    WEATHER SENSOR DATA ACQUISITION USING DELAY TOLERANT NETWORKING

    Placing a weather sensor in a remote area requires a network media to deliver the data to an accessible database somewhere in the Internet. This situation requires Delay Tolerant Network to deliver data at a later period of time and continues to collect weather data for later deliveries to the connected network. An application is designed to be able to access the output data of an AAG wire weather sensor and keep the data in a database as long as the weather sensor is collecting data, so that those data are collectible at later time by a mobile computer with wireless connectivity. Then to deliver the data to a connected server in the Internet. This application is developed using Interplanetary Overlay Network, deployed in a mobile laptop from and to the remote sensor and an Internet connected server. It displays the output from weather sensor. The outputs displayed in a website with temperature, wind speed, and wind direction. From the implementation and experiment result, the application works successfully with the Interplanetary Overlay Network, useful to those who want to observe temperature, wind speed, and wind direction from a remote, connectionless area

    Job Assignment Problem on Online Transportation Order Using Hungarian Algorithm

    The more advanced a civilization is, the higher the mobility of its population. It takes a means of transportation that can answer the needs of the community. Currently, online transportation is an option in answering public transportation needs. The uniqueness of the online transportation business is that passengers can place orders anytime and anywhere. On the other hand, the driver can also be active/available anytime and anywhere. This causes problems in fulfilling orders, providers must consider various factors such as the time and distance of the driver to get to the pick-up location in determining which driver is assigned to fulfill the order. This study simulates order assignment using the Hungarian method, Minimum Value of Selected Factor in Data Collection, and random assignment. From the test results, it is known that the highest average pick-up duration and pickup distance are obtained using the random method and the lowest average using the Hungarian method. The highest average time to determine the assignment is obtained by the Hungarian method, while the smallest is the random method. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the Hungarian method is better than the other two methods

    Driver-Passenger Matching Problem on Online Transportation Using Goal Programming

    Currently, online transportation is one of the choices for public transportation. The uniqueness of this online transportation business is that both passengers and drivers can appear anywhere and anytime. This creates difficulties for online transportation service providers in matching drivers and passengers in order to continue to increase service user satisfaction. The service provider must consider factors such as the duration of the pickup, the distance of the pickup, and the rating of the driver. This study aims to include these various factors in the decision-making process to match drivers and passengers using the goal programming method. The test was carried out by comparing the maximum distance limitation of the pick-up duration to 10 and 15 minutes. From the test results, it was found that the number of matches obtained increased by 11.6%, but with the consequence that the average pickup duration increased by 58.8%, and the average pick-up distance increased by 81.8%. Meanwhile, the driver rating obtained decreased by 5%. This needs to be considered because the greater the duration, the longer the passengers wait for pickup. The farther the distance traveled, the greater the costs incurred by the driver in picking him up. This will affect the loyalty of passengers and drivers to the service. It can be concluded that the goal programming method is capable of carrying out the matching process between drivers and passengers by considering various factors

    The Role of Wanagama as a Healing Forest during the COVID-19 Pandemic

    The increase in COVID-19 cases had resulted in the Government of Indonesia establishing a National Health Emergency on the 1st of April 2020, followed by Large-scale Social Restrictions (PSBB). This condition had directly impacted people’s lives in the countryside, namely the reduced ability to meet the needs of life, especially the need for food. In addition, quarantine rooms had been required to accommodate reactive rapid test patients because their number had exceeded the capacity of the hospitals that treated COVID-19 patients. Furthermore, facilitation and instrumentation to improve people’s ability from stagnating economic activities in the countryside are also necessary. This situation led to an emergency response at Wanagama Healing Forest and the anticipated activities after the pandemic. The community service activity was implemented for six months in the Wanagama Healing Forest, involving the target groups of village communities surrounding the forest, task force of COVID-19, and reactive rapid test patients throughout Gunung Kidul Regency. The community service activities consisted of (1) improving food security and purchasing power of the communities, (2) improving knowledge and awareness of COVID-19, (3) provision of quarantine houses for reactive patients of Gunung Kidul Regency, and (4) revitalization of Mangium House as a partnership house to produce honey bee, essential oil and community empowerment

