    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. MNC Sekuritas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pendekatan kuantitatif serta pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan melakukan penyebaran kuisioner. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yaitu hasil olahan data penulis hasil kuisioner dengan pengukuran dengan menggunakan skala likert. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana, analisis korelasi dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 127 sampel. Hasil dalam penelitian dan analisis membuktikan bahwa motivasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Abstrack This study aims to determine the effect between motivation and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT. MNC Sekuritas. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach method and the sampling is done using purposive sampling method by distributing questionnaires. The data in this study uses primary data, namely the results of the data processed by the author of the questionnaire results with measurements using a Likert scale. This study uses simple linear regression analysis, correlation analysis and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS version 25 for Windows. The number of samples used in this study were 127 samples. The results in research and analysis prove that motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. &nbsp

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, keterlibatan karyawan, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kompetensi karyawan pada PT. Taspen (Persero) KCU Jakarta. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei yaitu dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online (survei google form) kepada seluruh karyawan PT. Taspen (Persero) Kantor Cabang Utama Jakarta sebanyak 242 karyawan sebagai populasi, dengan penarikan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling yaitu menggunakan convenience sampling sampel sebesar 152 responden, dengan skala likert 5 point. Dimana teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan Structural Equation Modeling dengan Software Smart PLS versi 3.0. Adapun hasil penelitian bahwa Kepemimpinan Transformasional (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kompetensi Karyawan (Y). Keterlibatan Karyawan (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kompetensi Karyawan (Y), Budaya Organisasi (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kompetensi Karyawan (Y), Kepemimpinan Transformasional (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keterlibatan Karyawan (X2), Kepemimpinan Transformasional (X1) berpengaruh positif terhadap Kompetensi Karyawan (Y) melalui Keterlibatan Karyawan (X2), Kepemimpinan Transformasional (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Budaya Organisasi (X3), Kepemimpinan Transformasional (X1) tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kompetensi Karyawan (Y) melalui Budaya organisasi (X3), Keterlibatan Karyawan (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signikan terhadap Budaya Organisasi (X3), dan Keterlibatan Karyawan (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kompetensi Karyawan (Y) melalui Budaya organisasi (X3). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership, employee engagement, and organizational culture on employee competency at PT. Taspen (Persero) KCU Jakarta. This research method uses quantitative research methods, with data collection techniques using survey methods, namely by distributing questionnaires online (google form survey) to all employees of PT. Taspen (Persero) Jakarta Main Branch Office as many as 242 employees as a population, with samples were taken using non-probability sampling, namely using a convenience sampling, a sample of 152 respondents, with a Likert scale of 5 points. Where the data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis techniques and Structural Equation Modeling with Smart PLS Software version 3.0. The results of the study show that Transformational Leadership (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Competence (Y).     The bank's financial performance is a description of the financial condition of a certain period regarding aspects of fund raising and distribution of funds. With the Covid-19 Pandemic situation, banking financial performance is expected to continue to increase growth and maintain economic stability. Financial performance in this study was measured by ROA (Return on Assets), CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio), NPF (Non Performing Financing), FDR (Financing to Deposit Ratio). The purpose of the study was to determine differences in the financial performance of DKI Bank Syariah Business Units before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a quantitative research. Data collection techniques in the form of library research and documentation, through the official website of the Bank DKI Sharia Business Unit, namely https://bankdki.co.id Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis, normality test and paired sample t-test and Wilcoxon signed test. rank test which was analyzed using SPSS Software version 25. The results of this study which were analyzed using the paired sample t-test showed that there was no difference in the financial performance of Bank DKI Sharia Business Unit before and during the COVID-19 pandemic condition as measured using ROA ( Return on Assets) obtained a significance value of > 0.05 which is 0.312, NPF (Non Performing Financing) obtained a significance value of > 0.05 which is 0.109, FDR (Financing to Deposit Ratio) obtained a significance value of > 0.05 which is 0.603, for the CAR ratio (Capital Adequacy Ratio) which was analyzed using the Wilcoxon signed rank test also showed that there was no difference in financial performance before and at saaa t the condition of the covid-19 pandemic because it obtained a significance value > 0.05, which is 0.57

    Abstract : The purpose of this research to determine the difference between the financial performance before and after the acquisition of a nonfinancial company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using which is proxied with the ratio of finance current ratio, total assets turn over, return on equity, debt to equity ratio, earnings per share. The research period used is 2011-2016. The population in this study are companies that do acquisitions listed on the BEI. The sample selection of this research using non-probability sampling techniques, with purposive sampling approach. The sample size is 17 samples. The data used are secondary data. Tests conducted are the descriptive statistical test, normality test, and test wilcoxon signed-rank test. The data analysis used to test the hypothesis is by using a paired sample analysis differentiation technique. Based on the result of research indicate that there were significant differences in total assets turnover, return on equity, and earnings per share, while the current ratio and debt to equity ratio did not have a significant difference between before and after the acquisition

