Website can be used for many things, in example for marketing and promotion media which provides so many kind of information.Wijaya Teknik is a company which concerns in computer business, as hardware and software seller, computer fixing and service, and also networking building service.In the way to provide information, Wijaya Teknik still use manual ways, one of them by spreading brochure. Wijaya Teknik has already its own website indeed, however it is still not effective as information providing media, marketing or promotion.One solution to solve the problem is by rebuilding the website to be more interactive and effective, so that the providing information, marketing, or promotion can be better. And also be able to provide other information about goods and service price to every customer online and updated. In the process of creating the website, some software are added in, they are PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, Java Script, and Jquery to achieve a website which is more dynamic and interactive
Polymorphism of Human FcγRIIa and Its Association with P. Falciparum Density and Efficacy of Dihydroartemisinin- Piperaquine
FcγRlla dimorphism has been related to the ability of the host to eliminate malaria parasite so it is necessary to investigate the allele polymorphism FcγRlla of population in malaria-endemic areas in Indonesia in order to know the role of immunity in eliminating malaria parasite. A total of 120 samples of Dried Blood Spot (DBS) falciparum malaria acquired from DHP drug efficacy studies in 5 regions in Indonesia were analyzed by Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) and sequencing, to look at variants of FcγRIIa-131 allele and its Association with Parasite DensityandEfficacy ofDihydroartemisinin- Piperaquine. The FcγRIIa gene analysis indicated that genotype RH has the highest frequency (50.8%) compared to RR (17.5%) and HH (31.7%). Allele R131 showed a protective effect against High Density Parasitemia (HDP) (>5000 parasites/μL; odds ratio [OR]= 0.133, 95% confidence interval [CI]= 0.053–0.334, P< 0.001) and associated with longer gametocytes carrier clearance time (> 72 hours; Relative Risk [RR]= 1,571, 95% confidence interval [CI]= 1,005–2,456, P= 0.090).  
Analisa Heat Input Pengelasan Terhadap Distorsi, Struktur Mikro Dan Kekuatan Mekanis Baja A36
The minimization of weld distortion has become an important subject of research in welding. Severe distortion can cause undesirable influence on the cost of fabrication since additional work or repair needs to be performed. In addition, distortion also reduce dimensional accuracy and even loss of structural integrity. The present investigation aims to reduce welding distortion on A36 steel by controlling heat input during Metal Inert Gas (MIG) welding. The welding process was carried out by maintaining constant voltage and current of 23 Volt and 145 Ampere respectively whereas travel speed was varied in the range of 3.9 to 4.9 mm/s giving heat input of 678 to 936 J/mm. Result of this investigation showed that the welding distortion was achieved at the heat input of 756 J/mm. At this heat input, the percentage of acicular ferrite is maximized resulting in good weld impact toughness
Pengaruh Inovasi Produk, Harga, dan Promosi terhadap Penambahan Pendapatan Ekonomi Masyarakat di Kota Tangerang (Studi Kasus Peran UKM Pembuatan Makanan Ringan dan Snack)
Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar baik /sendiri-sendiri maupun bersama-sama antara variabel bebas (independent) (inovasi produk,harga dan promosi) berpengaruh terhadap variabel terikat (Penambahan Pendapatan Ekonomi Masyarakat di Kota Tangerang). Penelitian ini dilakukan pelaku UKM makanan ringan dan snack, di Kota Tangerang, dengan menyebar kuesioner pertanyaan sedangkan sampel penelitian digunakan dengan Random Simpel Sampling Pengumpulan data dengan studi lapangan (interview, observasi, kuesioner) ditunjukkan kepada pelaku usaha kecil UMKM di Kota Tangerang dengan jumlah 100 konsumen pelaku ukm makanan ringan dan snack. Analisis data stastitik menggunakan uji realibilitas, validitas, normalitas, autokorelasi, heterokesdatisitas multikolinearitas, determinasi koefisien, uji sendiri-sendiri (uji-t) dan uji bersama-sama (uji-f) , dengan alat stastitik SPSS 25. Uji t menunjukkan variabel bebas (independent) baik sendiri-sendiri mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel terikat (dependent) Studi Kasus Peran UKM Pembuatan Makanan Ringan Dan Snack dengan hasil yang diperoleh (nilai t hitung inovasi produk 7.420. >ttabel 1,966 dan tingkat signifikan 0000 < 0.05, nilai t hitung harga 3.119. >ttabel 1,966 dan tingkat signifikan.0000 < 0.05 dan nilai t hitung promosi 3.778. >ttabel 1,966 dan .0000 < 0.05). Hasil F hitung sebesar 221.640 tingkat signifikansi 0,000 maka F hitung > F tabel (221.640 > 3.09 tingkat signifikasi 0,000 <0.05, variabel bebas (independent) secara simultan nenpunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel terikat (dependent) variabel pada Studi Kasus Peran UKM Pembuatan Makanan Ringan dan Snack dan nilai koefisien determinasi berganda R2 adalah 80,7 % diterangkan faktor-faktor variabel bebas (independent) (inovasi produk, dan promosi) dan sisanya 100%-80.7% = 19,3% hasil yang diperoleh dari variabel lain tidak termasuk dari variabel bebas (independent)
Efek Oktil Galat Sintetik terhadap Interleukin-1 Beta dan Interleukin-1 Receptor Antagonist pada Tikus Model Endometriosis
