Using Autonomous Learning Mode to Improve Students’ Learning Willingness and Resilience
In China, English teaching has become a key part of the education system at all levels. However, despite the significant resources invested in the education system, many students lack the necessary motivation and perseverance to learn. The interactive autonomous learning mode is a newly emerged educational approach that aims to enhance students’ motivation and resilience in learning through interaction and self-motivation. Existing works mostly focus on qualitative analysis and case studies; however, few have comprehensively considered the multiple factors or the future trend. To address this research gap, this paper proposes three novel research methods: predicting future learning willingness using a grey prediction model, evaluating the effectiveness of a learning resilience enhancement strategy using the TOPSIS analysis method, and analyzing the relationship between learning willingness and learning resilience enhancement using an improved grey relation projection method. These methods not only provide a comprehensive and accurate analytical framework, but they also contribute to educational reform and teaching practice
Facile synthesis and enhanced visible light photocatalytic activity of N and Zr co-doped TiO2 nanostructures from nanotubular titanic acid precursors
Zr/N co-doped TiO2 nanostructures were successfully synthesized using
nanotubular titanic acid (NTA) as precursors by a facile wet chemical route and
subsequent calcination. These Zr/N-doped TiO2 nanostructures made by NTA
precursors show significantly enhanced visible light absorption and much higher
photocatalytic performance than the Zr/N-doped P25 TiO2 nanoparticles. Impacts
of Zr/N co-doping on the morphologies, optical properties, and photocatalytic
activities of the NTA precursor-based TiO2 were thoroughly investigated. The
origin of the enhanced visible light photocatalytic activity is discussed in

A Decision-Making Model for Supplier Selection in Public Procurement
Public procurement is a multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) problem that meets lexicographic preference to some extent. In this paper, a two-layer method that meets lexicographic preference selection was proposed to address the government procurement decision-making problem of multi experts in the fuzzy environment. The decision-making process of this model is divided into two steps. Firstly, attributes of multiple experts were collected according to their rights of speech, getting the comprehensive attribute preference order. Secondly, the program meeting lexicographic preference was decided based on the comprehensive attributes. Finally, the proposed model was applied to the firefighting cushion bidding case of Fire Station of A public security department. Results demonstrated that the proposed model is applicable to public procurement decision-making and can provide effective references to decision-making on government procurement
Mixed Channel OEM Supply Chain Pricing and Service Competition Strategy Considering Brand Dealer Penalties
The paper constructs a mixed channel OEM supply chain model consisting of brand dealer and manufacturer, with brand dealer acting as the main parties of Stackelberg and manufacturer as the subordinate. This paper compares the profit changes of the supply chain in three situations: single brand channel, the mixed dual channel after the manufacturer opens the direct channel and dual channels where brand dealer penalize manufacturer for direct sales channels. The research results prove that the introduction of direct sales channels by manufacturer can enhance the advantages of the game and gain more profits. Under certain conditions, brand dealer would also benefit from the introduction of direct sales channels, so as to achieve a win-win result. When brand dealers’ profits are infringed, brand dealer can reduce the losses caused by direct sales channels by punishing direct sales channels. What’s more, the better the direct channel acceptance, the better the effect of the method. The total profit of the supply chain is reduced with the increase of the direct channel acceptance

Optimal Supply of New Energy Vehicles With Subsidizing Under Demand Uncertainty
For increasing the production of new energy vehicles, government’s subsidy policy was implemented in the early stage of its development. This paper considers consumer subsidies and manufacturer subsidies, and modeling to compare the manufacturer’s optimal production and profit of two subsidy mechanisms under certainty and uncertainty demand. Research shows manufacturer’s supply and profit are the same under two subsidies with certain demands; we also show that the production supply is not always decreased with the increase of demands’ uncertain, and compare to manufacturer subsidies, consumer subsidies is more benefit the production of new energy vehicles for government
