MENGOPTIMALISASIKAN KINERJA GURU DALAM MENYUSUN STRATEGI DAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN MELALUI WORKSHOP DI SMA NEGERI 1 UNGGUL BAITUSSALAM KABUPATEN ACEH BESAR

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan proses pelaksanaan workshop dalam kaitannya dengan kinerja guru dalam menyusun strategi dan model pembelajaran, dan untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru dalam menyusun strategi dan model pembelajaran. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru-guru SMA Negeri 1 Unggul Baitussalma tahun pelajaran 2014/2015 dengan jumlah 30 orang guru . Pengumpulan data dengan melaksanakan supervisi I kelas dan melakukan pendekatan kepada guru dalam proses pembelajaran dan Melakukan penilian terhadap tanggung jawab guru yang diberikan kepada guru pada saat workshop. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) pada siklus I kesiapan guru dalam mengikuti worksop belum memenuhi kriteria keberhasilan untuk semua aspek. 15 orang atau 75% peserta siap dan 5 orang atau 25% tergolong belum siap. Pada aspek kesipan bahan; tampak bahwa 14 orang guru atau 70% siap dan 6 orang atau 30% belum siap. Pada aspek kehadiran guru tampak bahwa 19 orang atau 95% hadir dan 1 orang atau 5% tidak hadir.. 2) Hasil pelaksanaaan pada siklus II meunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan guru, kesiapan guru dalam mengikuti worksop telah memenuhi kriteria keberhasilan 90% untuk semua aspek. kinerja guru SMAN 1 Unggul Baitussalam dalam menyusun strategi dan model-model pembelajaran sudah memenuhi indikator kinerja yang telah ditetapkan pada semua aspek, baik menyangkut kesiapan maupun kinerja menyusun strategi pembelajaran.</jats:p

Long-term change in characteristics of cloud vertical structures in Padang from radiosonde observations

Abstract The characteristics of clouds continue to change with climate change, including changes in cloud-base heigh (CBH), cloud tops (CT) and the number of layers of clouds. This work investigates cloud vertical structures in Padang using long-term observations of radiosondes (1988-2019). Height of CBH identified based on the relative humidity threshold. of 84% following the method proposed by several previous studies. The vertical distribution of cloud tops, cloud base has increased over time in all cloud layers, but cloud thickness has decreased. The most commonly observed cloud layer in Padang is one layer cloud (58.87%), followed by two layer cloud (31.12%). The cloud with more layer is also observed but the number is relatively small (10%).</jats:p

Perancangan dan Pembuatan Sistem Penyalaan Lampu Otomatis Dalam Ruangan Berbasis Arduino Menggunakan Sensor Gerak dan Sensor Cahaya

The manual use of household lights poses a problem in the efficiency of electricity use. Humans with various activities often do not pay attention to the condition of the lights in the room whether it lights up or not. This is certainly a waste of electricity when they leave the room without turning off the switch. Therefore, researchers propose an automation system that can save electricity from lighting. In designing the system there are two sensors used, namely Passive Infra Red (PIR) sensor and Light Dependent Resistror (LDR) sensor. PIR functions to detect the presence of human movements (objects) in the sensor work area, while the LDR sensor functions to detect the intensity of light around the room. The results of the system testing are that the PIR sensor works well around ± 2 minutes after the device is activated and the LDR Sensor will continuously measure the value of light intensity then turn on and off the light according to the programmed</jats:p

TINJAUAN FIKIH SIYASAH TERHADAP WEWENANG KOMISI PEMILIHAN UMUM (KPU) SULAWESI TENGAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN PARTISIPASI PEMILIHAN GUBERNURTAHUN 2020

This research examines two research questions that have been formulated: first, what is the authority of the Central Sulawesi General Election Commission (KPU) to increase participation in the 2020 gubernatorial election? Second, what are the inhibiting factors in increasing voter participation in the 2020 gubernatorial election in Central Sulawesi. The research method used is a type of qualitative research, so that data collection techniques use more observation, interviews, and documentation. If the research questions are answered, then the results of this study explain that the aspect of voting doubt is related to the usefulness of the election, busy work, and voter awareness. While the technical factors of holding elections consist of aspects of campaign stages, aspects of voter lists, aspects of socialization and voter education as well as aspects of voting. Population administration factors, political factors, the covid 19 pandemic factor. During the election of the Governor and Deputy Governor of Central Sulawesi Province in 2020, voter behavior was categorized in a voter typology consisting of three typologies namely; the first is a sociological typology, the second is a psychological typology, and the third is a rational election typology.&#x0D; Abstrak&#x0D; Penelitian ini mengkaji dua pertanyaan penelitian yang telah yang dirumuskan: pertama, bagaimana wewenang Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Sulawesi Tengah dalam meningkatkan partisipasi pemilihan gubernur Tahun 2020? Kedua, apakah faktor penghambat dalam meningkatkan partisipasi pemilih pada pemilihan Gubernur Tahun 2020 di Sulawesi Tengah. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif, sehingga teknik pengumpulan data lebih menggunakan observasi, wawancara (interview), dan dokumentasi. Apabila dijawab pertanyaan penelitian, maka hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa aspek keraguan pemilihan terhadap kemanfaatan pemilihan, kesibukan pekerjaan, kesadaran pemilih. Sedangkan Faktor teknis penyelenggaraan pemilihan yang terdiri dari aspek tahapan kampanye, aspek daftar pemilih, aspek sosialisasi dan pendidikan pemilih serta aspek pemungutan suara. Faktor administrasi kependudukan, fakator politik, faktor pandemi covid 19. Saat pemilihan Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah Tahun 2020, perilaku pemilih dikategorikan dalam tipologi pemilih yang terdiri dari tiga tipologi yakni; pertama tipologi sosiologis, kedua tipologi psikologis dan, ketiga tipologi pemilihan rasional.</jats:p

Analysis Managerial Ownership, Free Cash Flow And Debt On Dividends For Transportation And Infrastructure Companies In Indonesia

This study examines the effect of managerial ownership, free cash flow and debt on dividends in transportation and infrastructure companies in Indonesia. Sampling method use purposive and gotten 27 companies from 2015-2020. The data analysis method uses the Panel Data Regression analysis. The results of this study find that managerial ownership has a positive and significant effect, FCF has a negative and significant effect, while leverage proxy by DER has no significant effect on dividends. The results of this study indicate the occurrence of type I agency conflict in transportation and infrastructure companies in Indonesia.</jats:p

Design and Development of Four Link Bar Mechanism For Transplanting Wet Rice Seedlings

Abstract Indonesia is a great area for the development of sustainable agricultural cultivation technology. Wet rice cultivation management system and method is still done traditionally. These activities are requiring the expertise of a very high order to obtain a uniform spacing and planting. Heterogeneity of plant spacing will have an impact on seed propagation delays planting, the farmer difficult when doing weeding, fertilizing and spraying. Transplanting of seedlings is a labour-intensive operation in the cultivation of rice. There exists a need to mechanize for this operation. This study aims to determine the design parameters of the mechanism design four link bar for modelling mechanism in order to obtain the optimum parameters of the locus of planting. Design tools rice growers using the four-link bar mechanism able to work mechanically to take the rice seedlings from hoper and planted with uniform spacing, closing the planting hole, reducing the time of planting and operational costs. The method used in this research is the design of the prototype and design of functional and structural approaches. Research has produced a prototype component of the combined mechanisms of rice cultivation four link bar mechanism which can move the locus of decision-continuous form of seeds and planting seeds for the six rows.</jats:p
