INTEGRATION VERSUS DEDICATION IN ROMANIAN MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SYSTEMS
The technologies supporting future business must be intuitive from a user standpoint, flexible from design standpoint and highly productive. As an answer to many requirements, analysts recommend the inclusion of SOA and ESB in the IT management strategies, since these tend to become mainstream, overcoming their abstract vision status in the last decade. In this paper, we provide a study regarding the attitude of companies from north-western Romania with respect to this transition and the SOA&ESB models. Our analysis targets attributes such as: level of understanding, knowledge and concern in adopting such technologies, the management involvement in the company IT strategy, the added value of the new technologies and risk factors for the migration towards an SOA&ESB architecture.integration, enterprise applications, web applications,SOA,ESB,framework

Determining IT Student Profile Using Data Mining and Social Network Analysis
To become higher competitive a university needs to develop a viable studentsā absorption strategy on the labor market. A key to the successful development of such a strategy rests to synchronize jobs descriptions with profiles and behavior of IT students. In order to generate this synchronization, it is essential to identify a way to improve university curricula, learning and teaching process based on the studentsā profile and on the labor market needs. In this manner, universities could offer IT companies information about their IT studentsā profile and behavior. Our paper proposes a data mining and social network analysis to examine IT studentsā skills and behavior in order to generate their actual profile. The results contribute to the development of knowledge concerning the IT graduatesā profile and based on this, a solution that might match the university curricula with the labor market requirements. Finally, the results attempt to provide IT companies with information with the aim of better understanding the IT studentsā profile and to create a realistic description of the job in the recruitment software on the digital market
A MODEL FOR MEASURING THE STUDENT BEHAVIOR IN WEB 2.0. CLASS. CASE STUDY OF TOURISM STUDENT SPECIALIZATION.
The digitization as a general phenomenon is influencing even the students we meet nowadays, making their expectations grow regarding the experiences offered by the eLearning context. At the global level it is found that the student as consumer of pieces of different content, with different levels of involvement as well as with a different level of attention is hard to be pleased. It is difficult to follow their interests and from here stems the difficulty of measuring the studentsĖ behavior. Our study will provide a model / tool for measuring the involvement of the student specializing in tourism within the courses by capturing levels of involvement in the course of learning and outlining their behaviour. We will compare the achieved results with the model of the student as it was imagined by the teacher when constructing the entire course. Our research will provide the specialized literature with conclusions on the impact of using collaborative environments in teaching and learning with implications and consequences on the improvement of digital skills
APPROACHES TO ANALYZE THE QUALITY OF ROMANIAN TOURISM WEB SITES
The decision to purchase the tourism product is influenced by the information provided to the tourist. The Internet information, which is the primary source, is used. The tourists choose the company based on the information provided. The main purpose of an online agency is to sell vacations. On the other hand any online agency must respond to user needs even if they are not always commercial (obtaining impressions of a destination, documentary on cheap destinations, etc.).
The purpose of our work is to analyze travel web-sites, more exactly, whether the criteria used to analyze virtual stores are also adequate for the Romanian tourism product. Following the study, we concluded that the Romanian online tourism web-sites for the Romanian market have the features that we found listed on similar web-sites of France, England, Germany, etc. In conclusion, online Romanian tourism can be considered one of the factors of economic growth
Integrated Management Solution for a Sustainable SMEāSelection Proposal Using AHP
In the conditions of the pandemic crisis, implementing an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system with a sustainability component represents a crucial investment for a small and medium enterprise (SME) but critical for the organization, if it is not the matching solution. A comprehensive framework for selecting the SāERP system was elaborated, including a set of relevant criteria for an SME to draw and assess the selection of an ERP system, considering that the factors extracted as well as the importance in the proposed model have been debated for years in the available literature. A methodology based on the brainstorming and questionnaire techniques was proposed in establishing the selection criteria, and the AHP decision analysis method was used for evaluating the weight of the criteria, all these in order to provide a model for ERP selection. This model was tested on a set of numerical, hypothetical, and applied data of the Romanian context. The use of the recommended model shows that it can be applied to improve decisions and decrease the time interval required for SāERP selection. The results also show that AHP can fulfill the SāERP selection objective for SMEs and the decisive factors that affect decisionāmaking processes in a systematic way
