Implementing curriculum of madrasah Tsanawiyah in increasing the quality of pesantren Al-Kautsar Al-Akbar Medan
Implementasi Kurikulum Pesantren Madrasah Tsanawiyah dalam
peningkatan mutu di Pesantren Al-Kautsar Al-Akbar Medan bertujuan
untuk mengetahui struktur kurikulum pesantren dan pelaksaannya di
madrasah tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif
dengan metode deskriptif, yaitu menggali data yang terkait dengan
pelaksanaan kurikulum pesantren dalam proses pembelajaran di
Madrasah Tsanawiyah dan mendeskripsikan data yang ada sesuai dengan
fokus penelitian untuk memperjelas tujuan diadakannya penelitian
tersebut. Adapun permasalahan yang dibahas dalam tulisan ini adalah
bagaimana kurikulum pesantren dan pelaksanaannya di Madrasah
Tsanawiyah Pesantren Al-Kautsar Al-Akbar Medan. Hasil yang didapatkan
bahwa secara struktural Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Kautsar Al-Akbar Medan
menerapkan dua kurikulum yaitu kurikulum pendidikan pesantren dan
kurikulum kementerian agama. Kurikulum pendidikan pesantren dibagi
menjadi dua kurikulum. Yang petama adalah yang tidak berkaitan dengan
tata bahasa Arab seperti Al-Qur’an, Hadis, dan Akhlak, ini disebut dengan
kurikulum pesantren. Sedangkan mata pelajaran seperti nahwu dan sharaf
dimasukkan dalam kurikulum bahasa Arab. Dalam pelaksaan kurikulum
pendidikan pesantren tidak jauh berbeda dengan kurikulum Kementerian
agama. Yang mengajar kurikulum pendidikan pesantren adalah guru yang
berkompeten yang mempunyai kualifikasi khusus di bidang agama dan
semua gurunya adalah alumni pesantren. Metode yang digunakan dalam
pembelajaran materi pendidikan pesantren adalah menggunakan metode
bandongan dan sorogan yang dilaksanakan secara klasikal. Metode

THE CONTRIBUTION OF COMMUNICATION INTENSITY TO THE RESPONSIBILITY ATTITUDE OF SUPERVISORS IN THE OFFICE OF MINISTRY OF RELIGIOUS AFFAIRS AT MEDAN CITY
This study aims to determine the magnitude of the contribution of communication intensity in the assignment of the responsibility attitude of the Supervisor at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office at Medan. Hypothesis proposed; the intensity of communication in the assignment contributed significantly to the attitude of the Supervisory responsibility in the Ministry of Religious affairs Medan. The population of this study is all supervisors in the Ministry of Religious Affairs at Medan. Samples determined by Stratified Proportional Random Sampling Technique, obtained by 30 people. The instrument is designed with questionnaire form for communication intensity variable in assignment and responsibility attitude of Supervisor at Ministry of Religious Affairs at Medan. Two main conditions that must be owned by a data collection tool, they are; validity and reliability. Instrument validity was tested through content validity which was tested to 25 respondents outside the research sample. Instrument reliability was analyzed by Alpha Cronbach. The results of data analysis showed that the intensity of communication in the assignment has a significant contribution to the attitude of the Supervisory Board of Education in the City of Medan for 14.50% with a correlation coefficient of 0.38
MANAJEMEN PERENCANAAN MATERI PEMBELAJARAN KITAB KUNING BAGI SANTRI KELAS TIGA DAYAH MUDI MASJID RAYA SAMALANGA KABUPATEN BIREUEN
The yellow book material is an important component in a dayah (Islamic boarding school). The yellow book learning material is a program developed in the dayah (Islamic boarding school), both salafi and khalafist dayahs. And to carry out the process of planning the yellow book learning material, the dayah needs to make an efficient plan. This study discusses the management of the yellow book learning planning for the third grade students of the MUDI Dayah Great Mosque of Samalanga, Bireuen Regency. So the author examines, first; the yellow book learning material planning system for the third grade students of the MUDI Masjid Raya Samalanga, second grade; planning method for delivering yellow book learning materials for third grade students of the MUDI Dayah Masjid Raya Samalanga, third; planning evaluation of yellow book learning materials for third grade students of the MUDI Dayah Masjid Raya Samalanga. In this study, the author uses a qualitative type of research that is a phenomenological descriptive analysis with a management approach to the planning of the MUDI dayah institution at the Samalanga Grand Mosque. The research subjects were purposively sampling where the interviewees were only the head of the curriculum, the head of the MUDI Mesjid Raya Dayah education sector, the third grade teacher/guardian, and the third grade student. The results of the first research; shows that the planning system for the yellow book learning