PRINSIP DASAR BUDHA ZEN DALAM CHANOYU
Salah satu kebudayaan tradisional Jepang yang cukup terkenal dan masih ada hingga saat ini
sejak abad ke-16 adalah chanoyu (upacara minum teh), yakni upacara minum teh yang disajikan
untuk tamu dan dilaksanakan di chasitsu. Teh mulai diperkenalkan ke negara Jepang sekitar abad ke-
16 oleh biksu Zen. Awalnya teh hanya digunakan sebagai suatu sarana stimulasi ringan untuk
menolong mereka dalam bermeditasi,sebagai ramuan obat, sebagai alat untuk menyebarkan agama
Buddha Zen, dan meletakkan dasar spiritual bagi chanoyu. Sen no Rikyu, salah seorang master
upacara ini selalu menggunakan empat prinsip dasar dalam chanoyu, yakni keharmonisan (wa),
penghormatan (kei), kemurnian (sei) dan ketenangan (jaku). Artikel menjabarkan empat prinsip dasar
dalam unsur Budha Zen yang terdapat dalam chanoyu aliran Urasenke. Metode penelitian
rnenggunakan metode kepustakaan dan deskriptif analisis, yaitu mendeskripsikan data yang diperoleh
kemudian menganalisisnya. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa di dalam setiap rangkaian upacara
minum teh atau chanoyu terdapat unsur Zen yaitu unsur wa-kei-sei-jaku dan konsep wabi sabi
Keberlakuan Hukum Hak Cipta sebagai Objek Jaminan Fidusia pada Perbankan di Indonesia
Pada tahun 2014 Pemerintah Indonesia mencabut Undang-Undang No. 19 Tahun 2002 digantikan dengan Undang-Undang No. 28 Tahun 2014 yang kini berlaku. Perubahan undang-undang tersebut membawa perubahan yang fundamental. Di mana Pasal 16 ayat (3) Undang-Undang No. 28 Tahun 2014 tentang Hak Cipta, menyatakan bahwa hak cipta dapat dijadikan sebagai obyek jaminan fidusia. Dengan demikian, Pemerintah mengakui hak cipta sebagai salah satu benda yang dapat dijadikan sebagai jaminan utang. Berhubung pengaturan pelaksanaan mengenai benda bergerak tidak berwujud sebagai objek jaminan di Indonesia belum terbit maka diperlukan penelitian yang bersifat elaboratif ini demi pembaharuan hukum jaminan kebendaan di masa depan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi positif bagi pemerintah sebelum aturan pelaksanaan mengenai jaminan kebendaan dengan objek Hak Cipta diterbitkan. Penelitian ini mengunakan analisis yuridis normatif dengan rumusan masalah: Pertama, bagaimana pengkualifikasian Hak Cipta untuk dapat dijaminkan sebagai Jaminan Fidusia?; Kedua, bagaimana eksekusi Jaminan Fidusia berupa Hak Cipta apabila terjadi ingkar janji (wanprestatie)? Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menghasilkan kepastian hukum bagi masyarakat pengguna karya intelektual (hak cipta) sebagai jaminan utang
ANALISIS KADAR HMGB-1 SEBELUM DAN SETELAH PEMBERIAN TERAPI STANDAR ATORVASTATIN PADA PASIEN PENYAKIT JANTUNG KORONER DENGAN DIABETES MELLITUS TIPE-2 DIBANDINGKAN NON DIABETES MELLITUS TIPE-2
Background: Coronary artery disease (CAD) is one of the leading causes of mortality in cardiovascular diseases. Atherosclerosis is the reason. Over time, plaque hardens and narrows your arteries. This limits the flow of oxygen-rich blood to the heart. Atherosclerosis can lead to heart attack. The narrowing of the arteries then makes blood flow more difficult to the heart. When the plaque was ruptured, the heart attack occurred. The vascular smooth muscle cells release danger-associated molecular patterns (DAMPs) that induce or escalate inflammation. These DAMPs include high-mobility group box-1 (HMGB1). Pleiotropic effect of atorvastatin as an anti-inflammatory is one of the target drugs for HMGB-1. Several studies have shown the clinical relationship between HMGB-1 and atorvastatin as an anti-inflammatory agent in CAD. Several clinical studies have shown serum HMGB-1 level significantly higher in CAD patients with diabetes mellitus than without diabetes mellitus.
Objectives: This prospective observational study was aimed to analyze the effect of atorvastatin on serum HMGB-1 levels in CAD with type-2 diabetes mellitus and without type-2 diabetes mellitus from HMGB-1 when patients entered and left the hospital.
