Model of transformational leadership in campus based on salaf Islamic boarding school
Standing and developing in the environment of the Miftahul Ulum Lumajang Islamic boarding school which still maintains its salafism based on teachings in the Islamic Salaf book Ahlu Sunnah Wal Jamaah An-Nahdliyah demands a leadership model that transforms the vision, mission and values of the pesantren into a source of energy in realizing campus vision and motivating the entire academic community of Miftahul Ulum Lumajang Islamic College (STAIM). This study aims to describe and analyze transformational leadership on a campus based on a salaf Islamic boarding school. This type of research is qualitative research with a case study approach to reality which is collected using various techniques of in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The results showed that the transformational leadership model applied was the transformational leadership model at Miftahul Ulum Lumajang Islamic High School based on and integrated with the values and culture of the Miftahul Ulum Islamic Boarding School Banyuputih Kidul Kidul Lumajang and has been able to effectively and efficiently improve the strengthening and development of institutions STAIM Lumajang campus
Hukum Pernikahan Dalam Status Mahasiswa Perspektif Maqasid Al-Syariah di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Syariah (STIS) Miftahul Ulum Lumajang
Penelitian menaganilis hukum pernikahan mahasiswa melalui perspektif maqasid al-syariah di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Syariah (STIS) Miftahul Ulum Lumajang. Perspektif maqasid al-syariah digunakan karena syari’at pernikahan merukan upaya mewujudkan kemaslahatan manusia, baik dalam kapasitas individu, keluarga ataupun masyarakat. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan menggunakan sumber data primer dengan teknik observasi partisipan, wawancara yang mendalam, dan focus Grup. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa (a) Dasar penetapan hukum menikah oleh para fuqaha’ ditentukan oleh kondisi dan motivasi pelaku, dalam kasus pernikahan yang dilakukan mahasiswa, maka dalam perspektif maqasid al-syariah diberlakukan kaidah aulawiyat (prioritas hukum) karena menuntut ilmu dan beribadah menempati posisi yang lebih tinggi secara hirarkis, yaitu hifz al-‘aql dan hifz al-din, yaitu yang wajib harus lebih didahulukan dari pada yang sunnah, (b) Fenomena pernikahan yang dilakukan oleh para mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Syariah (STIS) Miftahul Ulum Lumajang pada masa studi dalam perspektif maqasid al-syariah dikarenakan beberapa faktor internal dan eksternal dan didorong oleh satu atau beberapa tujuan (niat atau maqashid) berimplikasi pada mashlahah wajibat atau mashlahah mandubat, atau mashlahah muharramat dan makruha
Peran Generasi Milenial dalam Pemanfaatan dan Pelestarian Museum di Kota Lubuklinggau
Abstrak: Generasi milineal merupakan usia produktif yang dianggap sebagai penentu arah masa depan dalam pelestarian budaya dan kearifan yang dimiliki daerah Kota Lubuklinggau. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana urgensi generasi milineal dalam pemanfaatan dan pelestarian museum di Kota Lubuklinggau. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui urgensi generasi milineal dalam pemanfaatan dan pelestarian musem di Kota Lubuklinggau. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan filosofis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa generasi milineal merupakan ujung tombak dan aktor terdepan dalam pelestarian budaya dan kearifan lokal yang ada, termasuk museum sebagai wadah yang bertujuan mengoleksi benda cagar budaya ataupun bukan cagar budaya untuk menjamin kesinambungan pewarisan kebudayaan dan kelestarian museum di Kota Lubuklinggau.Kata Kunci: Milenial, Pemanfaatan, Pelestarian, Museum, Lubuklinggau  Abstract: Millineal generation is a productive age that is considered as a determinant of the future direction in the preservation of culture and wisdom of the Lubuklinggau City area. The formulation of the problem of this research is how the urgency of the milineal generation in the utilization and preservation of museums in Lubuklinggau City. The purpose of this study is to determine the urgency of the millennial generation in the use and preservation of museums in the City of Lubuklinggau. The research method used is a qualitative method with a philosophical approach. The results showed that the millineal generation was the spearhead and the leading actor in the preservation of existing culture and local wisdom, including the museum as a forum aimed at collecting cultural heritage objects or not cultural reserves to ensure the continuity of cultural heritage and museum preservation in Lubuklinggau City.Keywords: Millennial, Utilization, Preservation, Museum, Lubuklingga
Peranan Muhammad Al-Fatih dalam Penaklukan Konstantinopel Tahun 1453 Masehi
Penelitian berjudul Peranan Muhammad Al-Fatih dalam Penaklukan Konstantinopel Tahun 1453 Masehi ini adalah sebuah hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan metode kepustakaan dengan pendekatan kualitatif atas sumber-sumber yang relevan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkapkan berbagai fakta sejarah seputar peranan Muhammad Al-Fatih dalam Penaklukan Konstantinopel. Konstantinopel merupakan pusat pemerintahan Romawi Timur yang sangat strategis bagi dunia, namun lebih dari itu dalam pandangan Muhammad Al-Fatih penaklukan atas Konstantinopel juga terinspirasi oleh janji ajaran Islam, sehingga Al-Fatih mempelajari semua penyebab kegagalan penaklukan yang dilakukan para pemimpin Islam maupun sultan-sultan Utsmani sebelumnya untuk keberhasilan penaklukan atas Konstantinopel. Al-Fatih melakukan persiapan dan menjalankan peranannya sebagai penakluk yang ulung, baik secara militer maupun diplomatik telah mengunci faktor-faktor yang dapat menggagalkan usaha penaklukan atas Konstantinopel. Walhasil tahun 1453 Muhammad Al-Fatih berhasil menaklukkan Konstantinopel yang berabad-abad sebelumnya tidak pernah berhasil ditundukkan.Kata Kunci: Muhammad Al-Fatih, Penaklukan, Konstantinope
