Service Blueprinting Program Magang Mahasiswa Bersertifikat (PMMB) di UMM
Program Magang Mahasiswa Bersertifikat yang diprakarsai oleh kementerian BUMN merupakan wujud nyata pemerintah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi lulusan dan menyiapkan lulusan memasuki dunia kerja. Program ini mendapat sambutan yang antusias dari seluruh Perguruan Tinggi di Indonesia. Setiap perguruan tinggi berusaha untuk dapat memanfaatkan peluang tersebut, UMM sebagai salah satu PT yang memiliki MoU dengan kementerian BUMN berusaha memanfaatkan kesempatan ini dengan sebaik-baiknya. Sebagai kegiatan yang baru bagi UMM, maka perlu dibuat service blueprinting PMMB yang merupakan alur proses kerja yang dapat digunakan sebagai pedoman dalam kegiatan PMMB. Service blueprinting dapat membantu pengelolaan PMMB dalam menemukan komponen, titik rawan kegagalan dan titik jeda pada proses pelayanan PMMB. Desain penelitian menggunakan exploratory research dengan analisis kualitatif diskriptif. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan adalah menginventarisir komponen proses pelayanan mulai dari pendaftaran sampai selesai magang, menggambarkan dalam bentuk service blueprinting, kemudian menentukan titik kegagalan dan titik jeda pelayanan. Hasil analisis adalah tersedianya service bluepinting program magang mahasiswa bersertifikat UMM diperoleh temuan pertama 2 titik kegagalan yaitu komunikasi pada WAG PMMB UMM dan data peserta PMMB yang telah lolos PMMB BUMN, kedua terdapat 3 titik jeda yaitu kelengkapan data, draft PKS dan laporan PMMB. Adapun solusinya pada titik gagal adalah mengoptimalkan komunikasi dan mendorong BUMN konsisten dengan hasil match up FHCI, pada titik jeda melakkan checklist kelengkapan peseerta, mengintensifkan komunikasi dengan PIC BUMN tentang draft PKS dan laporan magang
Pengaruh Harga dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada UMKM Batik Sendang di Kabupaten Lamongan
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada UMKM Batik Sendang di Kabupaten Lamongan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi tidak diketahui dan menentukan jumlah sampel berdasarkan rumus untuk populasi tidak diketahui dan mengambil untuk penelitian berjumlah 100 responden yaitu pelanggan UMKM Batik Sendang. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert untuk pengukuran data dari jawaban responden dan teknik pengumpulan data untuk dianalisis menggunakan kuesioner dengan media google form dan langsung datang ke lokasi. Uji instrument pada penelitian ini ada uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, dan untuk teknik analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis.. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan maka dapat ditarik simpulan sebagai berikut: harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, harga dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan
THE INFLUENCE OF TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT (TQM) APPLICATION ON OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE ON UD. "MATAHARI" TEMPE CRACKERS. RESTU JAYA
For a company the best way to maintain optimal company conditions is to implement Total Quality Management (TQM). This study aims to determine the effect of implementing Total Quality Management (TQM) which is then realized in 4 basic pillars, namely customer focus, employee empowerment, continuous quality improvement, and fact-based management on operational performance at UD. Restu Jaya. The research sample used was 44 employees. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression, classical assumptions, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of data analysis, the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) is proven to have a simultaneous effect on operational performance variables. However, there are several variables that have no partial effect on the operational performance variable, while those variables are employee empowerment and continuous quality improvement. While the variables focused on customers and management based on facts have a significant partial effect on operational performance variable

The effect of supply chain integration, management commitment and supply chain challenges on non-profit organizations performance: Empirical evidence from Afghanistan
This research aimed to determine the effect of supply chain challenges and supply chain performance in nonprofit organization performance and the supply chain integration and management commitment in supply chain performance. One hundred questionnaires were distributed to top-level, middle-level, and lower-level managers of Afghanistan non-profit organizations. Out of 100 questionnaires distributed, 55 questionnaires were filled and returned a 55% response rate. This study adopted a quantitative method using the SmartPLS application. This study found that integrating supply chain indicators such as sharing information, planning, controlling and coordinating materials, and commitment of all three management levels positively affects supply chain performance. Moreover, this study found that challenges such as government regulation, customer pressure, and supply chains performance indicators such as supply chain delivery flexibility, customer responsiveness time, and inventory cost significantly affect non-profit organization performance
Technology acceptance model of Tuberculosis Integrated Information System in Indonesian primary healthcare
This article investigates the acceptance model of the technology of tuberculosis integrated information system (TIIS) adopted and its effects on the actual use in the Indonesian healthcare facility. Some factors such as the perceived usefulness and ease of use are investigated to understand their relationship with the system’s actual use. Quantitative research has been done in this study using a structural equation model (SEM) and partial least square. This study shows that respondents’ perceived usefulness and the ease of use of TIIS positively affect the adopted system’s actual use. The evaluation of the influence of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use and external variables such as subjective, image, job relevance, and facilitating condition on the intention to use using TIIS to support the implementation of the program of prevention of infectious diseases in a developing country such as Indonesia would help the government to treat the tuberculosis disease better
