ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERPENGARUH TERHADAP KETEPATAN WAKTU PENYAMPAIAN LAPORAN KEUANGAN PADA PERUSAHAAN YANG LISTING DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA (BEI) TAHUN 2016-2018

The purpose of this study is to examine the analysis of the factors that affect the timeliness of submitting financial reports to companies listed on the indonesian stock exchange (IDX) 2016-2018. Data collection methods in this study by collecting secondary data in the form of annual financial reports of companies listed on the IDX. The analytical tool used in this research is descriptive analysis, logistic regression analysis. Based on the research results, the following conclusions are obtained: profitability does not affect the timeliness of financial report submission, company size does not affect the timeliness of financial report submission, financial leverage does not affect the timeliness of financial report submission, the age of the company has no effect on the timeliness of submitting financial statements. Economic Empowerment-Based Communication Management in Rupat Utara Tourism Area

Tourism is the world's largest service industry. Its growth creates social, economic and environmental changes so that understanding and thorough steps are required to manage it. Such changes push involvement of both local and regional communities in the tourism industry. Rupat Utara is a potential tourism area that can be managed in an integrated way to improve the ability and the economic prosperity of people independently. The purpose of this study is to provide practical recommendations to the tourism industry about the communication management model in empowering community economy in the tourism area. This study was conducted using qualitative descriptive method through the interactional communication model in accordance with the communication empowerment or participative approach. The data collection wasdone through observation and interviews as well as literature studies that contributed to the subject field of tourism communication development in the context of community economic empowerment in coastal areas.This study concludes that an integrated management model through the management of communication resources in various forms and contexts of effective communication can increase the community economic income independently. Communication management is accomplished through the process of using various communication resources through planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling the elements of communication in achieving the expected goals. Meanwhile, the forms of communication in achieving the objectives are adapted to the characters of the local community through various forms of socialization, assistance and counseling that have used information and technology media. Although the community have already realized that tourism has potential to improvetheir economy independently, but it still has not been done well, so that there is still chance for improvement based on the integrated development approach. PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT DALAM PENGEMBANGAN OBJEK WISATA BIRTARIA KASSI DI KABUPATEN JENEPONTO

The purpose of this study was to find out community participation in the development of the Birtaria Kassi tourist attraction in Jeneponto Regency. The method used  a qualitative method which explained how the community participates in the development of the Kassi Birtaria tourist attraction in Jeneponto Regency. The research informants were 6 people. Research information was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that community participation in the development of the Birtaria Kassi tourist attraction in Jeneponto Regency, seen from the planning had run well, namely the presence and activeness of the community in providing input during the meeting. Akuntabilitas Komisi Pemilihan Umum Pada Pemilu 2019 Di Kabupaten Majene

This study purposed to find out, analyze and describe the Election Commission Accountability Elections in 2019 at Majene Regency. This study used 5 informants. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used interactive analysis models and used 3 types of triangulation in data validation. The result of this study showed that the accountability of the general election had been held optimally. There were no significant obstacles in the Majene general election commission and the holding of the 2019 general election was based on procedures by the organizers namely the General Election Commission, anticipating, maintaining, electon documents, and paid attention to the direction, fast and responsive to realize a successful and peaceful election, and institutions that worked together to be successful in holding of the 2019 general election.

YOUTH EMPOWERMENT THROUGH THE BASIC MECHANICAL ENGINEERING EDUCATION AND TRAINING PROGRAM (DIKLAT) AT THE HADAIDA TECHNICAL CENTER BEKASI JOB TRAINING CENTER

Results: The empowerment stages carried out by the Hadaida Technical Center were considered successful, because they were directly proportional to the results obtained by empowered education and training alumni, not only in terms of mechanical engineering, but also in the religious field. IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PUBLIK PENERIMAAN PESERTA DIDIK BARU (PPDB) ONLINE DI SMA NEGERI 3 BULUKUMBA

The purpose of this study was to find out the implementation of the public policy of accepting new online students at SMAN 3 Bulukumba. This study used qualitative descriptive research. The results of this study showed that the implementation of the online new student admissions public policy (PPDB) at SMA Negeri 3 Bulukumba was going quite well. The communication was g⁴, both in terms of transmission and in terms of clarity. The resources were quite adequate, both human resources, facility resources and budget resources. The disposition of the implementer was also good, committed, professional and honest, the bureaucratic structure was also good, not complicated and had clear Standar Operasional Prosedur.

Development and Modification of a Single Overhead Camshaft 4-Valve 4-Stroke 135 cc Formula Varsity Race Car Engine

The engine that was chosen to be developed and modified is Yamaha LC 135 Single Overhead Camshaft (SOHC) 4-valve 4-stroke 135cc liquid-cooled engine. The engine selection is based on the specification, rule and regulation in UTeM Formula Varsity 2012 (FV 2012). The engine performance is determined by engine operating characteristics. The engine air flow affects the filtration, intake and exhaust systems. The heat from the engine rejected to the surrounding through the active cooling system which has radiator and fan. The selection of the engine is based on weighted decision matrix which consists of reliability, operating and maintenance cost, fuel consumption and weight. The score of the matrix is formulated based on relative weighted factor among the selections. It been compared between Yamaha LC 135 Single Overhead Camshaft (SOHC) 4-valve 4-stroke 135cc liquid-cooled engine, Honda Wave 125 X Air Cooled, 4 Cycle Engine Overhead Camshaft (OHC) and Suzuki Shogun RR 4 stroke air cooled Single Overhead Camshaft (SOHC). The modification is applied to the engine through the simulation and tuning of Capacitor Discharge Ignition (CDI)