Methods: Samples were collected from prospective observation pre-post study in May-July 2018 with consecutive sampling method. Serum HMGB-1 levels were measured in patients with CAD who were given atorvastatin for CAD with type-2 diabetes mellitus compared without type-2 diabetes mellitus in a patient ward. Blood was collected on admission day and before the patient left the hospital. After centrifugation, serum samples were stored at -80°C before measurement. We used an ELISA Kit (IBL International) to determine HMGB-1 concentrations. This research protocol has been approved by the Ethical Committee of Dr Soetomo General Hospital Surabaya.
Results: We enrolled 38 patients and divided them into two groups which 19 patients on CAD with type-2 diabetes mellitus and 19 patient without type-2 diabetes mellitus. Serum HMGB-1 levels in CAD with type-2 diabetes mellitus were increased significantly (p=0.049) and not significantly decreased in CAD with no type-2 diabetes mellitus (p=0.480). The HMGB-1 level was not significantly different between the two groups (p=0.210).
Conclusions: HMGB-1 levels after providing atorvastatin in coronary artery disease with type-2 diabetes mellitus significantly increased meanwhile, in CAD without type-2 diabetes mellitus did not significantly decrease. The HMGB-1 level was not significantly different between the two groups. Longer time and more point for collected sample needed for futher research
PENGARUH MEDIA SOSIAL BAGI PROSES BELAJAR SISWA
Perkembangan media sosial membuat kinerja menjadi lebih cepat, tepat, akurat sehingga dapat meningkatkan produktivitas yang dihasilkan. Adapun media sosial yang sering digunakan pada saat ini adalah Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Path, Tumblr, dan media sosial yang lainnya. Salah satu pengguna media sosial sekarang adalah pelajar, karena dengan menggunakan media sosial pelajar dapat dengan mudah berkomunikasi jarak dekat maupun jarak jauh tanpa harus bertatap muka atau bertemu. Media sosial bagi para pelajar merupakan hal yang penting tidak hanya sebagai tempat memperoleh informasi yang menarik tetapi juga sudah menjadi lifestyle atau gaya hidup. Pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai media belajar telah menunjang sebuah teori klasik mengenai teori pembelajaran sosial. PENGEMBANGAN BAHAN AJAR KEDALAM BENTUK MEDIA POP UP BOOK MATERI BANGUN RUANG KELAS V SD NEGERI 65 PALEMBANG
This study aims to (1) find out how to develop Pop Up Book media that is valid or feasible in learning Mathematics for class V classroom materials at SD Negeri 65 Palembang. (2) knowing how to develop Pop Up Book media that is practical in learning Mathematics for class V classroom materials at SD Negeri 65 Palembang. (3) knowing how to develop Pop Up Book media that is effective in learning Mathematics for class V classroom materials at SD Negeri 65 Palembang. The needs analysis in this study is the lack of use of learning media for geometric materials, the lack of attractiveness of the pictures presented in the textbook. This research method is development (Research and Development) using the ADDIE model. The methods used in data collection are documents and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the Pop Up Book learning media developed in this study is categorized as very valid. In this study, the validity value obtained from expert validation (media, material, language) was obtained from validator 1 92% and validator 2 87% with an average of 89.5% "very valid" criteria. The Pop Up Book media developed was declared "very practical", obtaining a practicality score of 96.46%. Furthermore, the Pop Up Book media developed was declared "very effective", obtaining an effectiveness score of 83.33%. It can be concluded that the Pop Up Book media for class V SD classroom materials can be used as learning media for elementary school students
Integration of Public Service Information Systems for the Management of Non-Tax State Revenues at the Center for Radioactive Waste Technology
In today’s millennial era, technological developments have had a positive impact in terms of increasing convenience in all aspects of community life, business, economy and trade. Most government organizations are oriented to public services which must always be dynamic in keeping up with increasingly sophisticated technological advances, as well as increasingly complex work demands. Therefore, all ministries and institutions compete to create technological innovations that can provide convenience for partners in obtaining fast, efficient and effective public services. Public services in the central government are generally closely related to non-tax state revenue (PNBP). The Center for Radioactive Waste Technology (PTLR) is one of the institutions within BATAN that provides public services in the form of radioactive waste management services to BATAN’s stakeholders. To improve the quality of its public services, and PTLR performance as a PNBP management institution, PTLR created the E-LIRA webbased administration service application. Stakeholders can easily apply for radioactive waste management services without having to come in person so as to save costs and time. Since its launch in 2017, the E-LIRA application has been further developed by integrating several other government applications to address other problems and preferences of PTLR’s partners. The integration of E-LIRA and the SIMPONI application of the Ministry of Finance is expected to provide convenience for the revenue treasurer as an internal party in managing PNBP, as the treasurer will no longer need to issue billing to external partners who can easily print the bill and obtain valid proof of payment.

