Attraction of foreign investments using the economic diplomacy tools

Економічна взаємозалежність між країнами стає дедалі більшою у швидкому процесі інтеграції та глобалізації. Це допомагає економічній дипломатії стати важливою частиною міжнародних відносин. Це необхідний і ефективний інструмент забезпечення міжнародної конкурентоспроможності, оскільки він спрямований на розвиток економічних і торговельних відносин між країнами, залучення іноземних інвестицій і захист національних економічних інтересів. Уміння налагоджувати зв’язки та знаходити союзників стає ще важливішим під час війни, внутрішньої економічної кризи, різних політичних заворушень, соціальних проблем і втрати Україною іміджу надійного партнера на міжнародній арені. Йдеться також про мистецтво дипломатії та захист національних інтересів через партнерські відносини з іноземними суб’єктами. І навпаки, захист економічних інтересів також є напрямком економічної дипломатії. Це дослідження має на меті зрозуміти, як економічна дипломатія та її інструменти сприяють залученню прямих іноземних інвестицій в економіку країн, у тому числі України. В центрі уваги цього дослідження буде поняття «економічна дипломатія» та «прямі іноземні інвестиції», а також висвітлено класифікацію національних інтересів України та шляхи їх реалізації на фоні світових криз. Проаналізован основні напрями вітчизняної економічної дипломатії: сприяння розвитку зовнішньоекономічної та інвестиційної співпраці України на взаємовигідних засадах, розширення міжнародної співпраці з метою залучення іноземних інвестицій у національну економіку. Зокрема, тягар дипломатичних представників країни у вирішенні економічних проблем та сприянні потребам комерційних структур країни різко зріс, а пов’язані питання також розвинулися на багатосторонньому рівні, сприяючи поглибленню міжнародного співробітництва між двома сторонами як економічного партнерства, так і конкуренції. Визначено, що в Україні досягнення економічних дипломатичних цілей здійснюється за допомогою таких органів державної влади: Президента України та його Уряду, Верховної Ради України, Кабінету Міністрів України, Департаменту економічного розвитку України.Economic interdependence between countries is becoming increasingly higher in the rapid process of integration and globalization. This helps economic diplomacy to become an important part of international relations. It is a necessary and effective tool for ensuring international competitiveness, as it is aimed at developing economic and trade relations between countries, attracting foreign investments and protecting national economic interests. The ability to establish connections and find allies becomes even more important in times of war, internal economic crisis, various political unrest, social problems and Ukraine's loss of the image of a reliable partner in the international arena. It is also about the art of diplomacy and the protection of national interests through partnerships with foreign entities. Conversely, protection of economic interests is also a direction of economic diplomacy. This study aims to understand how economic diplomacy and its tools contribute to the attraction of foreign direct investment in the economy of countries, including Ukraine. The focus of this study will be on the concept of «economic diplomacy» and «foreign direct investment», and the classification of Ukraine's national interests and the ways of their implementation against the background of global crises will also be highlighted. The main directions of domestic economic diplomacy will be analyzed: promoting the development of foreign economic and investment cooperation of Ukraine on a mutually beneficial basis, expanding international cooperation with the aim of attracting foreign investments to the national economy. In particular, the burden of the country's diplomatic representatives in solving economic problems and facilitating the needs of the country's commercial structures has increased sharply, and related issues have also developed at the multilateral level, contributing to the deepening of international cooperation between the two sides of both economic partnership and competition. It was determined that the achievement of economic diplomatic goals in Ukraine is carried out with the help of the following state authorities: the President of Ukraine and his Government, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Department of Economic Development of Ukrain

An in silico investigation of 1,2,4-triazole derivatives as potential antioxidant agents using molecular docking, MD simulations, MM-PBSA free energy calculations and ADME predictions

In this study, we’ve performed computable studies of previously synthesized 1,2,4-triazole derivatives by virtual screening due to antioxidant activity. Six enzymes responsible for regulating oxidative stress were selected as key targets. One hundred and twelve compounds were subjected to semi-flexible molecular docking, which resulted in the selection of 23 substances based on binding energy for further ADME analysis. In addition, molecular dynamics studies of complexes with the best docking scores, reference complexes and apo-proteins were described in detail here. The results of 100 ns modeling (RMSD, RMSF, SASA, Rg, PCA) indicate great stability during the formation of complexes with our two potential compounds, as well as favorable binding energy, which was determined theoretically by means of the MM/PBSA method, thereby increase the likelihood of their acting as promising inhibitors of selected enzymes
