Analisis Dampak Program Kios 3 in 1 yang Dilaksanakan oleh Balai Besar Latihan Kerja Industri Kota Surakarta

Employment problem is one of the major problem in Indonesia. With the high amount of unemployment in Indonesia will affect to the higher of the poor level that exist. With the large amount of population Indonesia has a profit in the amount of human resources. However, in the matter of fact, the overwhelming human resources is not followed by a good quality and competency. To foster a lot of human resources will need necessary programs that are very effective in improving the quality and competence of the human resources. The research method used in this research was a descriptive qualitative method with observation, interview, and documentation as the techniques of collecting data. The data source consisted of informant and documents relevant to the research. The sampling method used was purposive sampling, that is, to select the informant considered as knowledgeable and reliable to be the data source. The data validation was done using methodology triangulation technique, that is method that used a different technique to provide the same data. The methods are interview and observation Technique of analyzing data used was an interactive technique of analysis consisting of three components: data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. The results of this research showed that the impact that could be given by the Kios 3 in 1 program of Balai Besar Latihan Kerja Industri of Surakarta are overall good. This can be seen from the five aspects, which is: (i) Individual impact, (ii) Organizational impact, (iii) Impact to the society, (iv) Impact on Institutions and social system, (v) Response to the impact of the policy. Accordance with the concept of Kios 3 in 1 itself which are training, Certification and placement, Kios 3 in 1 has work well to realize the concepts. The impact to the society can also directly seen and felt. Although the impact of Kios 3 in 1 had been performed well, several attempts were still required to be the input including intensively doing the socialization to atrract the society and then fixing and adding the existing equipment that can make the Kios 3 in 1 optimally worked. The other optional input is expanding the classrooms because in the future there will be a lot society that will need the assistance of this program
