    Quantum Interpretation of Light Normalization at the Coupling Region Single Mode Fiber Coupling

    Abstract This paper describes light normalization phenomenon as a quantum interpretation at the coupling region optical fiber coupler. Two single mode fibers (SMF) were succefully fabricated together based on fusion method at heating temperature of 1350°C and stopped automatically when the pre-set coupling ratio of 50% and 50% obtained. During fusion process, 1 mW laser diode was inserted to the one of the two input ports, and it was gradually transferred to the second fiber as function of the coupling coefficient. The properties of light intensity in term of electromagnetic wave also was determined based on quantum mechanics theory by utilizing Bassel and Hankel’s functions. The results show that the composite fiber has higher normalization propagation constant than other fiber for wavelength below 1320 nm. It found that to get lossless fiber coupler the wavelength operation should be below than 1320 nm so that few powers at cores transferred and propagated at the cladding.</jats:p

    RENCANA STRATEGI DI IAIN RADEN INTAN LAMPUNG (Analisis Terhadap Renstra IAIN Raden Intan Lampung Tahun 2008 – 2012)

    Abstract This study of Strategic Plan aim to a comparison of the theory of strategic planning and inpelementation conducted by IAIN Raden Intan Lampung. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation and documentation associated with the strategic plan of IAIN Raden Intan Lampung. The approach that used in this study is qualitative descriptive, while the analysis data using SWOT. The results of the analysis showed the weakness of oversight in implementation strategic planning program that be established, in addition to the frequent changes with the changing leadership to be any program of strategic planning are overlap, because didn’t continue the existing programs but only repeat or create new programs. So we can conclude the strategic plan of IAIN Raden Intan Lampung has not been effective and efficient and have not been standardized based on the theoretical studies. Abstrak Kajian penelitian Renstra ini bertujuan untuk melakukan perbandingan terhadap teori renstra dan inpelementasinya yang dilakukan oleh IAIN Raden Intan Lampung. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi yang terkait dengan renstra IAIN Raden Intan Lampung. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah diskriptif kualitatif, sedangkan analisis datanya menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa lemahnya pengawasan dalam implementasi renstra mengakibatkan lambatnya program yang ditetapkan, selain itu sering berubahnya renstra seiring bergantinya kepemimpinan mengakibatkan setiap program mengalami tumpang tindih, karena program yang dijalankan tidak melanjutkan program yang sudah ada namun mengulang atau membuat program baru. Maka dapat disimpulkan renstra IAIN Raden Intan Lampung belum efektif dan efesien dan belum memenuhi standarisasi berdasarkan landasan kajian teoritis. Kata Kunci : Renstra, SWOT</jats:p

