PEMBUATAN PROGRAM HOME-BASED CHILDCARE UNTUK STIMULASI PERKEMBANGAN SOSIAL EMOSIONAL ANAK USIA DINI
Penelitian ini berdasarkan pada belum adanya program yang fokus pada stimulasi perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia dini di childcare. Program ini dibuat dengan memperhatikan karakteristik lingkungan childcare seperti di rumah dan memperhatikan setiap kebutuhan individu anak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Reseach and development (R & D) dengan model penelitian yaitu PPE yang meliputi Planning, Production, Evaluation. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara dan validasi expert judgment. Partisipan pada penelitian ini yaitu ahli pendidikan anak usia dini, ahli pendidikan keluarga, dan praktisi chidcare. Hasil validasi pada tahap 1 menunjukkan bahwa program yang dibuat pada kategori layak dengan revisi. Pada tahap 2 menunjukkan bahwa program yang dibuat berada pada kategori sangat layak, sehingga program dapat digunakan di childcare untuk menstimulasi perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia dini. Hasil penelitian direkomendasikan pada pengelola childcare bahwa program home-based childcare yang sudah dibuat dapat digunakan dan dijadikan panduan di childcare, serta bagi calon peneliti selanjutnya yaitu melakukan penelitian mengenai implementasi program home-based childcare.;--This study is based on the absence of a program for social emotional development stimulation early childhood in childcare. The program was created with attention characteristic childcare environment at home and every childs individual needs. The research method used was that reaserch and development with the research model that is PPE covering the planning, production, and evaluation. Technique data collection for this research used interviews and validation expert judgment. This participants in research are the early childhood education expert, family eduction expert, and practitioners chidcare. The proceeds of validation at stage 1 indicate that program was created in the category worthy of revision of. At phase 2 the program created is highly feasible, therefore programs could be used at childcare to stimulate social emotional development for early childhood. The research was recommended to the childcare maintainer that the home-based childcare program could be used as a guide in childcare, and for the next researcher to do research on implementation of home-based childcare program
The Physicochemical and Microbiological Quality of Pegagan Duck Eggs Immersed with Duku Fruit Peel Solution in Different Storage Period
This study aims to determine the effect of immersing in duku fruit peel solution on physicochemical and microbiological quality of Pegagan duck eggs during storage at room temperature. This study used a complete randomized design (CRD) with a 5x3 factorial patterned. The first factor was the immersion time consisting of 5 levels, namely 0, 15, 30, 45, and 60 min. The second factor was the storage time which includes 3 levels, which were 0, 7 and 14 d. The replication used was 3 times. The observed variables were physicochemical and microbiological quality of egg, including albumen index (AI), yolk index (YI), Haugh unit (HU), moisture content (MC), protein content (PC), fat content (FC),total microbes (TM) and antioxidant activity (AA). The data were processed by analysis of variance, continued with Duncan's multiple range test (DMRT). The results showed that there was a significant interaction (P<0.05) between immersion time and storage time on AI, YI, HU, MC, PC, TM, and AA. Futhermore, the difference of immersion time and storage period was also significantly influenced (P<0.05) to all observed variables including AI, YI, HU, MC, PC, TM, and AA of duck eggs.It can be concluded that the immersion process for 60 min showed the best results on the physical, chemical
Pengaruh Aktivitas Fisik terhadap Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) pada Lansia: Literature Review
Older people are people who have reached the age of more than 60, with age aging, with signs of worsening health status such as a degenerative disease. Degenerative disease is one of them mild cognitive impairment or MCI. MCI is a clinical prodrom that can be found in people who are at high risk for dementia syndrome. This MCI is showing significant damage to cognitive function. Non-pharmacological actions involving low-intensity, moderate, and high-intensity physical activity performed according to the elderly's ability can affect cognitive function and optimization. To present the results of existing research and then analyze, evaluate and synthesize previous articles regarding the effects of physical activity on mild cognitive impairment (MCI) in the elderly. Uses the design literature review study. Pubmed, Microsoft academic, Google scholar, scientdirect, and pedro have been published in the last 10 years and found in 7 articles that match the inclusion and standards of PICO. As many as 7 articles were found indicating that intervention on both long-term and short-term physical activity (physical exercise) can affect older people who diagnosed cognitive cognitive impairment (MCI), effecting increased cognitive function and thereby reducing risk MCI conditions for dementia. But as for other opinions also suggesting physical activity interventions are not given single, but combined with other interventions, such as cognitive and other cognitive intervention
PERBANDINGAN ARUS DAN TEGANGAN LARUTAN ELEKTROLIT BERBAGAI JENIS GARAM
Electrolyte solution is a solution that can conduct electricity and NaCl solution is an example of a strong electrolyte solution. NaCl is a chemical compound of salt. On the market can be found many types of salt. In this research, the ratio of current and voltage of electrolyte solution obtained from various types of salt was obtained. This research was conducted by an experimental method using a simple electrical circuit. The purpose of this study is to find out how much current and voltage are produced in each salt, To find out if a salt water solution can turn on the lights. The results showed that the electric current which has the highest value is that of sea salt with the respective water volume 240 mL in 20, 40, 60, gr salt, wherein the current is obtained for 20 gr of current obtained 0.81 A, for 40 gr of current obtained 1.09 A, for 60grn of current obtained 1.16 A and the resulting voltage is the same as 001 volts where the higher the water content salt the salt water voltage is also higher. Then the electric current which has the lowest value is the dalfino salt and elephant salt with their respective volumes of water 240 mL of dalfino salt in 20 gr, 40 gr, 60 gr. For 20 grams of Dalfino and elephant salt a current of 0.33 A is obtained, for 40 grams obtained 0.44 A, for 60 grams obtained 0.65 A, and in the current elephant salt obtained in 20 gr, 40 gr, 60 gr, that is, for 20 grains a current of 0.24 A is obtained, for 40 grams a current of 0.52 A is obtained, for 60 grams a current is obtained currents 0.72 A. So, sea salt can produce high currents because sea salt contains sodium chloride, contains various minerals such as potassium, iron and zinc
