Peroxisome Proliferator Activator Receptor (PPAR) Γ Agonis Menurunkan Kadar Sitokin Anti Inflamasi TGF-β dan IL-10 pada Tikus Putih Wistar Model Inflamasi Vaskular
Inflamasi vaskular merupakan kondisi patologis yang mendasari terjadinya gangguan pada pembuluh darah. NADPH oksidase merupakan enzim sentral yang mengaktivasi kaskade inflamasi sehingga dihasilkan superoxide (Reactive Oxygen Species), aktivasi sel fagosit, pengeluaran sitokin proinflamasi dan kerusakan jaringan vaskular. Aktivasi PPAR γ akan menginhibisi faktor transkripsi NF-κB dan menurunkan ekspresi gen sitokin proinflamasi. Pioglitazon dan telmisartan berkerja sebagai full dan partial agonis PPAR-γ. Diharapkan kedua agen ini dapat berperan dalam mencegah inflamasi vaskular dengan aktivasi PPAR γ. Tikus Wistar jantan usia 10 minggu (n= 30) dilakukan randomisasi ke dalam enam kelompok, 5 ekor tikus tiap kelompok, perlakuan selama 8 minggu. Kelompok 1 :kontrol negatif. Kelompok 2 : diberi NaCl 8% dan aquades 5 ml. Kelompok 3 dan 4 : diberi NaCl 8% serta pioglitazon secara berurutan dengan dosis 3 mg/kgBB dan 6 mg/kgBB. Kelompok 5 dan 6 : diberi NaCl 8% serta telmisartan secara berurutan dengan dosis 6 mg/kgBB dan 12 mg/kgBB. Kadar TGF-β dan IL-10 dianalisis dengan ELISA. Uji ANOVA dilanjutkan dengan pos hoc test (Boferroni test) digunakan untuk menganalisis variabel. Kadar TGF β1 dan IL-10 kelompok 3-6 menunjukkan penurunan signifikan dibandingkan kelompok 2. Telmisartan dan pioglitazon menurunkan kadar TGF-β1 dan IL-10 pada jaringan aorta tikus putih seiring peningkatan dosis
Pengaruh Gaya Komunikasi Kepala Dinas terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Dinas Perikanan dan Kelautan Provinsi Riau
This research is motivated by communication style Head of Department, acting and acting Head of Department of Fishery and marine Riau Province not yet reflect attitude of a leader, The formulation of problem from this research is how far influence of communication style Head of Department of Fishery and Marine Riau Province to Performance Employee .The methods used in this study i.e., quantitative methods. Data collection techniques in the study using a detailed questionaire. sample Determined by researchers as many as 95 people servant, the reason the author choose the Department of Fisheries and Marine Riau Province, because researchers want to see the communication style Head of Service to employees. In processing the data the author uses SPSS 17.0 program by using simple linear regression formula with the formula Ý = a + bX. Based on the research results found that Communication Style Head of Fisheries and Maritime Affairs of Riau Province influence on Employee Performance with a correlation value of 0.916. The value of 0.916 shows the correlation between independent variables (Head Office Communication Style) and dependent variable (Employee Performance) is in very strong correlation category (0,800 - 1,000). This is reinforced by the result of hypothesis test with F count> F table (676.503> 1.915).While the significance test obtained value 31.884> 0.202, meaning Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. Communication Style Head of Department has a significant influence on Employee Performance. This is indicated by different results with the respondent's answer on each question item. From 44 item of question known that on communication style of Head of Department to performance of employee of each item of question answered with majority agree and strongly agree. From the determination coefficient test or R Square of 0.916 or 91.6%. This shows that the variables studied (communication style Head of Service) give effect to employee performance equal to 91,6%. Based on hypothesis testing that has been done known communication style Head of Department of Fisheries and Marine Riau Province influence on employee performance
Perbandingan Kapasitas Sambungan Balok Kolom Sistem Konvensional dengan Sistem Pracetak yang Menggunakan Dywidag Ductile Connector (DDC)
Beam - column Joint is a critical part on a reinforced concrete frame structure which is designed specifically for inelastic deformating when obtain a strong earthquake . Beam - column Joint will get horizontal and vertical shear forces as a moment result from the column above and below it and moments of the beams when carry the load of the earthquake. Beam-column joint is a very important part when transfer forces between precast elements which are connected. Beam - column joint area should be planned well in order to avoid changes the force flow precast structure which result the collapse of the hierarchy which are achieved in the structure . when the system of structure is changed from conventional to precast, it should be needed a good analyze to get an accuracy capacity in the critical region structural elements . In this study is obtained a moment and shear capacity of the structure which is put on any type of soil between conventional beam-column connection and a precast use Dywidag Ductile Connector. The result show that there are a differences between two types of connections in moment and shear capacity what are placed in difference soil conditions . The greatest of moments capacity is in the conventional beam column connection, that is SE = 271.25kNm, SD = 222.40 kNm , SC = 199.35 kNm, SB = 162.20 kNm, SA = 162.20 KNm. While The greatest of shear capacity is in the precast beam column connection, that is SE = 1318.21 kN , SD = 1019.80 kN , SC = 1019.80 kN, SB = 878.80 kN, SA = 679.87 kN. it is caused of type of method in calculating for the capacity of conventional systems and precast connector with ductile connector type
EFEKTIVITAS CITRA MEREK TERHADAP PEMBELIAN MINUMAN RINGAN
The objective of this research is to find out the influence of sales promotion and brand image towards the decision of purchasing soft drinks. In this research, the writers used 2 methods of data collection which are data collecting using questionnaire and library research, and data analyzing using regression analysis techniques, correlation, coefficient determinant, and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis and discussion show that there is a positive influence between sales promotion and brand image towards the decision of purchasing. It is shown in multiple linear regression equation that Y = 0.581 + 0.406X1 + 0.568X2. It means, if there is a change in X1 by one unit, consequently, there will be an increase in Y at 0.406. Moreover, if the brand image is increased by one unit, there will be an increase of Y at 0.568. Based on the correlation analysis, the value of R is 0.782, meaning that there is strong correlation between X1 and X2 towards Y. Coefficient determinant equals 61.1%. This means that the contribution of sales promotion and brand image towards the decision of purchasing is at 61.1% while the other 38.9% is affected by other factors. The partial hypothesis testing reveals that the Tstat of X1 equals 2.859 and Tstat of X2 equals 3.395 with Ttable is 2.021 where Tstat > Ttable and the result of Fstat = 30.606 and Ftable = 3.238, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means there is a significant influence between sales promotion and brand image towards the decision of purchasing soft drinks