    PERAN KEPALA SEKOLAH SEBAGAI MOTIVATOR DALAM MENINGKATKAN PROFESIONALISME KINERJA GURU DI SDN 2 KALIREJO PESAWARAN

    Abstract This study aims to describe the role of principal as a motivator in improving the professionalism of teachers' performance in SDN 2 kalirejo pesawaran. Data collection is done by conducting observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis used was qualitative descriptive analysis. The technique of checking the validity of the data used in this study is to use triangulation of sources, that is by comparing the data of observations with the data of interviews and comparing the results of interviews with the contents of a related document. The results of the study show: The role of Headmaster as a Motivator in Improving Teacher Professionalism at SDN 2 Kalirejo Includes: the principal is able to create harmonious working relationships among teachers, able to create harmonious relationships among employees able to apply reward principles, Punishment), able to apply / develop internal and external motivation for school residents. The Role of School Principal As a Motivator in Improving Teacher Professionalism at SDN 2 Kalirejo has been running well, although in the implementation there are still many obstacles and obstacles in each component of madrasa management field. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeksripsikan tentang peran kepala sekolah sebagai motivator dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme kinerja guru di SDN 2 kalirejo pesawaran. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengadakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisa kualitatif deksriptif. Adapun teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan triangulasi sumber, yaitu dengan cara membandingkan data hasil pengamatan dengan data hasil wawancara dan membandingkan hasil wawancara dengan isi suatu dokumen yang berkaitan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: Peran Kepala Sekolah Sebagai Motivator dalam Meningkatan Profesionalisme Guru di SDN 2 Kalirejo Meliputi : kepala sekolah mampu menciptakan hubungan kerja yang harmonis sesama guru, mampu menciptakan hubungan yang harmonis sesama karyawan mampu menerapkan prinsip penghargaan (reward), mampu menerapkan prinsip hukuman (punishment), mampu menerapkan/mengembangkan motivasi internal dan eksternal bagi warga sekolah. Peran Kepala Sekolah Sebagai Motivator dalam Meningkatan Profesionalisme Guru di SDN 2 Kalirejo sudah berjalan dengan baik, walaupun dalam pelaksanaan masih banyak kendala maupun hambatan pada masing-masing komponen bidang manajemen madrasah. Kata Kunci: Kepala Sekolah, Motivator, Profesionalisme Kinerja Guru.</jats:p

    AbstractHis study aims to improve teacher performance in SMK YASMIDA Ambarawa Kab. Pringsewuthrough the application of Human Resource Management. This research is a qualitative research by usinga benchmark as a barometer of truth. Objects studied at SMK YASMIDA Ambarawa Kab. Pringsewu.While the data collection techniques applied by using: Interview / interview to the principal, the divisionof questionnaires / questioners to students and teachers, as well as documentation as supporting researchresults. The analytical technique used by the authors in this study is descriptive qualitative analysis. Fromthe analysis of the data can be concluded that: The results of research on the implementation process ofHuman Resource Management (MSDM) is Applying Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling.Once known the application of POAC hence can be seen an improvement on teacher performance ofSMK YASMIDA Ambarawa Kab. Pringsewu is calculated from 2014, 2015 and 2016. The improvementof teacher performance can be seen from the improvement of presentation of the results ofimplementation on each statement, with the final result obtained as follows: (a) the result of questionnairedistribution to students with the average obtained in the year 2014 with a presentation value of 62%, in2015 with a presentation rate of 77% and in 2016 with an 89% presentation. (B) the results ofquestionnaire distribution to teachers with an average score obtained in 2014 with a presentation value of60%, in 2015 with a presentation value of 68% and in 2016 with a presentation value of 89%.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru di SMK YASMIDA Ambarawa Kab.Pringsewu melalui penerapan Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitiankualitatif dengan menggunakan tolak ukur sebagai barometer kebenarannya. Objek yang diteliti yaitu diSMK YASMIDA Ambarawa Kab. Pringsewu. Sedangkan tehnik pengumpulan data yang diterapkandengan menggunakan: Interview / wawancara kepada kepala sekolah, pembagian angket/questionerkepada siswa dan guru, serta dokumentasi sebagai penunjang hasil penelitian. Adapun tehnik analisisyang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Dari analisis datatersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa: Hasil penelitian pada proses penerapan Manajemen Sumber DayaManusia (MSDM) ini menerapakan Planning, Organizing, Actuating, dan Controlling. Setelah diketahuipenerapan POAC maka dapat diketahui adanya peningkatan pada kinerja guru SMK YASMIDAAmbarawa Kab. Pringsewu terhitung dari tahun 2014, 2015 dan 2016. Peningkatan kinerja guru inidapat dilihat dari peningkatan presentasi hasil penerapan pada setiap pernyataan, dengan hasil akhir yangdiperoleh yaitu sebagai berikut: (a) hasil pembagian angket kepada siswa dengan rata-rata yang didapatpada tahun 2014 dengan nilai presentasi 62%, pada tahun 2015 dengan nilai presentasi 77% dan padatahun 2016 dengan nilai presentasi 89%.     Fusion and Elongation Method Integrated with Vacuum System to Fabricate Single-Mode Fiber Couplers

