The aim of this distribution is to minimize the cost of product delivery. Based on that fact, so it necessary to apply the transportation method. It is done to determine the suitable product allocation and to minimize the delivery cost. There are same steps to apply the transportation method. The first, we predict the supply for July – September 2006 by using trend linier and trend exponential method. Then we chose the value of least MAPE. Next, the result of forecasting is processed by NWCR (North West Corner Rule) method. The last, testing by MODI method so it can be gotten the optimum allocation
From the result of processing data can result the optimum solution by cast total Rp 924.603.000, 00. It can be compared before applying the transportation method. It is Rp 926.590.000, 00. Karakteristik Sistem Kendali On-Off Suhu Cairan Berbasis Mikrokontroler AT90S8535
Penggunaan mikrokontroler sebagai bagian dari suatu sistem pengendalian dan pengukuran merupakan suatu alternatif yang menarik untuk dikembangkan. Dengan semakin tersedianya mikrokontroler yang memiliki berbagai fasilitas seperti saluran ADC dan sarana komunikasi yang menyatu dalam satu chip tunggal dengan prosesor utamanya, maka peluang merancang sendiri peralatan pengendalian dan pengukuran untuk berbagai eksperimen menjadi sangat terbuka. Tujuan penelitian adalah merancang dan menguji alat pengendali suhu cairan dengan menggunakan mikrokontroler AT90S8535.
Pada penelitian ini dirancang suatu alat pengendali suhu cairan yang bisa dipertahankan nilainya sesuai dengan nilai yang diinginkan. Perancangan sistem kendali suhu cairan yang dibuat meliputi dua bagian utama yaitu bagian perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak. Perangkat keras meliputi mikrokontroler AT90S8535 sebagai pusat kendali, relai solid state (SSR) dan relai mekanik sebagai komponen penyaklaran, 2 tombol tekan sebagai pengatur set-point suhu, serta pemanas dan pendingin yang berisi cairan sebagai plant yang dikendalikan. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara pertama, mengambil data hasil perbandingan suhu yang terukur oleh alat kendali dengan termometer analog dimana alat kendali diperlakukan sebagai termometer digital. Hal ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan karakteristik pembacaan/pengukuran suhu dari alat kendali. Kedua, pengambilan data dilakukan dengan membandingkan masukan set-point suhu dengan kendali on-off terhadap perubahan waktu. Hal ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui karakteristik pengendalian dari alat kendali.
Hasil yang didapatkan adalah alat ini bisa mengendalikan dan mengukur suhu berkisar 27°C – 99°C dengan delta pengendalian terkecil sebesar 1°C. Dengan adanya tampilan digital pada LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) dan pengukuran suhu dalam satuan derajat Celcius dan Fahrenheit, maka alat ini dapat pula dimanfaatkan sebagai termometer digital
Analisis Human Reliability Untuk Mengurangi Risiko Kecelakaan Kerja Menggunakan Metode SPAR-H Dan HEART.
Occupational Health and Safety is an important factor that needs to be considered by the company. Its application is influenced by human reliability in it. This study discusses the analysis of work accidents due to human error at PT. X which is engaged in manufacturing transportation equipment. Work accidents that occur include: gram scratched, burnt, and pinched by the press machine. This is due to the neglect of procedures and the use of PPE by operators. The methods used are Standardized Plant Analysis Risk Human Realibility Assessment (SPAR-H) and Human Error Assessment and Reduction Technique (HEART). The results showed that the largest HEP value in the SPAR-H method was 0.5558 on the steel work unit, 0.1668 on the minor assembly unit, 0.1668 on the sub assembly unit, 0.1668 on the carbody assembly unit, and 0.5558 on the tempering unit. While in the HEART method, the largest HEP value is 0.6164 for the steel work unit, 0.2153 for the minor assembly unit, 0.2153 for the sub assembly unit, 0.2153 for the carbody assembly unit, and 0.4285 for the tempering unit. Based on this assessment, several suggestions for improvement are given in the form of: training on the correct use of machines and tools, as well as emphasizing the use of PPE
Visualization of Simultaneous Localization and Mapping using SVG
Robotic system often use simultaneous localization and mapping method in their operations. Most of the calculation stored as a nested array with multiple level and dimension. SLAM data contains robot movement, object detection and relation between them. This system visualize SLAM data into a map containing robot historical position,object position and relation between object and robot that show detections line from each robot position. The visualized so human eye can understand it. This paper describes the process of movement and detection data composition and conversion to prepare the information required to build a map. The map composed by plotting every movements and detections into polar coordinate area. The map stored into a database for flexible future usage. Commonly used web based interface chosen to display the map via web browser. The map generated by server side scripts that transform polar data into full map
MODEL OF IMPROVING HUMAN RESOURCE PERFORMANCE THROUGH SELF EFFICACY SOCIAL COMEPTENCE IN THE CONTEXT OF ISLAMIC WORK ETHICS
This study aims to examine the effect of self efficacy and social competence on HR performance and in moderation of Islamic work ethic. The research problem is how to improve the performance of human resources through self efficacy and social competence with moderation of Islamic work ethic. The sampel of this research was the employees of the Department of Regional Finance of Semarang Regency consisting of 102 respondents. Regression analysis was done with Statistical Package Social Science (SPSS) software, and it was used also to analyze the data. The result of the analysis showed that self efficacy and social competence have a significant effect on HR performance with moderation of Islamic work ethic. These empirical findings indicate that self-efficacy has a significant effect on HR performance; Social competence has a significant effect on HR performance; social competence has significant effect on self efficacy; Islamic work ethic moderates the effect of competence on self efficacy; Islamic work ethic moderates the effect of self efficacy on HR performance; and Islamic work ethic moderates the effect of social competence on HR performance.Keywords: Self Efficacy, Social Competence, Islamic Work Ethics and HR Performanc
The co-design of a chat telepsychotherapy manual for Indonesians with minor depression : a thesis presented in fulfilment of the requirements for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology at Massey University, Auckland, New Zealand
The primary aim of this study was to address a gap found in the discipline of Psychology and mental health treatment in the Indonesian setting. Advances in technology and the changing lifestyle of Indonesians made distance mental health treatment a common practice. This study focuses on one of the few options for distance mental health treatment, Chat Telepsychotherapy, which has gained popularity among Indonesians, especially the Millennials and Gen Z in Indonesia. The main issue with the phenomenon was the unavailability of comprehensive, evidence-based guidelines on how to best execute such a therapy. Thus, this study aimed to create a manual that could help the community of Indonesian Clinical Psychologists to deliver Chat Telepsychotherapy to Indonesians. The study limits the scope to Indonesian Millennials and Gen Z who suffer from Minor Depression. This is because these generations are the primary users of such a service, and depression itself is found to be one of the most common mental health issues in Indonesia.
To achieve the goal of this study, I used a qualitative method that used Collaborative Design with the help of online-focused group discussion. I collaborated with Indonesian clinical psychologists, Indonesian millennials, and Gen Z with minor depression to design the manual. Thematic analysis was used to analyse the participants' answers.