PENINGKATAN PEMAHAMAN MASYARAKAT DESA WINNING BERKAITAN DENGAN KEWENANGAN PEMBENTUKAN UNDANG-UNDANG

Dalam pasal 1 ayat (3) UUD 1945 Pasca Amandemen ke-4 menjelaskan bahwa Indonesia adalah Negara hukum. Dalam konsep Negara hukum ini maka kekuasaan Negara kemudian dibagi dan dipisahkan kedalam organ-organ Negara yang diatur didalam konstitusi atau UUD 1945. Pemisahan kekuasaan dimaksudkan untuk mencegah penyalahgunaan oleh pihak yang berkuasa. Pemisahan kekuasaan dilaksananakan sesuai dengan prinsip checks and balances. Dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode sosialisasi dan pendidikan hukum  kepada masyarakat dengan cara melakukan melakukan penyuluhan dan memberikan penjelasan serta ceramah kepada masyarakat desa winning Kabupaten Buton Sulawesi Tenggara yang bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman serta kesadaran tentang pengetahuan dibidang peraturan perundang-undangan berkaitan dengan kewenangan membentuk UU pada lembaga Negara di Indonesia. Dalam struktur ketatanegaraan Indonesia, kewenangan membentuk Undang-Undang adalah Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat yang dilakukan secara bersama-sama dengan Presiden untuk mendapatkan persetujuan bersama. Sedangkan DPD sebagai kamar kedua, peranannya hanya bersifat supporting terhadap wewenang DPR dan Presiden. DPD sebagai lembaga yang mengusulkan suatu rancangan undang-undang yang berkaitan dengan kepentingan daerah dan tidak bersifat mandiri seperti DPR dan Presiden. Perlunya penguatan kelembagaan DPD dalam sistem ketatanegaraan Indonesia kemudian perlunya sosialisasi yang berkala berkaitan dengan tema –tema pembentukan suatu undang-undang yang melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat Secara Luas

Analisis Perilaku Wisatawan Dalam Mengunjungi Objek Wisata Wai Tiddo Desa Bukit Harapan Kecamatan Bua Kabupaten Luwu

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perilaku wisatawan dalam mengunjungi objek wisata Wai Tiddo, Desa Bukit Harapan, Kecamatan Bua, Kabupaten Luwu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah wisatawan yang datang ke objek wisata Wai Tiddo. Hasil penelitian dilapangan menunjukkan bahwa dalam memahami perilaku wisatawan dapat dilihat dari segi pendapatan, kepuasan dan preferensi. Dimana rata-rata informan memiliki pendapatan yang tinggi dan tentunya pengeluaran mereka juga tinggi, mereka tidak segan-segan untuk menyisihkan pendapatannya untuk berwisata. Selain itu, mereka merasa puas dengan fasilitas dan pelayanan dari pengelola objek wisata Wai Tiddo sehingga mereka berkunjung berkali-kali dan menghabiskan waktu yang cukup lama disana, bahkan mereka merekomendasikan wisata ini kepada kerabat dan ke media sosial mereka. Akan tetapi perlu adanya peningkatan kenyamanan wisatawan seperti disediakannya shuttle dan baju renang. Keindahan alam wisata Wai Tiddo menjadi daya tarik bagi wisatawan yang memang ingin sekedar berekreasi. Aksesibilitas yang mudah, fasilitas yang baik, wahana yang lengkap juga cenderung menjadi alasan utama mereka lebih memilih wisata Wai Tiddo dibandingkan wisata lainnya. Temuan ini diharapkan mampu memberikan masukan bagi pengelola objek wisata dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan menarik lebih banyak wisatawan ke Wai Tiddo

RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM INFORMASI POS (POINT OF SALE) UNTUK KASIR MENGGUNAKAN KONSEP BAHASA PEMROGRAMAN ORIENTASI OBJEK

Kafe Filoscoffee merupakan tempat usaha di bidang kuliner yang banyak diminati oleh pengunjung. Kafe ini memiliki kendala dalam sistem transaksi penjulan dan pengolahan data rekapitulasi laporan transaksi penjulan dikarenakan belum memanfaatkan sistem aplikasi Point of Sales (POS). Peran kasir yang masih cukup sederhana seperti proses penjumlahan dan pengurangan transaksi masih menggunakan kalkulator yang mana tidak dikerjakan secara otomatis dan sering menghambat transaksi penjualan. POS yang dirancang dan dibagun bertujuan mencatat transaksi penjualan dan mengolahan data stok barang sehingga membantu meningkatkan kinerja kegiatan operasional dan mempercepat proses pelayanan. Sistem informasi POS dibangun menggunakan bahasa Pemrograman Orientasi Objek (OOP) sistem ini mampu mengolah semua data transaksi penjualan. Proses penjumlahan dan pengurangan dapat dilakukan lebih cepat, tepat dan akurat sehingga terhindar dari resiko kesalahan dalam perhitungan keuangan serta pendataan stok barang, Sistem ini juga dapat melakukan proses pencarian data, penyimpanan data, pengelompokkan data sehingga dalam pembuatan laporan dapat berberjalan dengan efektif dan efisien.</jats:p
