    The Influence of Silane Gas Flow Rate on Optoelectronic Properties of µc-Si:H Prepared by HWC-VHF-PECVD Technique

    Hydrogenated microcrystalline silicon (µc-Si:H) thin films have been deposited using 10% silane (SiH4) in H2 dilution by Hot Wire Cell Very High Frequency Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition (HWC-VHF-PECVD) technique. The resulted thin film characteristics were systematically studied as a function of the deposition parameter. The previous structural studies showed that the structural phase transition from amorphous to microcrystalline thin film was obtained using the filament temperature of 800 °C. In this study, the optoelectronic properties of µc-Si:H thin films were investigated as a function of the silane gas flow rate from 40 sccm to 80 sccm. The highest deposition rate of 3.6 A/sec and the lower optical bandgap of 1.4 eV were obtained using 80 sccm and 60 sccm of the silane gas flow rate, respectively. The film showed the photosensitivity of 3 x 107, which is quite high above the minimal value of 103 for solar cell application

    Proses penggulungan kawat tembaga yang selama ini dilakukan adalah manual dengan tangan memutarkan poros lilitan guna menggulungnya. Model alat penggulung lilitan transformator secara otomatis ini menggunakan remote control dengan input data dari remote control untuk menjalankannya. Data yang dikirim dan diterima secara wireless dengan pemancar dan penerima ASK (Amplitude Shift Keying). Proses penggulungan kawat dilakukan oleh motor seketika data telah diterima oleh penerima ASK dan telah diolah terlebih dahulu oleh mikrokontroler. Laporan selesai penggulungan (menyalanya indikator LED) atau kawat putus (berbunyinya indikator buzzer) diberikan pada remote control yang kemudian tersimpan dalam memori EEPROM. (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory). Laporan data tersebut dapat dilihat sewaktu-waktu dan dapat dihapus jika tidak diinginkan lagi. Desain ini membantu proses penggulungan kawat menjadi lebih mudah dan lebih cepat. Desain ini juga lebih aman bagi operator karena tidak perlu berada dekat dengan gulungan kawat tersebut. Komunikasi dua arah antara remote control dan alat penggulung dapat berjalan dengan baik sejauh 15 meter

    The effect of Ge content on the optical and electrical properties of Si-Ge-H thin films deposited by HWCPECVDhad been investigated. The Si- Ge-H films ware grown on corning glass 7059 substrate using 10% dilutedGeH4 and SiH4 gas mixture, respectively. The GeH4 gas flow rate was varied from 2.5 to 12.5 sccm, while the flowrate of SiH was kept constant at 70 sccm. The results showed that the deposition rate of Si-Ge-H thin films wasincreases with the increasing of GeH4 gas flow rate. Beside, the Ge content in the film also increased, and the opticalband gap decreased. The dark conductivity of Si- Ge-H films was relatively constant, whereas the photo \u27sconductivity decreased with increasing of Ge content
