    Model of Educational Leadership Management in Boarding Schools

    Islamic boarding schools have a wealth of knowledge that can be researched and analyzed from various scientific aspects, so research on Islamic boarding schools will be available. This study will focus on the management pattern of pesantren leadership education by choosing the largest pesantren in the country, namely the Darussalam Gontor Modern Islamic Boarding School. A qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were obtained from key informants, Islamic boarding school documents and books, journals and articles as support related to the management of leadership education in the era of globalization. Data analysis in this study used content analysis techniques. The results of the study found that the management of leadership education in the form of regeneration in the style of the Gontor Islamic Boarding School was classified into six: briefing, training, assignment, habituation, control and role modelling. The revival of leadership values at the Gontor Islamic Boarding School includes education of ibrah, habituation, mauidzah, discipline, independence and exemplary. The pattern of leadership in Darussalam Gontor Islamic Boarding School is collegial (Trimurti). The administration of the Trimurti pesantren Darussalam Gontor became the central figure of the pesantren in the leadership of three kiai. With this collective leadership model, the Gontor Islamic Boarding School will eventually become a modern institution whose survival does not depend on a single kiai as the supreme leader. Thus, Islamic boarding schools are expected to be able to foster and produce Islamic human resources

    Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan kemampuan menulis teks berita antara siswa yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dengan siswa yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran langsung, mendeskripsikan kemampuan menulis teks berita antara siswa berkemampuan awal tinggi yang diajar menggunakan model kooperatif tipe STAD dengan yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran langsung, dan mendeskripsikan kemampuan menulis teks berita antara siswa berkemampuan awal rendah yang diajar menggunakan model kooperatif tipe STAD dengan yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran langsung; dan (4) mendeskripsikan interaksi antara model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dan kemampuan awal terhadap kemampuan menulis teks berita siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 24 Jambi. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen faktorial 2x2. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 24 yang terdiri atas 6 kelas. Sampel penelitian adalah kelas VIIIA untuk kelas eksperimen dengan jumlah 40 siswa dan kelas VIIIB untuk kelas kontrol dengan jumlah 38 siswa. Penetapan sampel yang ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling . Data kemampuan menulis teks berita siswa diperoleh menggunakan tes unjuk kerja dan dianalisis menggunakan uji Anava dua arah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD mempengaruhi kemampuan menulis teks berita siswa

The teacher's teaching commitment must be considered when the teaching and learning process occurs online or face-to-face. One way to see whether a teacher is committed or not in a school can be seen from the compensation provided by the school, it can be seen from the performance made, and it can even be seen from the teacher's presence when teaching. It is necessary to increase the teaching commitment of teachers in schools to see student progress and to see students' abilities while learning. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The informants in this study were all honorary teachers who teach Economics at Titian Teras High School, totaling 2 people. Data collection is done through Observation, Interview, and Documentation. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers on honorary teachers in economics at SMA Negeri Titian Teras H. Abdurrahman Sayoeti Jambi, it can be said that they are committed because seen from their daily work, honorary teachers in economics subjects should be able to increase their teaching commitment

    Analysis of Marketing Effect and Individual Modernity Its Influence on Consumption Behavior

    This study aims to determine the existence of problems related to the consumptive behavior of students. Because it is known that many students have uncontrolled consumptive behavior in consuming goods and services. This research is a quantitative research using an expo facto research approach. The results showed that: 1) There was a significant marketing effect on consumptive behavior, the value of tcount was 3.936 > ttable 1.65993. 2) There is a significant influence of individual modernity on consumptive behavior, the value of tcount is 6.743 > ttable 1.65993. 3) There is a simultaneous influence of marketing effect and individual modernity on consumptive behavior based on data analysis obtained Fcount 36.819> Ftable 3.09 and coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.419 which means that consumptive behavior is influenced by marketing effect and individual modernity is 41.9% and the remaining 58.1% is influenced by other variables that are not explained in this study. So it can be concluded that the marketing effect and individual modernity have a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior in Economic Education students class 2017 and 2018 Jambi University. From the results of this study, it is suggested that students can be wiser in consuming goods and services in excess or consumptive behavior in order to avoid marketing effects and uncontrolled individual modernity

    HASIL BELAJAR AKUNTANSI DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS COLLABORATIVE LEARNING SISWA SMA KOTA JAMBI

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using a collaborative learning-based learning model on the accounting learning outcomes of class XI IPS students of SMA Negeri 5 Jambi City. This study used a quasi-experimental approach in the form of a pretest-posttest control group comparison design. The subjects in this study were students of class XI IPS 5 as the experimental class and XI IPS 3 as the control class with the data analysis technique of learning outcomes using the t-test, it can be concluded that the average accounting learning outcomes of class XI IPS students who were taught using Collaborative Learning-based learning model is 75.33 higher than the average student learning outcomes of class XI IPS on accounting subjects taught conventionally is 62.8. The results of the t-test obtained the results of the coefficient tcount> ttable or 5.048> 2.039. Thus, it can be interpreted that there is an effect of the use of Collaborative Learning-based learning models on the accounting learning outcomes of class XI IPS students at SMA Negeri 5 Kota Jambi. Keywords: Collaborative Learning-Based Learning Model, Learning Outcome

This research method is to use qualitative research with analytic descriptive method. The research location was carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Palimanan, Cirebon Regency. The results showed that based on the implementation of short story text teaching materials for class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Palimanan, namely the results of the student response questionnaire showed a satisfactory response, meaning that students could well accept short story teaching materials, on average students were quite good at understanding the contents of the material. teaching materials and can help teaching materials in teaching and learning activities in class, especially in short story material. Students hope that teaching materials that are made according to the needs of students like this can continue to be developed to support learning materials. Students feel interested and easily understand the material because it is neatly arranged and the front cover illustrations of the books are adjusted to the colors that make students interested in reading them, the use of color in teaching materials is very important so that students when reading material or assignments do not get bored and want to work on the material. teach it. Pada anak yang dididik oleh orang tuanya dengan pola asuh otoriter cenderung membentuk kepribadian introvert pada anak.