Pengaruh Penambahan Air Limbah Tahu terhadap Larutan Garam Soda Kue dan Cuka sebagai Larutan Elektrolit
Pada penelitian ini memanfaatkan air limbah tahu yang digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruhnya terhadap larutan garam, soda kue dan cuka sebagai larutan elektrolit. Dengan menggunakan alat yaitu multimeter, penjepit buaya, kap ukuran 200 ml, pengaduk, paku beton, kawat tembaga, dan gelas ukur. Sedangkan bahan utama yang di gunakan yaitu air limbah tahu, cuka,garam, baking powder dan air. Hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini yaitu ketika air limbah tahu dicampurkan dengan cuka dengan banyak air limbah tahu 120 ml dan cuka 80 ml arus yang diperoleh yaitu 0,50 dengan tegangan 0 volt, kemudian ketika air limbah tahu di campur dengan baking powder dengan perbandingan 120 ml air limbah tahu dan 80 ml larutan baking powder arus yang diperoleh yaitu 0,09 dengan tegangan 0 volt begitu juga dengan larutan garam yang ditambahkan dengan air limbah tahu 120 ml air limbah tahu dan 80 ml larutan garam menghasilkan arus sebesar 0,78. Sedangkan untuk nyala lampu pada cuka memerlukan 8 kap dengan rangkaian seri dan paralel arus yang diperoleh 0,56 dengan tegangan 6 volt. Untuk larutan garam memerlukan 8 kap dengan arus 0,74 dengan tegangan 6 volt. Sedangkan pada larutan baking powder memerlukan 10 kap lebih untuk menghidupkan lampu dengan terang sedangkan 10 kap lampu yang hidup hanya redup arus yang di peroleh dalam 10 kap yaitu 0,07 dengan tegangan 6 Volt. Kemudian untuk air limbah tahu saja memerlukan lampu 10 kap untuk menghidupkan lampu led dengan keadaan terang arus yang diperoleh yaitu 0,38 dengan tegangan 6 Volt. Membuktikan abhwa limbah tahu berpengaruh terhadap nyala lampu, arus dan tegangan pada masing-masing jenis cairan yang di uji coba dan di teliti.

PENGARUH PENERAPAN METODE PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS PROYEK TERHADAP KREATIVITAS SISWA DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH
Pendidikan modern telah mengidentifikasi metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek sebagai pendekatan yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kreativitas siswa. Metode ini memungkinkan siswa untuk mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis, kolaborasi, dan pemecahan masalah melalui pengembangan proyek yang relevan dengan dunia nyata. Untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh penerapan metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek terhadap kreativitas siswa di sekolah menengah adalah tujuan dari pembelajaran ini. Melalui survei dan wawancara dengan guru dan siswa, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek dapat meningkatkan kreativitas siswa melalui pengembangan keterampilan inovatif dan pemecahan masalah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek dapat menjadi alat yang efektif untuk mengembangkan kreativitas siswa, yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan prestasi akademik dan keterampilan hidup mereka. Penelitian ini menyarankan bahwa penggunaan metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek harus diintegrasikan ke dalam kurikulum sekolah menengah untuk mendukung pengembangan kreativitas siswa
The association between therapeutic plasma exchange and the risk of mortality among patients critically ill with COVID-19: a meta-analysis [version 1; peer review: 2 approved, 2 approved with reservations]
Background: Cytokine storm has been widely known to contribute to the development of the critical condition in patients with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), and studies had been conducted to assess the potential aspect of cytokine storm elimination by performing therapeutic plasma exchange (TPE). However, contradictory findings were observed. The objective of this study was to assess the association between TPE and the reduction of mortality of critically ill COVID-19 patients.
Methods: A meta-analysis was conducted by collecting data from PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science. Data on the mortality rate of critically ill COVID-19 patients treated with TPE plus standard of care and that of patients treated with standard of care alone were analyzed using a Z test. Results: We included a total of four papers assessing the association between TPE and the risk of mortality among critically ill COVID-19 patients. Our findings suggested that critically ill COVID-19 patients treated with TPE had lower risk of mortality compared to those without TPE treatment. Conclusion: Our study has identified the potential benefits of TPE in reducing the risk of mortality among critically ill COVID-19 patients
Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Game Edukasi Kahoot! Terhadap Hasil Belajar Pada Matapelajaran Sejarah
Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) hasil belajar peserta didik sebelum menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis game edukasi kahoot! (2) hasil belajar peserta didik setelah menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis game edukasi kahoot! (3) pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis game edukasi kahoot! terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian eksperimen semu dengan desain non-equivalent control group design yang dilakukan pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji t atau independet sample t-test.Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) hasil belajar peserta didik sebelum menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis game edukasi kahoot! meningkat 80.90% (2) hasil belajar peserta didik sesudah menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis game edukasi kahoot! mengalami peningkatan yang cukup signifikan, yaitu sebesar 107.73% (3) ada pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis game edukasi kahoot! terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik
