Pengembangan Perangkat Pembelajaran Bercirikan Penemuan Terbimbing Untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Penalaran Matematis Siswa Pada Materi Barisan Aritmetika Dan Geometri Kelas X
This research is development research. Objective Research and development is to describe the process and results of development characterized guided discovery to students of class X are valid, practical and effective to improve students' mathematical reasoning. Expected product specification is characterized by the RPP and LKS guided discovery. This study uses Plomp development model (2007) which consists of two stages: preliminary research (initial research) and prototyping (development stage). Based on the results of a small trial, showed that the developed learning tools valid criteria, practical, and effective. So,the product of development can be used as mathematic learning device in sequance and series, because achieve valid, practical, and effective criteria
Penerapan Pembelajaran Inkuiri Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Trigonometri Pada Siswa Kelas X
Inquiry learning is learning that engages students directly and in finding the optimal mathematical concepts. The purpose of this research is to describe the inquiry learning to improve students\u27 learning outcomes in trigonometry material. Subjects were students of class X Preparation Graphic (PS-B) SMK Negeri 4 Malang year 2015/2016 which amounted to 32 students. This type of research is classroom action research. Inquiry learning is done consists of orientation, define problems, formulate hypotheses, collect data, test hypotheses and drawing conclusions. Based on the measures of inquiry that students formed into groups, students discuss up with students drawing conclusions from a comparison of trigonometry. The results showed that the application of this inquiry learning increase understanding of trigonometry concepts based on observations obtained with the activities of teachers and students in both categories, while the final test results obtained measures students\u27 test results also in both categories.Pembelajaran inkuiri merupakan pembelajaran yang melibatkan siswa secara langsung dan optimal dalam menemukan konsep Matematika. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah mendeskripsikan pembelajaran inkuiri untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi trigonometri. Subjek penelitian ialah siswa kelas X Persiapan Grafika (PS-B) SMK Negeri 4 Malang tahun 2015/2016 yang berjumlah 32 siswa. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian tindakan kelas. Pembelajaran inkuiri yang dilakukan terdiri atas orientasi, merumuskan masalah, merumuskan hipotesis, mengumpulkan data, menguji hipotesis, dan merumuskan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan langkah-langkah inkuiri tersebut siswa dibentuk menjadi beberapa kelompok, siswa berdiskusi sampai dengan siswa merumuskan kesimpulan dari perbandingan trigonometri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran inkuiri ini meningkatkan hasil belajar materi trigonometri dan berdasarkan pengamatan diperoleh aktivitas guru dan siswa dalam kategori baik, sedangkan hasil tes akhir tindakan diperoleh hasil tes siswa juga dalam kategori baik
Peningkatkan Keaktifan dan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas VIII pada Materi Sistem Persamaan Linear Dua Variabel dengan Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tgt
Based on the experience of teaching for at SMPN 01 Bang Haji, there are still many who have difficulty in understanding the two-variable linear equations. This study aims to improve student learning outcomes and students' active learning in the classroom. This type of research is classroom action research (PTK) with two cycles, the first cycle consists of nine meetings, and the second cycle 6 meeting. The subjects were 24 students of class VIII, 6 men and 18 women. Research activities on the 16th of January until 17 March 2017. The learning activities by implementing cooperative learning TGT. The results showed that the application of cooperative learning TGT has been performing very well, active student learning derived from the observation and questionnaires at the high category and good and student learning outcomes reached 87.5% of students had reached a value of ≥ 70.Berdasarkan pengalaman mengajar di SMPN 01 Bang Haji, ternyata masih banyak yang mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami persamaan linear dua variabel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dan keaktifan siswa belajar di dalam kelas. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan dua siklus, siklus I terdiri atas 9 pertemuan, dan siklus II 6 pertemuan. Subjek penelitian adalah 24 orang siswa kelas VIII, 6 orang laki-laki, dan 18 orang perempuan. Kegiatan penelitian pada tanggal 16 Januari sampai 17 Maret 2017. Kegiatan pembelajaran dengan menerapkan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT telah terlaksana dengan sangat baik, keaktifan belajar siswa yang diperoleh dari hasil observasi dan angket berada pada kategori tinggi dan baik, hasil belajar siswa mencapai 87,5 % dan telah mencapai nilai ≥ 70
Pengembangan Lembar Kerja Siswa (Lks) Berkarakteristik Rme Materi Barisan dan Deret untuk Kelas X
This research is a developmental that the aims of the research is to produce teaching materials involving student worksheet characterized by REACT that valid, practical, and effective so that suitable to be used in learning process of sequences and series. Developing model that used in this research is Plomp\u27s developing model. This model consist of four phases, that are 1) Preliminary Investigation Phase, 2) Design Phase, 4) Realization Phase, 3) Test, Evaluation, and Revision Phase. Based on useful of validity test and practically test, overall the worksheets are valid and practical. It can be concluded that worksheet developed has good criteria so that suitable to be used in learning process of sequences and series and can increase student\u27s mathematics reasoning.: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang bertujuan menghasilkan bahan ajar yaitu Lembar Kerja Siswa berkarakteristik RME yang valid dan praktis sehingga layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran materi barisan dan deret. Model pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model pengembangan Plomp yang terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu 1) tahap investigasi awal, 2) tahap perancangan dan realisasi, 3) tahap tes, evaluasi, dan revisi. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil, yaitu (1) tingkat kevalidan sebesar 3,7 dengan kriteria kevalidan sangat valid, dan (2) tungkat kepraktisan sebesar 3,5 dengan kriteria kepraktisan sangat praktis Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa LKS yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria baik dan layak digunakan sebagai alternatif bahan ajar matematika pada materi Barisan dan Deret yang dapat mengingkatkan tingkat penalaran matematis siswa

PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS MASALAH UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PEMAHAMAN MATEMATIKA SISWA KELAS IX SMP
Based on observations found that students can not explain the concept that already taught and also can not give examples of problems in everyday life related to the concept being taught. It shows that students do not have the ability to be an indicator of understanding. Based on interviews found that teachers often use the problem-based learning, but in the implementation tends to the teacher centered learning. To solve the that problems then held action classroom research that used problem-based learning. With problem-based learning can enhance an understanding that shown by student have an ability to correspond with the seven indicators of understanding. Problem-based learning that has been able to increase the students' understanding of mathematics consists of five stages, namely: a) Reading problems. b) Defining the problem. c) Find the idea "Brainstroming". d) Solve the problem. e) Share learning result. Learning has developed seven indicators of mathematical understanding, namely: interpretation, exampling, classify, summarize, inferring, comparing, and explaining. Each indicator score, then score is accumulated into a final score. Resulting 83% of all students, ie 29 of 35 the number of classes students have had a score of more than or equal to 75. In fact, there are two students who received a score of 100
Investigation of Contingency Patterns of Teachers\u27 Scaffolding in Teaching and Learning Mathematics
The purpose of this study is to investigate the patterns of scaffolding contingency in teaching and learning mathematics carried out by three teachers. Contingency patterns are obtained by examining the transcription from video recording of conversation fragments between teachers and students during the provision of scaffolding. The contingency patterns are drawn in three strategies: diagnostic strategy, intervention strategy, and checking diagnosis. The result shows that the three teachers expressed different interaction contingencies in their scaffolding activities: contingent dominant, non-contingent dominant, and pseudo-contingent. It is also found that the learning interaction performed by experienced teachers tends to be contingent dominant compared to novice teachers
The Linkage of Problem Solving Between Geometry and Algebra: What is Their Correlation?

2016This research aims to determine the students’ geometry ability through algebra, and to find out algebra ability in solving
geometry problems. Students are required to work on the geometry questions and solve those using algebra. In vice
versa, students are given the algebra questions in the nuance of geometry to be completed. Then, the students' answers are
traced with interviews to determine the ability of students in answering the question of algebraic geometry, and

. The study was conducted in four weeks. The solving problems used think a loud method and interviews which were
conducted three times. After the interviews, it is found out that there is a correlation between the students’ ability of
geometry and students’ ability of algebra. This statement againsts the
(Atiyah,
2001; Charbonneau, 1996; Kvasz, 2005
)opinion which said that is not easy to connect geometry and algebra. In the
solving problems, it was found that the subjects were using algebra and geometry modeling. Algebra and geometry has a
very strong relationship. Students who have the ability to better geometry will have good algebraic ability as well,
and vice versa