    Abstract Abstract. The single mode fiber coupler has been successfully fabricated in various power ratio based on fusion and elongation method. Two single mode fibers were joined by heating them under the torch flame injected by H2 Gas with the temperature range of 1200°C - 1500°C. Coupling mode theory was determined to simulate the power characteristics of the fiber coupler which is then combined with the experimental results. The measurement of power output characteristics shows that good agreement between power ratio characteristic of experimental and theoretical simulation was obtained when the elongation process runs with a pulling speed of 180 μm/s. However, good performance of fiber couplers interm of coupling loss with typical of 0.05 dB has been obtained by integrating a vacuum system as the fiber holders inside the slot of pulling stages. Experimental results found that the suitable pressure of vacuum system operating during heating process is 120 mbar.</jats:p

    Simulasi Monte Carlo dalam Memprediksi Disribusi Kopi Starbuck

    Distributing and marketing Starbuck coffee is a very important part of the company PT Vision Logistik Transindo in increasing a profit. Starbuck is a company originating from the United States headquartered in Seattle, Washington, and already has the world's largest coffee shop with 20,336 stores in 61 countries, including Indonesia. In distribution management it is very necessary to determine the Starbuck coffee needed, so that customer demand can be fulfilled. This study conducted data on Starbucks coffee distribution from 2017 to 2019. The data processing in this case uses the Monte Carlo algorithm to predict the distribution of Starbuck coffee. In accelerating data processing, this study applies a Web-based program with the PHP programming language (Hypertext Processor). The result of the test is to get the predicted results of Starbuck coffee with an accuracy level of 90%. So that the results obtained can help the company PT.Vision Logistik Transindo in increasing distribution in the coming year.</jats:p

    METODE KARYAWISATA DALAM MENINGKATKAN KECERDASAN NATURALIS DI PAUD SPS AN-NABAT KELAS A

    Abstract&#x0D; One of the intelligences that needs to be developed in early childhood is naturalist intelligence. If naturalist intelligence has been improved early on in children, then many natural damage that occurs today can be minimized. Increasing the naturalist intelligence of children can be started from the school environment and through ways that many children like, namely by tourism. This study uses quantitative data, where data is in the form of numbers and analyzed using statistics. This study uses a survey technique that is taking samples of one population and using observation as a basic data collection tool. The population of this study was the PAUD SPS An-Nabat in the Tanjung Anom Pringsewu area. While the sample was taken 10 students from 18 class A students. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires. From the results of the study, it can be concluded the influence of the independent variable (Trust) on the dependent variable (participation) is 68,7% with equations Y= 13,680+0,687. While the rest is influenced by other variables.&#x0D;  &#x0D; Keywords: Field trip, naturalist intelligence&#x0D;  &#x0D;  &#x0D;  &#x0D; Abstrak&#x0D; Salah satu kecerdasan yang perlu di kembangkan pada anak usia dini yaitu kecerdasan naturalis. Bila kecerdasan naturalis sudah ditingkatkan sejak dini pada anak-anak, maka kerusakan alam yang banyak terjadi saat ini dapat diminimalisir. Meningkatkan kecerdasan naturalis anak dapat dimulai dari lingkungan sekolah dan melalui cara yang banyak disukai anak, yaitu dengan karya wisata. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif, dimana data berupa angka dan dianalisis menggunakan statistik. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik survei yakni mengambil sampel sari satu populasi dan menggunakan observasi sebagai alat pengumpul data yang pokok. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu PAUD SPS An-Nabat yang ada di wilayah Tanjung Anom Pringsewu. Sedangkan sampel di ambil 10 siswa dari 18 siswa kelas A. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa angket. Dari hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh variable bebas (Trust) terhadap variable terikat (partisipasi) adalah 68,7% dengan persamaan Y= 13,680+0,687. Sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variable lainnya.&#x0D; Kata kunci: Karyawisata, kecerdasan naturalis</jats:p