    ABSTRAKPedoman pembagian kerja (division of work) di dalam suatu organisasi akan dapat membantu ketepatan tugas dan tanggungjawab yang diberikan kepada masing-masing anggota dalam suatu organisasi. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM)  ini adalah untuk melakukan pelatihan terhadap pengurus Masjid Nurul Islam terkait pemahaman division of work masing-masing bagian selain itu melakukan pendampingan dalam pembuatan plan program kerja seksi dakwah takmir dalam rencana pelaksanaan Taman Pendidikan Al-Quran (TPA) untuk dewasa. PKM ini dilaksanakan pada Tanggal  07 Agustus 2023-07 Maret 2024 yang bertempat di Masjid Nurul Islam Dusun Jetis Sinduadi Mlati Sleman Yogyakarta. Sasaran PKM adalah anggota yang tergabung dalam Organisasi Takmir Masjid Nurul Islam dengan jumlah peserta 14 orang. Alur PKM yaitu melakukan pengamatan/observasi lingkungan terkait kebutuhan, penyampaian materi, dan pendampingan pembuatan Konsep Implementasi Pelaksanaan TPA Dewasa dan pembuatan kinerja Seksi dakwah Organisasi Takmir Masjid. Hasil dari PKM ini adalah terlaksananya penyampain materi terkait pemahaman division of work masing-masing bagian Organisasi takmir Masjid Nurul Islam diantaranya penasehat, ketua, sekretaris, bendahara, sarana dan prasarana, dakwah / phbi, humas, keamanan. Terlaksananya pendampingan dalam pembuatan plan program kerja seksi dakwah takmir dalam rencana pelaksanaan Taman Pendidikan Al-Quran (TPA) untuk dewasa mulai dari metode mengajar, pembuatan formulir pendaftaran, persiapan sebelum pembelajaran diantaranya terkait sistem pendanaan, sistem pembayaran, administrasi peserta termasuk pembuatan blanko penggolongan kelas, blanko presensi pembelajaran, blanko daftar kemajuan pembelajaran.. Kata kunci: division of work; plan program kerja; taman pendidikan al-quran. ABSTRACTGuidelines for the division of work in an organization will be able to help the accuracy of tasks and responsibilities given to each member of an organization. The flow of community service is to make environmental observations related to needs, deliver material, and assist in making the Concept of Implementation of Adult Landfill Implementation and making the performance of the Da'wah Section of the Takmir Masjid Organization. The result of this community service is the implementation of the material presentation related to the understanding of the division of work of each part of the Nurul Islam Mosque Takmir organization including advisors, chairman, secretary, treasurer, facilities and infrastructure, da'wah / phbi, public relations, security.     Kemajuan teknologi yang semakin cepat dalam era globalisasi pada dunia bisnis, sehingga tidak menutup kemungkinan bahwa pengambilan suatu keputusan merupakan sesuatu yang sangat vital dalam menentukan keputusan yang harus diambil dalam menghadapi persaingan didunia bisnis. Pengambilan keputusan dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa aspek, hal ini dapat mempengaruhi kecepatan dalam mengambil keputusan oleh decision maker dimana pengambilan keputusan harus cepat dan akurat. Penelitian ini dibuat dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process. Dimana algoritma ini melakukan proses penghitungan untuk mencari keputusan yang terbaik, yaitu dengan cara menghitung nilai kriteria-kriteria dan membandingkannya dengan perhitungan dari tiap-tiap kemungkinan keputusan yang akan diambil. Software ini akan dipakai untuk divisi pembelian penilaian yang digunakan adalah kualitas barang, harga, ketepatan pengiriman, dan status supplier. Dari hasil perancangan dan pengujian aplikasi Decision Support System akan menghasilkan keputusan yang tepat dan fleksibel dengan aspek yang mempengaruhi keputusan tersebut, serta menghasilkan laporan agar user mengerti akan keputusan tersebut diambil.