ANALISIS MULTIKRITERIA DAN REGRESI LOGISTIK TERHADAP KERAWANAN BANJIR DI KECAMATAN KOTO XI TARUSAN, KABUPATEN PESISIR SELATAN
The objectives of this research are: (1) Mapping flood vulnerability in Koto XI Tarusan Sub-district, Pesisir Selatan Regency. (2) To determine the most influential factors in determining the level of flood vulnerability in Koto XI Tarusan Sub-district, Pesisir Selatan Regency. This type of research is quantitative research with descriptive, and inferential approaches. Using a combined method consisting of three stages of analysis. Firstly, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used to determine the priority importance of each parameter based on expert judgement. Second, Binary Logistic Regression was applied to build the most stable and significant statistical prediction model. Thirdly, bivariate analyses (Chi-Square Test and Independent Sample T-Test) were applied to test individual relationships between variables. The six main parameters were rainfall, elevation, slope, soil type, distance from river and land cover. Validation of the regression model was conducted with a train-test data split of 80%-20%. The results showed that (1) The results of the AHP method flood vulnerability mapping are classified into three levels of vulnerability, namely low with an area of 22,584.94 hectares (51%), medium with an area of 18,704.34 hectares (42%), and high with an area of 2,987.69 hectares (7%). Mapping binary logistic regression method classified into three levels of vulnerability, namely low with an area of 31,054.538 hectares (70%), moderate with an area of 2,644.558 hectares (6%), and high with an area of 10,649, 199 hectares (24%), concentrated along the alluvial plain of Tarusan watershed (2) Rainfall (priority, 0.38) and Elevation (priority, 0.23) are the most influential factors according to AHP. Binary logistic regression model of significant variables showed Distance from River (p = 0.002) and Slope (p = 0.015) as the best model with 100% validation accuracy. Bivariate analysis proved that the factors of soil type, land cover and elevation had very strong individual relationships (p < 0.05) with flood occurrence. In conclusion, triggering factors (hydrometeorology) and physical vulnerability (geomorphology and land cover) jointly determine the level of flood vulnerability
PENGEMBANGAN VIDEO ANIMASI MATERI DRAMA PADA SISWA SD
Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan produk yang valid, praktis dan efektif. Prosedur penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian Research and Development (R&D). Penelitian menggunakan model ADDIE yang memiliki 5 tahapan antara lain Analysis (Analisis), Design (Desain), Development (Pengembangan), Implementation (Implementasi) dan Evaluation (evaluasi). Subjek Penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV SD N 74 Palembang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, kuesioner (angket) dan dokumentasi. Hasil validasi penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kevalidan video animasi yang dikembangkan berdasarkan hasil validasi penilaian pakar/ahli: media, materi dan bahasa diperoleh 89,54% dengan kategori “sangat valid’’ berdasarkan data angket. Untuk kepraktisan media diperoleh dari penilaian angket respon siswa pada tahap Small group dan Large Group, didapatkan hasil persentase 88,63% dengan kategori “sangat praktis’’. Berdasarkan hasil validasi oleh ahli dan hasil uji coba keptaktisab pada tahap small group dan Large group, Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Media pengembangan video animasi materi Drama yang dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan, sudah terbukti valid dan praktis
PENGARUH MIND MAPPING TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN MENULIS KARANGAN DI SD NEGERI 24 PALEMBANG
This research is based on the problem of low students' writing skills. This is evidenced by the fact that there are still many student scores that are still found under the Maximum Completeness Criteria (KKM). This study used a true experimental design with a post test only control group design. The population of this study was conducted in class V SD Negeri 24 Palembang divided into a control class and an experimental class. The research sample of 60 students was taken by purposive sampling technique where this sampling became the determination of the sample with certain considerations. Based on observations made by researchers at SD Negeri 24 Palembang, class V.A had done the mind mapping method beforehand, but it had not been done in Indonesian language subjects, so I took class V.A as the control class and class V.B as an experimental class that had never done mind mapping in learning process. This data collection technique uses a writing skills test. The research method uses quantitative methods, SPSS-20 calculations. These results used the Independent Sample T-Test which obtained a significant value of 0.00, so a sig value of 0.00 <0.05 means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on his interpretation, the use of the mind mapping method can be said to have an effect on essay writing skills
