ANALISIS BISNIS RITEL DENGAN PENDEKATAN BLUE OCEAN STRATEGY DALAM MENCIPTAKAN INOVASI NILAI DI 212 MART PEKANBARU
Minimarket 212 Mart is a sharia-based retail that provides goods for people who are only registered as Halal by MUI. The meeting of the number of minimarkets created a competition for the same market in Tampan District. 212 Mart is in the same battle area as other retailers such as Indomaret. So that more and more retails are destroying each other, killing each other and bleeding bloody termed the Red Ocean. The purpose of this study is to determine the position of the 212 Mart quadrant in retail competition anddesign a strategy that is applied by 212 Mart based on the Blue Ocean Strategy. Questionnaire data collection techniques for 100 respondents who are consumers 212 Mart Tampan District. Based on the research results 212 Mart is in quadrant III SWOT matrix which means it has a great opportunity but there are weaknesses in the company's internal. The 212 Mart strategy canvas shows the low value of competitors' curves, meaning the lack of offerings given to consumers. The results of the four-step framework, there are no eliminated factors, reducing factors that are notimportant in the competition, increasing factors that have a low value from Indomaret namely product variables, price, promotion, place, physical evidence, factors created include fresh corner, member card, giving coupons or sweepstakes, discount corners, non-cash payments, Where to provide hot drink
Analisis Perancangan Strategi Pemasaran Menggunakan Metode SWOT Dan QSPM Di UMKM Pempek Lenlin
Starting from the problems experienced by Len-Lin’s Pempek business, where sales did not reach the set targets and did not have a good marketing strategy plan to increase sales. This research was conducted with the aim of formulating a marketing strategy for these SMEs with the SWOT and QSPM methods. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative methods with analysis of Business Development Strategies using EFE and IFE matrices, IE matrices, SWOT matrices and QSPM. The results of this study are in an intermediate position in utilizing internal and external factors for business development with a total IFE of 2.961 and a total of EFE of 2.919. The IE matrix mapping shows that Len-Lin’s Pempek business use the defensive and maintain strategy. The purpose of this study is to identify the analysis of the internal and external conditions of Mokey MSMEs and to design the best alternative strategy proposals to increase sales and maintain the business being run using the SWOT matrix (Strength, Weakness, Threat, Opportunity) and the QSPM method (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). The Economic Potential Analysis of Nata de Pina Production Using Pineapple Skin Waste to Develop Product Variants of Pineapple Food Industry in Riau Province
Sustainable development is an important issue that
must be considered in an industrial business. Companies have
been encouraged to include environmental aspects in making
their strategic decisions and production activities by creating and
implementing innovations to convert wastes into added value
products. Riau province is one of the regions in Indonesia that
produce pineapple fruits on a large scale. This research focused
on developing product variants of pineapple food industry which
is based on utilizing pineapple skin as raw material of making a
new variant nata de pina. There were two studies in this
research, the experimental design of nata de pina using taguchi
method and economic potential analysis of developing this new
product in Riau by implementing full costing method. The
analysis concluded that sugar and vinegar contributed
significantly to the process. The result showed that this product is
economically potential to be developed with competitive selling
price at IDR 1,612 per kg compared with nata de coco that has
selling price at IDR 2,000 per kg

Usulan Strategi Pengembangan UMKM Keripik Cabe Melur Menggunakan Metode Business Model Canvas
UMKM Keripik Cabe Melur is a business operating in the snack food sector located in Dumai City. UMKM Keripik Cabe Melur continues to develop in terms of equipment which now uses machines but in running its business it experiences problems with sales not reaching targets. This research aims to analyze the business model description and propose alternative strategies for developing UMKM Keripik Cabe Melur. This research uses the Business Model Canvas method and SWOT Analysis method which will provide strategy proposals starting with carrying out BMC analysis, IFE matrix, IFE Matrix, IE matrix, SWOT matrix analysis and eventually proposed a feasible BMC. Alternative strategies proposed are identifying most potential customer segments (need to reach online resellers), value propositions (increasing purchasing media on social media and e-commerce and being able to increase production according to demand), channels (marketing and promotion via social media, gift shops and e-commerce such as Tik Tok shop, Shopee, Lazada, Instagram and Facebook with special prices), key activities (Sales and promotions via social media and e-commerce with attractive posters), Key resources (requires a smartphone to support sales and promotions on social media and e-commerce), Key partners (cooperating with goods delivery services) and cost structure (incurring promotion and internet service costs).Keywords - Business Model Canvas Method, Development Strategy, Keripik Cabe, UMKM, SWOT Method
Analisa Kinerja Sustainability Research and Education di Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau
Penggunaan AC yang meningkat menyebabkan dampak efek rumah kaca terutama di negara tropis dan lahan hijau semakin berkurang. Pemerintah terus berupaya terutama mengajak perguruan tinggi dengan menerapkan program green campus. Kurangnya kepedulian dan kesadaran civitas akademik pada Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi UIN Suska Riau menjadi kendala dalam penerapan Green Campus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa kinerja sustainability yang berfokus pada civitas akademik di research and education dengan pendekatan UI Green Metric World University Rangking. Hasil dari penilaian indikator menggunakan UI GreenMatric pada katogori research and education memperoleh nilai dari 460 dari 1.800 dengan akumulasi 25,5%. Rendahnya hasil nilai akhir di analisa menggunakan SWOT yang didapatkan hasil perlu adanya tim khusus dalam upaya penerapan Green Campus dan pendanaan yang masih terbatas
Strategi Pengembangan Usaha Mie Riau Dengan Menggunakan Metode SWOT dan Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM)
Kegiatan Usaha kecil tetap memerlukan strategi yang tepat dalam mengembangkan usahanya. Untuk dapat bersaing dan berkembang, perusahaan perlu mempertahankan atau menjaga strategi yang tepat dengan memperhatikan faktor lingkungan usaha baik internal maupun eksternal untuk meningkatkan pendapatan. Usaha Mie Riau merupakan salah satu usaha yang bergerak dibidang memproduksi serta menjual mie yang berbahan baku tepung terigu . Pada penelitian ini ditemukan beberapa masalah seperti tingkat penjualan yang menurun serta adanya kompotitor yang menjual produk sejenis yang akan mempengaruhi tingkat pendapatan pada Usaha Mie Riau. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Usaha Mie Riau, serta merancang alternatif strategi dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode SWOT dan menganalisis berbagai alternatif strategi menggunakan matriks QSPM. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa Usaha Mie Riau berada dalam posisi tumbuh dan berkembang dengan skor matriks IFE 3,7 dan matriks EFE 2,99. Berdasarkan analisis QSPM diperoleh alternatif strategi utama yakni menciptakan berbagai varian produk mie dengan nilai TAS 8,35
