InterProScan results. InterProScan [34] queries sequences against 16 member databases enabling protein classification by family as well as by conserved domains; the number of annotations and the percent of sequences receiving annotations varied across the different databases. (XLSX 32Â kb
Additional file 3: of Developing expressed sequence tag libraries and the discovery of simple sequence repeat markers for two species of raspberry (Rubus L.)
Gene ontology term distribution for the categories Biological Process, Molecular Function, and Cellular Component. (XLSX 12 kb
Additional file 5: Table S3. of Regulation of gene expression in roots of the pH-sensitive Vaccinium corymbosum and the pH-tolerant Vaccinium arboreum in response to near neutral pH stress using RNA-Seq
Enrichment analysis of GO terms. Genes showing differential expression in VA (A) and VC (B) were subjected to singular enrichment analysis in AgriGO. The table contains output from the analysis performed using the combination AgriGO and REVIGO tools. GO terms with FDR < 0.5 after Yekutieli multi-test in AgriGO were used on REVIGO and searched for genes with that specific annotation. (XLSX 184 kb

NCBI accession, locus name, and details of SSR, primer design and DNA sequence for black raspberry (R. occidentalis). Highlight indicates those loci tested in R. idaeus and R. occidentalis genotypes with results shown in manuscript Table 1. (XLSX 93 kb
In-flight simulators and fly-by-wirelight demonstrators: a historical account of international aeronautical research
This book offers the first complete account of more than sixty years of international research on In-Flight Simulation and related development of electronic and electro-optic flight control system technologies (“Fly-by-Wire” and “Fly-by-Light”). They have provided a versatile and experimental procedure that is of particular importance for verification, optimization, and evaluation of flying qualities and flight safety of manned or unmanned aircraft systems. Extensive coverage is given in the book to both fundamental information related to flight testing and state-of-the-art advances in the design and implementation of electronic and electro-optic flight control systems, which have made In-Flight Simulation possible. Written by experts, the respective chapters clearly show the interdependence between various aeronautical disciplines and in-flight simulation methods. Taken together, they form a truly multidisciplinary book that addresses the needs of not just flight test engineers, but also other aeronautical scientists, engineers and project managers and historians as well. Students with a general interest in aeronautics as well as researchers in countries with growing aeronautical ambitions will also find the book useful. The omission of mathematical equations and in-depth theoretical discussions in favor of fresh discussions on innovative experiments, together with the inclusion of anecdotes and fascinating photos, make this book not only an enjoyable read, but also an important incentive to future research. The book, translated from the German by Ravindra Jategaonkar, is an extended and revised English edition of the book Fliegende Simulatoren und Technologieträger, edited by Peter Hamel and published by Appelhans in 2014
Additional file 6: Table S4. of Regulation of gene expression in roots of the pH-sensitive Vaccinium corymbosum and the pH-tolerant Vaccinium arboreum in response to near neutral pH stress using RNA-Seq
Summary of discussed genes. Collection of genes present in discussion organized by function. The columns represent category/gene ID, description of best UniProt protein homolog, description of best Arabidopsis protein homolog, log fold change (FC) in V. arboreum and logFC in V. corymbosum. Genotypic and Phenotypic Evaluation of Off-Type Grasses in Hybrid Bermudagrass [Cynodon dactylon (L.) Pers. x C. transvaalensis Burtt-Davy] Putting Greens using Genotyping-by-Sequencing and Morphological Characterization
Many bermudagrass cultivars established for
putting greens can be genetically unstable and lead to the occurrence of undesirable
off-type grasses that vary in phenotype.
The objective of this research was to genetically and phenotypically
differentiate off-type grasses and hybrid cultivars

All informative microsatellite markers and associated data. In total 116 informative markers were developed for Q. rubra. These include 37 gSSRs, 38 EST-SSRs from Q. rubra, 1 C. mollissima EST-SSR and 40 Q. robur EST-SSRs. The table shows the marker name, the corresponding sequence accession numbers from NCBI, forward and reverse primers used for amplification and base pair sizes in Q. rubra mapping parents.