The result of the study is a comprehensive manual that consists of nine chapters: 1) Introduction; 2) The Concept of Chat Telepsychotherapy; 3) Starting CT Practice; 4) General Guidelines for Conducting CT; 5) Specific Guidelines for Conducting CT; 6) Characteristics of Indonesian Millennials and Gen Z; 7) Minor Depressive Disorder; 8) Self-Harm; 9) CT Stages for Indonesian Millennial and Gen Z with Minor Depression. The main suggestion for future studies is to test the manual to assess its usability and effectiveness
Pengaruh Durasi Pembukaan Katup Terhadap Unjuk Kerja Motor Bensin 4 Langkah 160 cc
Semakin seringnya penggunaan kendaraan dalam sehari-hari akan membuat unjuk kerja mesin dari kendaraan mengalami penurunan. Penurunan unjuk kerja mesin berdampak pada proses pembakaran di dalam ruang bakar tidak terjadi dengan sempurna sehingga performa mesin tidak dapat mengeluarkan unjuk kerja yang terbaik. Parameter yang mempengaruhi unjuk kerja mesin adalah besarnya pasokan udara pembakaran ke dalam ruang bakar. Dimana pasokan ini diatur oleh mekanisme camshaft. Salah satu upaya meningkatkan unjuk kerja mesin adalah memperbaiki mekanisme katup dengan merubah durasi camshaft. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh unjuk kerja dari motor bensin 4 langkah 160 cc dengan menggunakan camshaft 160 cc, camshaft 200 cc dan camshaft racing. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah metode eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian unjuk kerja mesin camshaft racing menghasilkan kinerja lebih baik dibandingkan camshaft 160 cc dan camshaft 200 cc. Hal ini dibuktikan nilai torsi camshaft racing sebesar 12,23 Nm pada putaran 6000 rpm sedangkan camshaft 160 cc sebesar 11,46 Nm. Daya tertinggi camshaft racing sebesar 10,4 hp pada putaran 6000 rpm dan camshaft 160 cc sebesar 9,7 hp. Nilai BMEP camshaft racing paling tinggi yaitu sebesar 1,33 kPa pada putaran 6000 rpm dan camshaft 160 cc sebesar 1,23 kPa. Konsumsi bahan bakar terendah dihasilkan camshaft 160 cc sebesar 0,214 kg/jam pada putaran 6000 rpm sedangkan konsumsi bahan bakar paling tinggi dihasilkan camshaft 200 cc sebesar 0,295 kg/jam. The Effects of Herbs as Feed Additives Through Feed and Drinking Water on Broiler Blood Parameters
Using herbs as feed additives in poultry can improve the health that affects the quality of broiler chicken.
This study aimed to determine the effects of giving herbs as feed additives through feed and drinking water on
the biochemical parameters of broiler blood. In this study, 175 chickens were used and divided into seven levels of
treatments; T0 (feed without herbs), T1 (feed + 1% herbs), T2 (Feed + 2% herbs), T3 (Feed + 3% herbs), T4 (drinking
water +1% herbal), T5 (drinking water + 2% herbal), T6 (drinking water + 3% herbal). The data were analyzed using
a one-way analysis of variance. As a result, the treatments did not affect (p>0.05) the total plasma protein (TPP),
globulin, cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein (HDL), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), and all parameters of the
blood profile. However, the herbs’ addition significantly (p<0.05) affected albumin, triglycerides (TG), low-density
lipoprotein (LDL), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), and malondialdehyde (MDA). Adding herbs through drinking
water gave lower TG and LDL levels than through feed or the control. The control had the lowest level of ALT, which
increased along with adding 2% herbs through drinking water. Adding 3% herbs through the feed reached the highest
ALT level. Adding herbs through feed and drinking water up to 3% could maintain normal blood parameters (total
plasma protein, globulin, cholesterol, HDL, AST, erythrocyte count, leukocyte count, PCV value, and hemoglobin
level). On the other hand, the 2% herb addition could maintain the normal levels of albumin and ALT
IMPLEMENTASI APLIKASI BEBUNGE SEBAGAI UPAYA PENINGKATAN PELAYANAN DI KABUPATEN BEKASI
The Bebunge application is a facility provided by the Bekasi Regency government to make it easier for the public to obtain information, convey aspirations and complaints, and obtain public services in Bekasi Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the implications of the bebunge application in developing innovation in Bekasi Regency. The research method used is qualitative research with the results of data processing with data collection techniques through direct interviews, documentation and observation. In this study, the theory of the application of e-government is used, namely the theory includes indicators such as Content Development, Competency Building, Connectivity, Cyber Laws, Citizen Interfaces and Capital. The results of the research show that the application of the Bebunge Application in Bekasi Regency in terms of socialization to the community is still lacking, because socialization is only through digital media such as Twitter, Instagram, or Youtube. So that the user community still does not understand much about the application of the Bebunge application in Bekasi Regency. The conclusion in this study is that in the implementation of the Bebunge application in developing innovations in the field of information technology in Bekasi Regency, it is not optimal, it is seen from the side of socialization to the community directly