    This study aims to determine the effect of Return on Equity (ROE) and Sales Growth on Company Stock Prices. The sample used in the study was a company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely Automotive and Component companies and published financial reports in 2015-2019 with 8 samples using purposive sampling. The independent variables of this study are Return on Equity and Sales Growth. The dependent variable is the stock price. The results partially show that Return on Equity (X1) has a significant negative effect on stock prices (Y). Meanwhile, Sales Growth (X2) has no significant positive effect on Stock Prices (Y). In this study, the adjusted R2 value obtained from the Random Effects model is 0.126571, this shows that the contribution of the independent variables, namely Return on Equity and Sales Growth, can affect the dependent variable, namely the Stock Price of 12.66% at the 5% level of significance. while the rest of 87.34% is influenced by other variables outside the research

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and job satisfaction on turnover intention of office employees at PT Cipta Nugraha Contrindo, carried out on all office employees, with a sample of 64 employees using a saturated sample. The method of data collection by distributing questionnaires to obtain primary data with data analysis used by simple regression analysis with regression equations, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing (t test) using the SPSS 26 program. Based on the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing that has been conducted shows that partially compensation (X1) has a low, negative and significant effect on turnover intention (Y). Likewise, job satisfaction (X2) partially shows that there is a low, negative and significant influence on the turnover intention (Y) of PT Cipta Nugraha Contrindo office employees

    The purpose of this study is to see how work environment and compensation affect employee loyalty at KJPP Agus, Firdaus & Rekan. The sample for this study was 45 employees from KJPP Agus, Firdaus & Rekan, and the saturated samples technique was used to choose the sample non-probability sampling. The validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, simple linear regression test, simple correlation test, coefficient of determination test, and t test were utilized to analyze the data in this study using the SPSS 25 program. According to the findings of the data analysis and hypothesis testing, the work environment variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the employee loyalty variable (Y) with a value of sig. 0.006 < 0.05 or tcount 2,916 > ttable 1.682. While compensation variable (X2) demonstrates a positive and significant influence on the employee loyalty variable (Y) with a sig. 0.009 > 0.05 or tcount 2,755 > ttable 1.68

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of inflation and return on equity (ROE) on stock returns of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub sector in Indonesia in 2014-2019. The sample used in this study is annual data from 2014 - 2019. Hypothesis testing uses panel data regression analysis. The population in this study are food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014 - 2019. The data used are secondary data with the documentation method. Before analyzing the data, a classic assumption test is held which consists of a normality test, a multicollinearity test, a heteroscedasticity test and an auto correlation test. The analytical method used is panel data regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, inflation does not have a significant negative effect on the stock returns of the manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub sector and return on equity (ROE) has a significant positive effect on the stock returns of the manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub sector

This Research aims to determine the influence of work disciplineon employee performance Part Of the SMT Process P there IS PT Denso Ten Manufacturing Indonesia. This type ofresearch is quantitative with an associative method with a level of α significance = 0.05 (5%) and 95% confidencelevel. The population in this research is an employee of the SMT Process. While the sample used as much as 38 people. The technique used by the authors in determining the samples in this study is non-probability sampling by thesaturation sampling method whereby the entire population was made samples. The data collection techniques in thisstudy are by interviews, observations, questionnaires, and literature studies. Instrument testing using validity testsand reliability tests, and for data analysis methods using frequency distribution analysis, simple linear regression,correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and t test. Data calculations are done manually and using SPSSversion 21. The simple linear Regression equation gained in this study was Y = 8.504 + 1, 248X . Test results obtainedby value R (coefficient of correlation) performance with working discipline of 0, 707 and R Square = 0, 500 and asignification value of 0.001 < 0.05 which means that 50 % of employee performance is influenced by work disciplinewhile the remaining 5 0 % are influenced by other factors that are not addressed in this study. It is evidenced by the value t Count 5.998 t value of the table was 2.028 so Ho was rejected and Ha accepted. This means that there is asignificant influence between the work discipline and the employee performance of the SMT Process at PT Denso TenManufacturing Indonesia.PT Denso Ten Manufacturing Indonesia merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang berdiri sejaktahun 2012, PT Denso Ten Manufacturing Indonesia memproduksi Infotainment(CD tuner) dan Car ElectronicDevices , seperti: audio mobil, video, navigasi dan sistem kontrol.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PTDenso Ten Manufacturing Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode assosiatif dengan tarafsignifikansi α = 0,05 (5%) dan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan bagian SMTproses. Sedangkan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 38 orang. Teknik yang digunakan penulis dalam menentukansampel pada penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling dengan metode sampling jenuh dimana seluruh populasidijadikan sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini ialah dengan wawancara, observasi, kuesioner(angket), dan studi kepustakaan. Pengujian instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, dan untuk metodeanalisis data menggunakan analisis distribusi frekuensi, regresi linear sederhana, koefisien korelasi, koefisiendeterminasi, dan uji t. penghitungan data dilakukan dengan manual dan menggunakan SPSS versi 21. Persamaanregresi linear sederhana yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah Y = 8,504 + 1,248X. Hasil pengujian didapat nilaiR (koefisien korelasi) kinerja dengan Disiplin Kerja sebesar 0,707 dan R Square = 0,500 dan nilai signifikasi sebesar0,001 < 0,05 yang berarti bahwa 50 % kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh Disiplin Kerja sedangkan sisanya 50 %dipengaruhi oleh faktor – faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Hal itu dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung5,998 > nilai t tabel sebesar 2,028 sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikanantara Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Denso Ten Manufacturing Indonesia