material for the third grade students of Dayah MUDI Masjid Raya Samalanga is in accordance with the education level of the third grade students. Where the yellow book learning material is clearly visible based on the results of interviews and documentation that already exists and is neatly arranged, the yellow book that is determined is very systematic according to the education level of third grade students. Second, the form of the yellow material delivery planning method for third grade students consists of the syafahi/bandongan method, the sima'ie/sorongan method and the bahsul matsail. Where the three methods are used by the teacher in delivering the yellow book learning material for third grade students at the MUDI Dayah of the Samalanga Grand Mosque. Third, to determine the ability of students to read the yellow book learning material for third grade students at the MUDI Dayah of the Samalanga Grand Mosque, it can be known through evaluation. Planning the evaluation of the yellow book learning material for third grade students at the MUDI dayah in one year is carried out three times in three semesters. In each semester, the evaluation is scheduled for fifteen days with three examiners, each examiner overseeing the exam for five days. Then for the third grade in particular, the evaluation schedule has three additional days to evaluate the material of the Alfiah temple memorizing book with a supervisor teacher who has been determined by the dayah curriculum
KEPEMIMPINAN ORGANISATORIS SEBAGAI SHARING POWER DALAM MEWUJUDKAN KESEIMBANGAN HUBUNGAN ATASAN DAN BAWAHAN PADA MTsN 10 BIREUEN
Leadership in an organization is a leading activity carried out by a leader in carrying out the activities of the organization as a whole. Organizational leadership is intended to coordinate, empower and make decisions from various parts and existing organizational resources. The formulation of the problem in this article examines the steps for implementing organizational leadership as sharing power in realizing a balanced relationship between superiors and subordinates at MTsN 10 Bireuen. The results showed that organizational leadership as sharing power in realizing a balanced relationship between superiors and subordinates at MTsN 10 Bireuen was carried out with a normal mechanism that was persuasive legalistic, namely by delegating the leadership functions of the head of MTsN 10 Bireuen to several subordinates who were structurally assisted by the head of MTsN 10 Bireuen
The Influence of Job Satisfaction on the Performance of Madrasah Aliyah (Islamic Senior High School) Teachers
The quality of education is strongly influenced by teacher performance. One factor that supports the improvement of teacher performance is job satisfaction. When job satisfaction is high, it will affect job performance and achieve goals optimally. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on teacher performance in the state Islamic Senior High School in Medan, Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative methods with a sample of 45 teachers taken from Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Medan. Data analysis was performed using a t-test with a significance level of 95 %. Based on the test result, it is obtained that tcount ttable. This shows that there is a significant correlation between job satisfaction and teacher performance. Based on the analysis results, it is concluded that job satisfaction is one of the factors that increase teacher performance where the higher the job satisfaction, the better and the performance of the teachers. This study provides recommendations for educational policyholders to increasingly pay attention to the factors that can increase teacher job satisfaction in state Islamic High School public in particular or other educational institutions in general
Analysis on the leadership ability of the islamic senior high school principal in north sumatera province-indonesia
This study attempted to describe the data analysis on the leadership ability of the Islamic Senior
High School Principal in North Sumatera Province. The research respondent are 205 Principal Islamic Senior
High School. The data were analyzed by using descriptive analysis. The research finding denotes the highest
score variable principal's leadership ability is 189, the lowest are 122, and the mean and standard deviation of
154.49 is 15:41, while the highest score of the ideal 238, the lowest score of 34 is ideal, and the ideal mean
score is 136 and the ideal standard deviation is 34. Data tendency principal's leadership ability is 78.54% in
the moderate category, 21,46% in the low category. Thus the leadership ability of the Islamic Senior High
School Principal in North Sumatera Province has a tendency to moderate category
