di Desa Kuntu Kecamatan Kampar Kiri Kabupaten Kampar

This research aims: identified social capital rubber farmers, identified the role of social capital on rubber farmers empowerment, identified the relationship between social capital and the role of social capital on rubber farmers empowerment. This research uses a purposive sampling method with respondents consist of 60 rubber farmers in Desa Kuntu. Data collection method in this research is primary data and secondary data. To determine the social capital and the role of social capital in this research using a quantitative method use a questionnaire in the form of Likert Scale. To analyze the relationship of social capital and the role of social capital uses Spearman rank correlation analysis. From the research data showed that social capital rubber farmers is high with a score 3.94 and the role of social capital to empowerment of farmers is high with a score 3.95. Based on the statistic results using Spearman's test can be showed that overall there is a strong enough relationship between the variables of the role of social capital with elements of social capital with a probability value (p < 0.05)

Persepsi Penyuluh dan Petani terhadap Pentingnya Peran Penyuluhan Perkebunan Kopi Arabika di Kecamatan Purba Kabupaten Simalungun Provinsi Sumatera Utara

The purposes of this research about the agricultural extension field and farmer perceptions for importance the role of extension Arabica Coffee plantations in Purba District Simalungun Regency North Of Sumatera Province is: 1. To determind the organizing of extension Arabica Coffee. 2. To determind the agricultural extension field perceptions for the importance the role of extension arabica coffee plantations. The method taked of data used is a survey method. Sample in the research is extension field and farmer, intake of agricultural extension field respondents with census method amount 10 people and intake of farmer respondents with purposive sampling with considering 4 chosen villages whose numbers of farmers are the highest and chosing 2 villages that was trained by a civil-servant trainer, selecting 10 people of each village. The number of farmers chosen as samples in total is 60 farmers of total 14 villages. They are members of farmer groups with consideration on number of members and the status of the group. Data analysis uses a Scale Likert's Summated Rating (SLR). Variables used in this research is by comparing those of Mardikanto and Law No. 16 of 2006 as many as 9 variables. The results of this study are that organizing of extension in Purba District has been carried out well in accordance with counselling elements. Counseling has a perceptions the role of extension Arabica Coffee plantations gives an average score of 3.94 with an “Important” category. While the farmers' perception gives an average score of 4.01 with an “Important” category
