The increasing spread of Barbershop has led to competition in similar businesses where business owners are certainly required to be able to implement effective marketing strategies, one of which is by utilizing platforms that are often used today such as Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and others. The method of designing the promotion of Barageh Cuts Barbershop located in Padang City uses the glass box method. Data collection in designing promotional videos uses observation and interview methods accompanied by documentation as data support. The data obtained during data collection was analyzed using the 5W+1H method. This promotional design aims to overcome these problems with the main media output is a promotional video with a cinematic video concept using a storyline so that the video does not only contain advertising offers or promotions, but also has moral and educational values. Supporting media used are member cards, posters, x-banners, aprons, t-shirts, totebags, mugs, and stickers. The feasibility test of promotional videos that have been carried out through several respondents received positive responses. The design of this promotional video is expected to help Barbershop Barageh Cuts in improving marketing strategies and ready to compete with similar businesses

Pengaruh Variasi Latihan Pola Permainan Terhadap Sistem Pertahanan Tim Sepak Bola Buana Putra FC

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi latihan pola permainan terhadap sistem pertahanan tim sepak bola Buana Putra FC. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif eksperimental. Dengan penelitian eksperimen semu. Dengan desain penelitian single-group pre-test-post-test design. Yang dilakukan di Desa Sebukar, Kabupaten Kerinci. Sampel penelitian ini 8 orang pemain, 4 pemain inti dan 4 pemain cadangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan latihan Variasi Latihan Pola Pertahanan berupa zona defense terhadap peningkatan kemampuan bertahan pemain belakang Tim Sepak Bola Buana Putra FC, dengan nilai t hitung 3,243 >t tabel 3,182, dan nilai signifikansi 0,024 < 0,05. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan latihan Variasi Latihan Pola Pertahanan berupa Man to Man Marking terhadap peningkatan kemampuan bertahan pemain belakang Tim Sepak Bola Buana Putra FC, dengan nilai t hitung 3,873 >t tabel 3,182, dan nilai signifikansi 0,035 < 0,05. Dan tidak ditemukannya perbedaan yang signifikan antara latihan variasi latihan pola pertahanan berupa zone defense dan  berupa Man to Man Marking terhadap peningkatan kemampuan bertahan pemain belakang Tim Sepak Bola Buana Putra FC, dengan nilai  t hitung 0,000 <t tabel 2,447, dan nilai signifikansi 1.000 > 0,05. Penelitian ini didapatkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan latihan variasi pertahanan berupa zona defense maupun Man To Man terhadap peningkatan kemampuan bertahan pemain belakang Tim sepak Bola Buana Putra FC. Tidak ditemukan perbedaan yang signifikan antara latihan Variasi Latihan Pola Pertahanan berupa zone defense dan  berupa Man to Man Marking terhadap  peningkatan kemampuan bertahan pemain belakang Tim Sepak Bola Buana Putra FC

PENGGUNAAN MEDIA CERITA BERGAMBAR TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATERI IPS KELAS III SEKOLAH DASAR

This research has a purpose to know whether there is influence to result of student learning in usage of pictorial story media compared with conventional learning at social study material. This research uses quantitative research method with experimental type and has noquivalent control design. The population of this study is the third grade students of and the samples used are saturated sampling. The data required from this research is the result of student learning from multiple choice questions in the form of post test and pre test. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistic using SPSS version 20 data processing program. The results showed a significant differences on student learning result from N-gain value in experimental class 0,682 (medium) while in control class 0,389 (low). This research has average value in experiment class that is pre test equal to 65,48 post test equal to 89,03, while in control class that is pre test equal to 65,16 post test equal to 78,71. This proves influence on student learning outcomes using pictorial story media that have been applied in the experimental class

Application of Learning Media Assisted with Wordwall Applications in Improving Mathematics Learning Results for Class VI Students UPT SPF SD Inpres Maccini 1/1 Makassar City

The aim of the classroom action research was to find out how to implement learning media assisted by the wordwall application in improving the mathematics learning outcomes of class VI students at UPT SPF SD Inpres Maccini I/1.   The type of research used in this research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). The subjects in this research were all 27 class VI students and the class VI homeroom teacher. The data collection techniques used are observation, tests and documentation.  Data analysis techniques by means of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions and verification.   The results of this research show that there is an increase in teacher activity in using learning media assisted by the wordwall application in cycle I reaching the adequate category (C) and in cycle II reaching the good category (B).  The social studies learning outcomes of students in the first cycle were 42.42% or 11 students obtained an average score of 62.12 with sufficient qualifications (C) and experienced an increase in the second cycle of 81.81% or 27 students with an average score of 77.87. with good qualifications (B).   It can be concluded that the problem based learning model assisted by the Wordwall application can improve student learning outcomes in Mathematics subjects

Pengaruh Mekanisme Good Corporate Governance, dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Integritas Laporan Keuangan (Studi Kasus pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2012)

