    Senior High School Students' Perceptions of Art Subject Online Teaching During COVID-19

    One of the actions taken by the Indonesian government to stop the spread of COVID19 was closing all schools and running online teaching from home. Online learning creates distance between students and teachers. This study aimed to understand students' perceptions of online education of art, specifically senior high school students in Probolinggo regency. The research focused on investigating students' skills and comfortability during the learning process as well as the online learning management carried out by the teachers. This study used a quantitative approach with simple statistical computation. The researcher collected the data by distributing questionnaires to students at seven state senior high schools in Probolinggo utilizing Google Forms. The data were then descriptively analyzed. From 22 respondents, it was found that 9.1% did not have a smartphone; 81.8% stated that they could understand the online teaching materials; 27.3% expressed that they were not satisfied; and 54.5% said that the online learning demotivated them to learn arts. However, 95.5% of students believed that their teachers mastered the online classroom management. Results of the study show that senior high school students in Probolinggo have had a delightful experience in learning art online. However, it then slowly demotivates them to create art even though the majority of teachers have mastered the online learning technology. Students expect more varied creativity from teachers and stakeholders to ensure that learning art is entertaining and motivates them in the era of the pandemic.     Penyitaan Kendaraan Roda Dua pada Perjanjian Kredit yang Bermasalah

    Sepeda motor memiliki harga yang relatif lebih murah daripada mobil, akan tetapi kemampuan muatannya juga lebih sedikit dibandngkan dengan mobil, yang daya angkutmnya lebih besar dan banyak. Untuk sebagian masyarakat harga sepeda motor sulit dijangkau apabila dibeli dengan cara tunai atau kontan. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini Bagaimana Proses Penarikan Paksa Kendaraaan Roda Dua Yang Menunggak Angsuran Kredit, Bagaimana Akibat Hukum Atas Penarikan Kendaraan Bermotor oleh Pihak Leasing. Metodologi pengumpulan data-data melalui penelitian kepustakaan (Library Reseach) penelitian kepustakaan, Data sekunder yang merupakan bahan baku yang akan diolah dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari bahan hukum primer, sekunder dan tertier. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa proses penarikan paksa kendaraaan roda dua yang menunggak angsuran kredit adalah upaya kreditur untuk merealisasikan haknya sesuai dengan perjanjian yang telah disepakati dalam akte perjanjian sewa beli kendaraan roda dua, akan dilaksanakan secara paksa jika debitur tidak secara sukarela memenuhi kewajibannya, dan Akibat Hukum Atas Penarikan Kendaraan Bermotor oleh Pihak Leasing adalah Bentuk perlindungan hukum yang diberikan terhadap konsumen yang mengalami penarikan kendaraan bermotor oleh pihak leasing melarang Perusahaan leasing melakukan penarikan paksa kendaraan bermotor dijalan. Kesimpulan bawah proses penarikan kendaraan roda dua yang menunggak atau tidak membyar angsuran adalah Pihak Leasing dilarang melakukan penarikan paksa kendaraan bermotor dijalan. Saran hendaknya jangan dilakukan eksekusi penyitaan di jalan-jalan, selagi kendaraan tersebut dipakai oleh debitur. Kata Kunci : Leasing, Perjanjian, Penarikan Kendaraan Roda Dua

    Klasifikasi Berita Menggunakan Algoritma C4.5

    - Perkembangan zaman mengalami kemajuan yang sangat pesat, saat ini penyebaran berita yang paling populer adalah melalui internet. Berita yang disajikan di situs berita online biasanya hanya dalam kategori umum, sehingga ketika pembaca ingin mendapatkan kategori berita yang lebih spesifik harus dilakukan secara manual yang tentunya menjadi kegiatan yang cukup merepotkan. Hal ini juga dialami oleh Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Riau yang kesulitan dalam mencari dan mengklasifikasikan berita tentang Provinsi Riau. Dalam hal ini penerapan klasifikasi otomatis dirasa sangat diperlukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode klasifikasi C4.5 dengan 510 data berita yang akan diklasifikasikan menjadi 3 kategori yaitu demokrasi, kemiskinan dan ketenagakerjaan. Proses klasifikasi berita dalam penelitian ini meliputi: pengumpulan data, pelabelan manual, teks preprocessing, pembobotan kata, dan metode klasifikasi C4.5. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, hasil uji akurasi adalah 84% dengan menggunakan pembagian data 90%:10%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode C4.5 cocok digunakan dalam klasifikasi berita

    Schizophrenia has a heritability of 60–80%1, much of which is attributable to common risk alleles. Here, in a two-stage genome-wide association study of up to 76,755 individuals with schizophrenia and 243,649 control individuals, we report common variant associations at 287 distinct genomic loci. Associations were concentrated in genes that are expressed in excitatory and inhibitory neurons of the central nervous system, but not in other tissues or cell types. Using fine-mapping and functional genomic data, we identify 120 genes (106 protein-coding) that are likely to underpin associations at some of these loci, including 16 genes with credible causal non-synonymous or untranslated region variation. We also implicate fundamental processes related to neuronal function, including synaptic organization, differentiation and transmission. Fine-mapped candidates were enriched for genes associated with rare disruptive coding variants in people with schizophrenia, including the glutamate receptor subunit GRIN2A and transcription factor SP4, and were also enriched for genes implicated by such variants in neurodevelopmental disorders. We identify biological processes relevant to schizophrenia pathophysiology; show convergence of common and rare variant associations in schizophrenia and neurodevelopmental disorders; and provide a resource of prioritized genes and variants to advance mechanistic studies
