The research data provided the detailed information about the emission of HFC-410A under BAU scenario and mitigation scenario from 2006 to 2050 in China where HFC-410A emission concluded five steps occurred in five stages of RAC products during its lifetime. The logistics industry is closely related to the high-quality economic development. At different levels of industrial structure, the relationship between high-quality development of the logistics industry and the high-quality economic development will vary, resulting in different roles and paths in promoting economic development. However, there is still a lack of research on the relationship between high-quality development of the logistics industry and high-quality economic development at different levels of industrial structure, and further empirical research is needed. It used the benchmark regression model to analyze the impact of the high-quality development of the logistics industry on high-quality economic development, and the panel threshold model was used to analyze the impact of the logistics industry on high-quality economic development at different levels of industrial structure development. The results show that the high-quality development of the logistics industry has a positive role in promoting the high-quality economic development, and in different levels of industrial structure development, the impact of high-quality development level of logistics industry on the high-quality economic development is different. Therefore, it is necessary to further optimize the industrial structure, promote the deep integration and development of logistics and related industries, and continue to promote the high-quality development of the logistics industry. And when formulating development strategies for the logistics industry, governments and enterprises need to consider factors such as changes in industrial structure, the overall goals of national economy, people’s livelihood, and social development, in order to provide solid support for achieving high-quality economic development. This paper demonstrates the importance of high-quality development of the logistics industry in high-quality economic development, and it encourages the adoption of different strategies at different stages of industrial structure development to promote high-quality development of the logistics industry, and achieve high-quality economic development.</div

rotation of internal Ala through head-to-tail cyclization, we overcame
the inhibitory effect and functionalized a wide range of head-to-tail
cyclic peptides with aryl iodides with excellent position selectivity

Hand-held Photometer Based on Liquid-Core Waveguide Absorption Detection for Nanoliter-scale Samples
This paper reports a fully integrated hand-held photometer based on the liquid-core waveguide (LCW) detection principle for nanoliter-scale samples. All components of the photometer including light-emitting diode (LED) light source, LCW flow cell, photodiode detector, dropper pump, electronic circuit, liquid-crystal display screen, and battery were fully integrated into a small-sized (12 × 4.5 × 2.1 cm) instrument. A bent optical coupler was developed to conduct the detection light into or out of the LCW flow cell through its sidewall. This design allowed the sampling probe, input and output optical couplers, and LCW flow cell to be integrated in a single Teflon AF capillary, which significantly simplified system structure, improved working reliability, and reduced sample consumption. Two UV−LEDs were used as light source in the photometer to achieve dual wavelength detection at 260 and 280 nm, which was applied to assess on-site the quality and quantity of DNA samples. The effective optical path length of the photometer was ∼15 mm with a sample consumption of only 350 nL. The potential of the photometer applied in point of care testing was also demonstrated in the measurement of total cholesterol in serum samples
Identification and Characterization of a Nerol Synthase in Fungi
Nerol, a linear monoterpenoid, is naturally found in
essential
oils of various plants and is widely used in the fragrance, food,
and cosmetic industries. Nerol synthase, essential for nerol biosynthesis,
has previously been identified only in plants that use NPP as the
precursor. In this study, a novel fungal nerol synthase, named PgfB,
was cloned and characterized from Penicillium griseofulvum. In vitro enzymatic assays showed that PgfB could
directly convert the substrate GPP into nerol. Furthermore, the successful
expression of PgfB and its homologous protein in Saccharomyces
cerevisiae resulted in the heterologous production
of nerol. Finally, crucial amino acid residues for PgfB’s catalytic
activity were identified through site-directed mutagenesis. This research
broadens our understanding of fungal monoterpene synthases and presents
precious gene resources for the industrial production of nerol
