Studi Komparasi Standar Pengujian Statis Pada Kereta dengan Penggerak Sendiri Berkecepatan Normal
Railways are a unified system consisting of infrastructure, rolling stock and human resources as well as norms, criteria, requirements and procedures for the operation of railways. Every rolling stock operating in Indonesia must undergo first testing and periodic testing to ensure its operational feasibility. From data Directorate General of Railways in 2015-2021, it can be seen that the realization of the eligibility certificate for rolling stock has not been optimal, so that regulatory support is needed to maximize the performance of rolling stock testers. This study aims to compare the standards for static testing of temperature and air circulation on self-propelled coach applied in Indonesia and Europe. Based on a comparison of the static testing standards in Indonesia against the static testing standards in Europe, it is hoped that recommendations for improvement from the current static testing standards will be obtained. The method used in this research is qualitative method. Analysis of the data used using descriptive and comparative analysis. The results of the study comparison of the standard static testing of temperature and air circulation of self-propelled trains that apply in Indonesia and Europe, overall there are differences in the items tested, the value of acceptance and testing procedures. There are equal only in the item tested on air circulation static test. Temperature testing requires the addition of test items and improvements in the implementation of test procedures. Air circulation static testing needs improvement in the implementation of testing procedures
Seller reputation impact on sales performance in public e-marketplace Bukalapak
Seller reputation system (SRS) is an online facility in the public e-marketplace to assess how trustworthy a seller is. SRS becomes important for customers to increase transactional confidence and help customers avoiding untrustworthy sellers. Previous research indicates that different countries with different cultures will lead to different results on how seller reputation influence sales performance. This study aims to investigate the impact of seller reputation on the number of sales in the context of the Indonesian market. This research uses Bukalapak as the case study, which the majority of its customers are Indonesian. Further, this study employ multiple regression analysis on smartphone sales data. The result shows that in Indonesian online market context, the number of seller’s followers does not affect sales number. Furthermore, price and seller positive reviews have a significant impact on sales performance. This study provides insight for sellers in the Indonesian marketplace on how to improve sales performance based on seller reputation
INTEGRASI DESAIN DAN MANUFAKTUR BATIK CAP
Batik is one of the Indonesian traditional products which have received recognition by UNESCO. Batik traditional process is using wax resist dyeing. There are two methods to process batik which are stamped batik and painted batik. Thesedays many batik costumers want to have products with their own designs or in other words they prefer batik which represent their personality. This trend brings some consequencesone of them is that the time frame from design to manufacturing batik process should be shortened. It raises the need for integration of design and manufacturing process of batik.Development of this integration requires three main components, i.e. the design process, manufacturing process and computer integration. Theprocess begins with a motif design on the computer, then this process generated images and computer data to be converted into GCode. In the manufacturing process, the G-Code data is used by the machine to print motifs on the fabric. This research also developed a computer-based batik machine called the Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Batik and consists of a mechanical component that is controlled by a computer-based control system. Mechanical component consists of the transmission function to forward motion of the main driving source of stepper motors, linear slides that smooth linear motion machine and the machine frame. Control of mechanical equipped with software Mach3.At the time of operating the batik pattern file in the form of G-Code data read by Mach3 to be forwarded to cap movement toprint batik on fabric on the desk machine
Conceptual Model of Consumers’ Intention to Participate in Cellphone Take Back Program
Reverse logistics is part of green supply chain management (GrSCM). In the
reverse logistics system, consumers act as suppliers in the point collection. Take back
program is one type of collection phase in reverse logistics activities. This program is
aimed to take back products that no longer used by the consumers, in order to avoid
inappropriate disposal that can harm the environment. Consumers’ behavior in returning
the product to the take back program will affect the effectiveness of the reverse logistics
system. Most researches on consumers’ environmental behavior are focused on consumers’
behavior in purchasing products not returning used products. This paper gives new insight
in research of consumers’s environmental behavior, by considering the reverse logistics
drivers as factors influencing consumers’ intention behavior. Furthermore, this paper
proposes a conceptual model of consumers’ behavior intention to participate in the take
back program, by taking the case of cellphone take back program. This conceptual model is
expected to provide contribution both to companies that implement a take back program as
well as to researchers in consumers’ behavior field.

Retail technology adaptation in traditional retailers:A technology-to-performance chain perspective
Traditional retailers must immediately embrace and adapt technology to survive in the competitive retail industry as retail technology rapidly changes consumers’ buying habits and expectations. This study may be the first to apply the Technology-to-Performance Chain (TPC) to traditional retailers' technological adaptation in an emerging market. A developing country's traditional retailers were studied qualitatively. Most of traditional retail's ongoing technologies are the result of adaptation by combining existing technologies to local conditions or technology adoption improvements. Technology adaptation includes using PoS system software with a printer and barcode scanner to substitute modern retail cash registers, a combination of mobile apps and PoS system software to mimic mPoS, and adapted EDC for digital product transactions. This technology adaptation is meant to manage business processes and manage the business growth of traditional retail that has limited resources and unique additional services. Therefore, available technology should be adapted to ensure low complexity, compatibility, and reliance on technologies that are familiar to people in developing countries. Furthermore, the task-technology fit (TTF) component requires the support of traditional retailers’ awareness, effective partnerships with technology providers, and perceived technical competence to increase the utilization of adapted technology and achieve the expected performance which includes inventory data clarity, increased retail revenue, and time savings
Decision Support System for Natural Rubber Supply Chain Management Performance Measurement: A Sustainable Balanced Scorecard Approach
Abstract Performance evaluation and decision making application on natural rubber agro industry productivity improvement along its supply chain is a complex and uncertain processes which needs decision support system (DSS). The research objectives were threefold in nature, i.e. (1) analyze natural rubber supply chain decision-making models, (2) formulate performance measurement model by using sustainable balanced scorecard approach and (3) develop decision support system prototype using systems approach. The DSS model consisted of four sub-models, i.e. supply chain performance measurement using sustainable balanced scorecard approach and Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (F-AHP); latex quality improvement strategy selection using F-AHP; prospective product selection using Exponential Comparison Technique; and supply chain performance improvement strategy selection using Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) analysis. The developed DSS was implemented and tested by using real cases at Indonesia natural rubber industries. This research gave promising result in improving the natural rubber industry supply chain management performance. Keywords: DSS, Supply Chain, Natural Rubber, Sustainable Balanced Scorecard, Fuzzy AH
