Managing broadcasting management is not easy. Managing the broadcasting business is a difficult and challenging. This research aims to analyze the activity of management and organizational performance ACEH TV television media in an effort to disseminate the Islamic Sharia and Preservation of Local Culture in Aceh. This research is descriptive qualitative. Informants of this research is managing director, program director, executive producer, cameraman / reporter, as well as additional informants Regional Chairman of the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPID) Aceh, Aceh Province Department of Islamic Law, and local media observers. The location of this research is in Banda Aceh, Aceh province. Sampling was done purposively. Data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed by analysis of an interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The results showed that the ACEH TV as the medium of television that is broadcasting management ACEH have done according to a local television broadcasting standard. Agenda setting function of mass media performed in the ACEH TV dissemination of Islamic Shariah in Aceh and local culture to influence the people of Aceh to implement Islamic Sharia and also maintain the culture and local wisdom Aceh. There are still some shortcomings in running broadcasting broadcasting technology such as lack of equipment that is increasingly sophisticated. The results of image editing is very simple, and some programs presenter still looks stiff when in front of the camera

<p>Red/ blue dots indicate that the patients were more/less exposed than the controls. The two lines stand for tests significance at the 0.05 level without (bottom line) and with (upper line) Bonferroni correction for multiple testing (see <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0170658#pone.0170658.t002" target="_blank">Table 2</a> for the definition of INF-E variables).</p

SNPs found associated with an environmental exposure to infectious diseases.

<p>The SNPs listed are those for which the p-value of the final test was classified as « indicative » of a possible association (p<10−7, see Material and Methods). The 2 SNPs that survived the Bonferroni correction are indicated in bold.</p

<p>Methylation at CpGs -69, −102, −180 and −206 are associated with rs3842748. More distant SNPs showed a much weaker correlation with methylation at CpG -69 and -102 for rs4320932 and with methylation at CpGs -102, -135, -180 and −206 for rs6356. P-values are calculated by Krukal-Wallis test.</p

<p>Only CpG -180 methylation showed a slight downward trend with age (r = 0.09, p = 0.01). The figure also shows the distribution of individual methylation values, and the differences between T1D and control subjects for CpGs -19, -135, -180, and -234.</p

<p>Genes are represented by blue boxes (exons) and lines (intron). Under genes, CGI are in green. Green intensity and size of the box is function of the size and the number of CpG included in CGI. Polymorphisms are represented by black boxes, under CGI. Below, a zoom of the <i>INS</i> promoter allowing the localization and representation of the isolated CpG sites, according to the TSS, represented by the red arrow.</p