LEADERSHIP OF VILLAGE KYAI IN THE INFLUENCE OF RELIGIOUS MODERATION
This research is descriptive qualitative in nature with a phenomenological approach in analyzing the leadership of village Kiai in efforts to mainstream religious moderation for the abangan in Songon, Pondok Joyo, Semboro Jember, East Java. The results of this research show that the leadership authority of village Kiai in the global era has not been shifted, continues to exist, and is the main reference in providing example, da'wah, education and consultation in building the foundation for mainstreaming religious moderation. In implementing his leadership, he uses a
situational approach based on religious ethics, through various activities that are routine and conditional, daily, weekly, monthly and yearly, taking into account the context and culture of the Songon community. Buku digagas dan disusun dalam rangka berupaya memberikan bekal kepada para pengajar dan mahasiswa, khusunya dilingkungan Pendidikan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam (PTKI) pada Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan - Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam. Disusun dengan pendekatan integrasi ulul albab dalam menganalis, mengevaluasi dan mengembangkan pendidikan Islam yang mencakup aspek tujuan, pendidik, anak didik, bahan, metode, kurikulum, alat, evaluasi dan lembaga-lembaga yang bertanggung jawab terhadap pelaksanaan pendidikan Islam. Ditulis dari hasil penelitian studi kepustakaan (library research) dengan mengumpulkan dan meramu berbagai sumber-sumber tertulis, yakni dokumen (Kitab/ Buku-buku atau karya, hasil penelitian) Ilmu Pendidikan Islam yang dikembangkan oleh para pemikir pendidikan Islam. Disusun dengan sederhana, agar mudah dipahami, dan menjadi buku pegangan bagi para mahasiswa PTKI dan para pemerhati pendidikan Islam. Pembahasannya mengacu pada materi yang ada dalam Rencana Pembelajaran Semester pada mata kuliah Ilmu Pendidikan Islam Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyah dan KeguruanUniversitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang.
Desain pembahasan dalam masing-masing bab terdiri dari; pendahuluan, rencana dan kegiatan pembelajaran, materi perkuliahan, kontekstualisasi, rangkungan dan latihan soal. Adanya sub bab kontekstualisasi dari setiap bab dalam buku aja ini, bertujuan untuk mengkontektualisasikan dengan dan selanjutnya mengintegrasikan subjek-subjek akademik yang sudah dipelajari dengan konteks pendidikan dan kehidupan sehari-hari, demi terbangunnya kesadaran akan pentingnya penguatan dan pengembangan pendidikan Islam. Pengaruh Pendudukan Jepang terhadap Perkembangan Militer Sumatera Selatan Tahun 1942-1947
This study aims to describe the influence of the Japanese occupation on military developments in South Sumatra in 1942-1947. The method used in this research is historical research (historical). The steps used include: Heuristics, Source Criticism, Interpretation, and Historiography. The results showed that during the Japanese occupation of Indonesia, South Sumatra was used as a core area by the Japanese in the economic field. In addition, the youths were made as volunteer soldiers (Gyugun) by the Japanese who aimed to assist the Japanese army in defending the occupied area from Allied counterattacks. After the Japanese occupation ended and left South Sumatra, the former volunteer soldiers (Gyugun) who had been formed by the Japanese occupied important positions during the struggle for independence, which later became the pioneers of the establishment of BKR/TKR in South Sumatra. The conclusion of this study is that Japan formed a Gyugun training center, by providing doctrine and training with a Japanese military model that was both physically and mentally tough in order to become a Bushido soldier to help fight Japan against its allies.

RECONSTRUCTION OF THE CHALIPHATE AS AN ALTERNATIVE THE RESURRECTION OF ISLAMIC CIVILIZATION IN THE XXI CENTURY
This article discusses the reconstruction of the Chaliphate as an alternative to the rise of Islamic civilization in the 21st century. Starting from various problems and crises experienced by various Islamic countries entering the 20th and 21st centuries, various solutions have been offered to overcome these problems, including the offer to restore the political institutions of the Chaliphate in the midst of Muslim life. Reconstruction of the Chaliphate is based on empirical facts of Muslims in the past, because historically the Chaliphate has a track record since the first Khulafa al-Rashidin year 11 Hijri / 622 AD until the last Ottoman Chaliphate in Istanbul in 1342 Hijri/1924 AD. Throughout the Chaliphate Era at a certain time the Muslims had reached a very high civilization. The height of this civilization finally suffered a setback and collapsed in 1924. While the hegemony of Western civilization which stood on the ideology of capitalism caused various crises in Islamic countries. In the midst of various problems that plagued Muslims, the reconstruction of the Chaliphate was expected to be able to revive the height of Islamic civilization as had been achieved by Muslims in the past. Pengaruh spiritual weel-being terhadap pendampingan pembelajaran daring pada ayah single parent
The impact of COVID-19 has also hit educational institutions with a policy of changing learning from an offline system to an online system. This condition requires parents to provide online learning assistance for their children. This research was conducted to analyze and measure the effect of spiritual well-being on the effect of online learning assistance on the resilience of single parent fathers after the covid 19 pandemic. A total of 150 single parent fathers were involved by filling out an online survey related to the Spiritual Well Being Index for single parent fathers and Child Learning Assistance. The results stated that there was an influence of "spiritual well-being" on online learning assistance with an effect of 48.0%. Thus, "Spiritual well-being" is one that must be prioritized because it can be used as a variable that plays a very important role in the success of accompanying parents to their children in learning
