Source of CP Violation for the Baryon Asymmetry of the Universe
We give a description of why the existence of a fourth generation is likely
to provide enough CP violation for baryogenesis, and trace how this observation
came about. We survey the current experimental and theoretical pursuits and
outline a research agenda, touching upon unitarity violation and very heavy
chiral quarks, and comment on how the electroweak phase transition picture
might be altered.Comment: Invited talk presented at 2nd International Workshop on Dark Matter,

Indications for Large Rescattering in Rare B Decays
The sign of , the evidence for , and the possibly sizable and in all suggest that final state rescattering may be needed in
decay, which is echoed by large color suppressed modes. An SU(3) formalism of rescattering in final states leads to interesting predictions, in
particular allowing for small .Comment: 3 pages, 3 figures. Talk presented at EPS2003 Conference, Aachen,

A brief (p)review on a possible fourth generation world to come
We pick up the thread of direct CPV (DCPV) difference, linking to
the 4th generation prediction (and current quest) of -dependent CPV (TCPV)
in . We then soar up to the heavens with possible source
of CPV for the Universe (CPV-4-U); for the "cauldron" that stirs strong phase
transitions, we raise the possible link between electroweak symmetry breaking
and large Yukawa couplings (4-EWSB). With the prognosis for 2011, 2012 and
beyond, we stress these as preview for the possible 4th generation to come:
CPV-4-U and the \emph{raison d'\^etre} for our Universe (and ourselves); 4-EWSB
and the \emph{raison d'\^etre} for the LHC itself.Comment: Talk given at 35th International Conference on High Energy Physics

Effects of New Physics on CP Violation in B Decays
We discuss two models with 1 extra CP phase in
transition. The CP phase with fourth
generations, previously ignored, could impact on , and , but does not affect EM and strong penguins.
With SUSY at TeV scale, a right-handed ``'' squark can be
driven light by flavor mixing. It does not affect , but can
generate while giving . mixing and would likely be
large, and in is promising.Comment: 3 pages, 3 figures. Talk presented at EPS2003 Conference, Aachen,

ElectroWeak BaryoGenesis via Top Transport
We study electroweak baryogenesis driven by the top quark in two Higgs
doublet model that allows flavor-changing neutral Higgs couplings. Taking Higgs
sector couplings and the additional top Yukawa coupling to be
(1), one naturally has first order electroweak phase transition
and sufficient violation to fuel the cosmic baryon asymmetry. Even if
vanishes, the favor-changing coupling can still achieve
baryogenesis. Phenomenological consequences such as , , electron electric dipole moment, , and
coupling are discussed. The extra scalars , and are sub-TeV
in mass, and can be searched for at the LHC.Comment: 5 pages, 3 figures, to appear in proceedings of EPS-HEP2017 held July

What Can We Learn from Charmless Rare B Decays - the Past/Next 3 Years

Fourth Generation -- Towards Effect of Large Yukawa Coupling
In this talk we cover two threads regarding the 4th generation: on CP
violation, from Earth up to the Heavens, i.e. from accelerator-based
experimental studies, towards baryon asymmetry of the Universe; and on direct
search bounds on and , towards the possibility of electroweak
symmetry breaking through large Yukawa couplings. Prospects and discussions are
presented.Comment: Plenary talk presented at TOP2010, May 31 - June 4, 2010, Bruges,