Endometriosis merupakan penyakit imun-inflamasi kronik yang ditandai dengan pertumbuhan jaringan endometrial di luar rongga uterus. Pada endometriosis terjadi peningkatan kadar IL-1β sedangkan kadar IL-1Ra menurun atau tidak terdeteksi; ketidakseimbangan tersebut menginduksi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan lesi endometriosis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efek oktil galat (OG) terhadap kadar IL-1β dan IL-1Ra dari supernatan homogenat jaringan tikus model endometriosis. Penelitian eksperimental dilakukan di Animal Research Facilities Indonesia Medical Education and Research Institute, Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Indonesia pada bulan Juni 2018-Mei 2019. Sebanyak 30 tikus wistar betina dibagi menjadi tiga kelompok. Kelompok I dilakukan operasi sham, sedangkan kelompok II dan III diautotransplantasi endometriosis. Kelompok II diinduksi carboxymethyl cellulose sodium Na-CMC dan kelompok III diberikan suspensi 20 mg OG dalam Na-CMC per oral selama satu bulan. Seluruh hewan coba dieutanasia, jaringan endometrium dari kelompok I serta endometriosis dari kelompok II dan III diambil untuk dihomogenasi. Kadar IL-1β dideteksi dengan metode Luminex, sedangkan IL-1Ra dengan ELISA. Rerata kadar IL-1Ra pada kelompok III (243,601 ± 92,505 ng/mgP) lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelompok II (178,058 ± 87,545 ng/mgP). Uji beda proporsi kadar IL-1Ra kategori tinggi pada kelompok III (33,3%) secara signifikan lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelompok II (12,5%). Induksi OG pada tikus model endometriosis meningkatkan kadar IL-1Ra, namun tidak menekan kadar IL-1β. The Effect of Octyl Gallate Synthetic to Interleukin-1 Beta and Interleukin-1 Receptor Antagonist in Rat Endometriosis Model Endometriosis is a chronic immune-inflammatory disease characterized by the growth of endometrial tissue outside the uterine cavity. There is an increase of IL-1β levels while IL-1Ra levels are decreased or not detected in endometriosis. This imbalance induces the growth and development of endometriotic lesions. This study aims to analyze the effect of octyl gallate (OG) on the levels of IL-1β and IL-1Ra from homogenate supernatant of the mouse tissue endometriosis model. Experimental research was carried out at the Animal Research Facilities Indonesia Medical Education and Research Institute, Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Indonesia in June 2018-May 2019. A total of 30 female wistar rats were divided into three groups. Group I underwent sham surgery, while groups II and III had autotransplantation for endometriosis. Group II was induced by carboxymethyl cellulose sodium Na-CMC and group III was given a suspension of 20 mg OG in Na-CMC orally for one month. All experimental animals were euthanized, endometrial tissue from the group I and endometriosis from groups II and III were taken to be homogenized. IL-1β levels were detected by the Luminex method, while IL-1Ra levels were detected by ELISA. The mean levels of IL-1Ra in group III (243.601 ± 92.505 ng / mgP) were higher than in group II (178.058 ± 87.545 ng / mgP). A different test for the proportion of high category IL-1Ra levels in group III (33.3%) was significantly higher than group II (12.5%). OG induction in endometriosis model mice increased IL-1Ra levels, but did not suppress IL-1β levels. 
The effect of three-monthly albendazole treatment on malarial parasitemia and allergy: a household-based cluster-randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial

117784.pdf (publisher's version ) (Open Access)BACKGROUND: Helminth infections are proposed to have immunomodulatory activities affecting health outcomes either detrimentally or beneficially. We evaluated the effects of albendazole treatment, every three months for 21 months, on STH, malarial parasitemia and allergy. METHODS AND FINDINGS: A household-based cluster-randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial was conducted in an area in Indonesia endemic for STH. Using computer-aided block randomization, 481 households (2022 subjects) and 473 households (1982 subjects) were assigned to receive placebo and albendazole, respectively, every three months. The treatment code was concealed from trial investigators and participants. Malarial parasitemia and malaria-like symptoms were assessed in participants older than four years of age while skin prick test (SPT) to allergens as well as reported symptoms of allergy in children aged 5-15 years. The general impact of treatment on STH prevalence and body mass index (BMI) was evaluated. Primary outcomes were prevalence of malarial parasitemia and SPT to any allergen. Analysis was by intention to treat. At 9 and 21 months post-treatment 80.8% and 80.1% of the study subjects were retained, respectively. The intensive treatment regiment resulted in a reduction in the prevalence of STH by 48% in albendazole and 9% in placebo group. Albendazole treatment led to a transient increase in malarial parasitemia at 6 months post treatment (OR 4.16(1.35-12.80)) and no statistically significant increase in SPT reactivity (OR 1.18(0.74-1.86) at 9 months or 1.37 (0.93-2.01) 21 months). No effect of anthelminthic treatment was found on BMI, reported malaria-like- and allergy symptoms. No adverse effects were reported. CONCLUSIONS: The study indicates that intensive community treatment of 3 monthly albendazole administration for 21 months over two years leads to a reduction in STH. This degree of reduction appears safe without any increased risk of malaria or allergies. TRIAL REGISTRATION: Controlled-Trials.com ISRCTN83830814
