    Pengaruh Brand Experience dan Brand Engagement Terhadap Brand Loyalty Pada Komunitas Instagram Wardah Youth Ambassador

    This study is driven by the growing importance of consumer loyalty within digital communities, particularly in the beauty industry. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of Brand Experience and Brand Engagement on Brand Loyalty among members of the Wardah Youth Ambassador community on Instagram. A quantitative approach with descriptive and causal methods was applied. Data were collected through questionnaires from 90 respondents and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that Brand Experience has a significant influence on Brand Loyalty with a path coefficient of 0.593 and a p-value of 0.000. Brand Engagement also significantly affects Brand Loyalty, with a path coefficient of 0.239 and a p-value of 0.046. These results indicate that both Brand Experience and consumer engagement are key factors in fostering loyalty toward cosmetic brands on social media platforms.     Penerapan pelayanan prima diperpustakaan menjadi hal utama dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pemustaka. Di pandemi COVID-19 ini, banyak yang terkena dampaknya, khususnya Perpustakaan UPT Bung Karno Blitar. Perpustakaan tidak dapat memberikan pelayanan secara0langsung, oleh sebab itu perpustakaan beralih0ke perpustakaan berbasis online. Akibatnya terjadi perubahan sistem akses informasi dan layanan perpustakaan. Setelah diberlakukannya Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB), kini Perpustakaan Bung Karno berinovasi untuk meminimalisir penyebaran virus melalui penyelenggaraan program perpustakaan yaitu SILAKAN kepanjangan dari Sistem Layanan Anda Pesan Kami Antarkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelayanan yang diberikan oleh pustakawan kepada pemustaka di Era Pandemi Covid-19 di UPT. Perpustakaan Bung Karno Blitar. Peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dan studi literatur. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dalam penelitian ini pelaksanaan program SILAKAN di UPT. Perpustakaan Bung Karno Blitar di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 ini, menjadi salah satu upaya perpustakaan untuk memcahkan persoalan terkait pelayanan prima selama pandemi. Dengan adanya program ini beberapa pemustaka merasa lebih bersemangat ketika sudah merasakan penggunaan dari program SILAKAN. Selain itu, memberikan kemudahan dalam menemukan informasi yang diinginkan tanpa harus datang ke perpustakaan. Pemustaka setidaknya bisa memperoleh informasi yang diinginkan meskipun kurang maksimal, karena mengingat pembatasan skala besar untuk menghindari Covid-19.     Food in Indonesia is often identified with rice or rice because this type of food is a staple food for Indonesian people. The task meeting of researchers and extension workers of Balitbangtan and extension workers of Bengkulu province carried out demonstration plots for lowland rice cultivation. The purpose of this study was to examine the response of farmers to lowland rice cultivation technology and the factors related to the response of farmers in Padang Merbau Village, Seluma Selatan District, Seluma Regency. This response research was conducted using survey methods and distributing questionnaires. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling with 35 respondents consisting of 8 cooperative farmers and 28 farmers around the location in the demonstration plot for innovation in rice cultivation technology. The data collected includes the characteristics of farmers and farmers' responses to technological innovations in lowland rice cultivation. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively quantitatively. The results showed that the response of farmers to technological innovations in lowland rice cultivation was included in the high category with an average score of 3.89, the correlation of respondent characteristics with farmer responses was not significantly related with a value &gt; 0.05. Support from all parties is needed to support farmers' responses to lowland rice technology innovations.</jats:p