This study was conducted to examine the effect of institutional ownership, managerial ownership, audit committees, auditors the quality and size of the company for the integrity of the financial statements. The population in this study is a manufacturing company in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The period of observation was in 2012. According to data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange there are 164 manufacturing company during the period of observation. The technique used in the determination of the sample is purposive sampling method, where the sample set by using certain criteria. Based on these criteria there are 124 (one hundred and twenty-four) companies. Analysis of data using multiple regression methods. The results stated that institutional ownership has no significant effect on the integrity of the financial statements. Managerial ownership has no significant effect on the integrity of the financial statements. Reputation KAP has a significant effect on the integrity of the financial statements. PENERAPAN METODE PEMBELAJARAN TRADING PLACE UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN BERBICARA SISWA PADA PEMBELAJARAN PPKN KELAS V DI SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI 008 DESA KUALU

ABSTRAK WAHYUDI SAPUTRA (2023) : Penerapan Metode Pembelajaran Trading Place untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Berbicara Siswa pada Pelajaran PPKn Kelas V di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 008 Desa Kualu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan berbicara siswa pada pembelajaran PPKn melalui penerapan model pembelajaran trading place di kelas V SD Negeri 008 Desa Kualu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang subjek penelitiannya adalah 1 guru dan 26 siswa serta objek penelitiannya adalah penerapan metode pembelajaran trading place dan keterampilan berbicara siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus dan setiap siklus terdiri dari dua kali pertemuan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan persentase. Hasil penelitian dan analisis data menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran trading place dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa. Hal ini dapat diketahui dari grafik peningkatannya sejak pra tindakan hingga tindakan perbaikan pada siklus I dan II. Data pra siklus menunjukkan persentase keterampilan berbicara siswa hanya 45% dengan kategori cukup. Setelah dilakukan tindakan perbaikan pembelajaran pada siklus I pertemuan pertama, keterampilan berbicara siswa meningkat menjadi 67%, namun masih berada pada kategori tinggi, dan pertemuan kedua meningkat menjadi 75% dengan kategori tinggi. Kemudian pada siklus II pertemuan pertama, keterampilan berbicara siswa meningkat menjadi 81,8%% berada pada kategori sangat tinggi, dan pada siklus II pertemuan kedua persentase keterampilan berbicara siswa meningkat menjadi 89,2% dan berada pada kategori sangat tinggi. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model trading place dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa pada pelajaran PPKn di kelas V SD Negeri 008 Desa Kualu. PENGARUH MEDIA GAMBAR BERBASIS NILAI-NILAI ISLAMI TERHADAP KECERDASAN KOGNITIF ANAK (STUDI KASUS: KELAS II SDN 008 KUALU)

Based on the results of field observations on the face of cognitive intelligence in children who have not yet developed, it is better to use image media based on Islamic values. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of Islamic values-based image media on the cognitive intelligence of grade II students of SDN 008 Kualu. The subject of the current research is the influence of image media on children\u27s cognitive intelligence based on Islamic values. The population in this study is as many as 20 children, while the sample for the current study is class II children who are divided into two groups.mNamely, Group 1 with 10 children as the control class and Group 2 with 10 children in the experimental class. Sampling techniques are carried out using sampling techniques.That is, sampling techniques are taken into consideration with certain considerations.iData acquisition techniques used in research are i.e. observation, and documentation. In the data analysis method, the researcher uses the SPSSiWindowsiver program.17. The hypothesis in the study is that there is a significant influence between the media and the image on children\u27s cognitive intelligence based on Islamic values. This can be seen from the results of data analysis that compares the pre-test and post-test of the experimental class. As a result, tcal = 46.819 and Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000. Because Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000 < 0.05, the conclusion is that there is a significant influence after the use of Islamic values-based image media in learning.kArtinyanHonrejectidaniHai accepted, where this researcher has an influence of Islamic values-based image media before and after on the cognitive intelligence of children in the experimental class. Pengaruh Latihan Dribbling Zig Zag dan Metode Bermain Terhadap Kelincahan Dribbling

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan dribbling zig zag dan metode bermain terhadap kelincahan dribbling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen, dalam penelitian ini terdapat satu kelompok eksperimen yang sengaja diberikan perlakuan. Adapun rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh untuk tes awal tes awal yang di diperoleh bahwa hasil tes awal kemampuan dribbling pemain sepakbola persema U-17 Kabupaten Tebo yang memiliki kategori baik sebanyak 7 orang dengan persentase 47%, kategori baik sebanyak 8 orang dengan persentase 53%. hasil tes akhir yang di diperoleh bahwa hasil tes awal kemampuan dribbling yang memiliki kategori sangat baik sebanyak 11 orang dengan persentase 20%, kategori baik sebanyak 11 orang dengan persentase 73%, kategori sedang sebanyak 1 orang dengan persentase 7%. Dengan db = N – 1= 15 – 1 = 14 dan taraf signifikansi 5%, angka batas penolakan hipotesis nol dalam ttabel adalah 1,7613, sedangkan nilai t yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 11.308, ternyata thitung> ttabel dari angka batas penolakan hipotesis nol. Dengan demikian hipotesis nol diterima, hal ini berarti, terdapat pengaruh latihan dribbling zig zag dan metode bermain terhadap kelincahan dribbling.
