    The author in this study discusses the analysis of situational leadership models looking at the expert opinion of Hersey and Blandhard. According to Hersey and Blanchard there are four situational leadership styles, namely telling, selling, participating, and delegating. Telling is a leadership style that reflects a directing leadership style, this style is loaded with task-oriented behavior and minimal human relations-oriented behavior. This article is a type of qualitative research with a library research approach. In the literature study, the authors carried out activities to collect literature relating to the analysis of situational leadership models. Then a re-examination of the literature is carried out in depth so that it can produce the core of the discussion and conclusions

    Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pelaksanaan manajemen perpustakaan SMPIT Raudhatul Jannah Cilegon selain dilihat dari aspek perencanaan juga bisa dilihat dari aspek pengorganisasian, penggerakan, pengawasan, pemberdayaan, motivation, fasilitatif, dan evaluasi. Dari aspek perencanaan, perpustakaan SMPIT Raudhatul Jannah Cilegon telah merencanakan kegiatan dalam penyelenggaraan perpustakaan yang meliputi anggaran, pengadaan buku, sumber daya manusia.Dari aspek pengorganisasian, perpustakaan SMPIT Raudhatul Jannah Cilegon sudah membuat struktur organisasi dengan baik, sehingga dapat memperlancar kinerja perpustakaan sesuai pekerjaannya misalnya ketenagaan, pelayanan, dan pengklasifikasian buku. Dari aspek pergerakan, Pergerakan dalam manajemen perpustakaan SMPIT Raudhatul Jannah Cilegon meliputi: pelayanan, dan penyediaan sarana prasarana. Dari aspek pengawasan, pengawasan dalam manajemen perpustakaan SMPIT Raudhatul Jannah Cilegon dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui efektivitas dan efisiensi penyelenggaraan perpustakaan, selain untuk memperoleh peningkatan kualitas.Dari aspek motivation, motivation dalam manajemen perpustakaan SMPIT Raudhatul Jannah Cilegon diberikan agar para tenaga perpustakaan dapat memberikan pelayanan kepada pengguna perpustakaan dengan sebaik-baiknya.Aspek fasilitatif, fasilitatif dalam manajemen perpustakaan SMPIT Raudhatul Jannah Cilegon bersifat sebagai penunjang atau pendorong dalam meningkatkan kinerja dari para tenaga perpustakaan dan kepala perpustakaan.Aspek evaluasi, evaluasi dalam manajemen perpustakaan SMPIT Raudhatul Jannah Cilegon ditempuh untuk mengetahui sejauh mana penyelenggaraan program-program perpustakaan tercapai dan pastinya untuk meningkatkan pelayanan yang lebih baik lagi

This article aims to describe the Relational Marketing Model of the Service Marketing Triangle (SMT) at SMPIT Madinah Al-Hijrah and analyze its contribution to improving educational services. Within the framework of SMT, this article explores how interactions between schools, frontline employees, and education service customers can impact the educational experience and customer satisfaction. Through qualitative research with interviews and surveys with various stakeholders at SMPIT Madinah Al-Hijrah, this article highlights whether the Relational Marketing Model of SMT Education Services at SMPIT Madinah Al-Hijrah can improve education services. The results showed that this model effectively strengthens communication, service quality, and interpersonal interaction in building strong relationships between educational institutions and educational service customers The application of the concept of friend-raising beyond fundraising has also proven successful in attracting new donors through the support of existing donors.     This study explores the role of education management in Al-Wasilah Sigenjah Waringinkurung Islamic Boarding School in fostering student discipline. The management of Islamic boarding school education plays an important role in shaping the attitude and behavior of student discipline by implementing policies, learning programs, and structured daily activities. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, which involves direct observation, in-depth interviews with Islamic boarding school caregivers, teaching staff, and students, as well as analysis of related documents. The study results show that student discipline can be formed through effective management, where factors such as pesantren leaders, continuous supervision, and the provision of appropriate sanctions and rewards contribute significantly to the successful implementation of discipline. This study provides important insights for the development of a more optimal education management system in Islamic boarding schools to support the formation of disciplined and responsible student character

Path Goal Theory is a leadership theory that explains how the behavior of leaders will influence how employees perceive the path between their efforts and goals. Like other situational theories, path goal theory also says that leaders will be successful if they are able to adapt their behavior to the situations they face. For example, directive leadership will be suitable if employees lack experience and knowledge about work, and if work is unstructured and complex.
