    FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN PRAKTIK PENCEGAHAN COVID-19 DI KABUPATEN LAMPUNG TIMUR TAHUN 2021

    Cases and deaths due to Covid-19 continue to increase in East Lampung; It is closely related to Covid-19 prevention practices. This study aims to find out what factors are related to Covid-19 prevention in East Lampung District.An analytical observational study with a cross-sectional approach was conducted with 100 respondents aged ? 18 years domiciled in East Lampung District. The data is collected online using the KoBoToolbox platform shared through Instagram and Facebook. Variables were measured using questionnaires containing respondents' characteristics, Perception, Stigma, Prevention Practices, Knowledge, and WHOQOL-BREF questionnaires to measure the quality of life.The result showed that 57 % of respondents were male, 72 % were early adulthood, 67 % were employed, 54 % had an income ? IDR 2.432.150, 49 % of respondents had a practice score of ?42,58, 53% had a quality of life score ? 87, 60% had a perception score of ?43, 55% had a stigma score of ?62 and 64% had a ?28 knowledge score. Chi-Square test results show that factors related to the practice of Covid-19 prevention are gender, in which male is 2.6 times at risk of the practice with a score ?42.58. Preception ?43, 2.6 times at risk with a score ?42.58 and the quality of life ?87 with a score ?42.58, 2.2 more potentials in doing the practice.This research can be an input for policymakers to develop interventions and policies that are considered adequate for the community in Covid-19 prevention practices.Keywords : Perceptions, Quality of Life, Gender, Preventions, Covid-1

    Hubungan Literasi TBC dengan Stigma Tuberkulosis Masyarakat di Kelurahan Pekunden Semarang

    Community TB stigma is one of the obstacles to seeking TB treatment. Therefore it is necessary to know how the role of health literacy in TB disease against TB stigma.An observational study with a cross-sectional approach was conducted to measure the relationship between TB literacy and TB stigma. The number of respondents in this study was 102, who live in Pekunden Village and aged >= 18 years were taken incidentally. TB literacy and TB stigma were measured using interviews using a questionnaire.The results showed that 70.6% of respondents were female, most were 47 years old, 54% were unemployed, and 79.4% had heard of TB information before. As many as 48% of respondents are in the problematic and inadequate literacy category. As many as 48% of respondents gave a negative TB stigma. Spearman's rank test results with a 95% confidence level showed a relationship between TB literacy and tuberculosis stigma (p=0.0001; r=0.344)The prevention carried out becomes an action that is considered a stigma for the community. Follow-up is needed to see from the perspective of TB literacy and the behavior of TB patients

    Support from community leaders and families related to Covid-19 prevention behavior In Indonesia

    Background: COVID-19 is a public health problem and has been declared a pandemic by the WHO. In Indonesia, there were 1,682,004 confirmed positive cases of COVID-19, with a total of 1,535,491 (91.3%) recovering and 45,949 (2.7%) deaths. Behavior-reinforcing factors, namely support from community leaders and families, have an important role in preventing COVID-19 in Indonesia.Purpose: To analyze the relationship between the support of community leaders and family support on Covid-19 prevention behavior.Method: A quantitative method with a cross-sectional design and the sampling technique used was purposive sampling with inclusion criteria being willing to become respondents by filling in informed consent, aged over 18 years, Indonesian residents could access the google form. Two thousand seven hundred samples meet the inclusion criteria.Results: The results showed that there was a strong and significant relationship between the variables of community leader support (p value = 0.001; r = 0.296) and family support (p value = 0.001; r = 0.402) on Covid-19 prevention behavior.Conclusion: We need to strengthen the capacity of community leaders and families to improve their behavior to prevent COVID-19 in Indonesia
