    Pengaruh Permodalan, Kualitas Aktiva, Likuiditas, dan Efisiensi Operasional terhadap Profitabilitas pada PT Bank Syariah Mandiri dan PT Bank Bri Syariah

    This study aimed to determine the effect of capital , asset quality , liquidity and operational efficiency on profitability in Islamic banks period of 2009 - 2013. The object of this study is the Bank Syariah Mandiri and Bank BRI Syariah. The variables used in this study is CAR , NPF , FDR , ROA and ROA. Data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression. The empirical results showed that partially the CAR and NPF had no significant effect on ROA. FDR had positive and significant impact on ROA. BOPO had significant negative effect on ROA. Simultaneously, CAR, NPF, FDR and BOPO had positive and significant impact on ROA with the coefficient of determination R Square ( R2) of 92,3 % on Bank Syariah Mandiri and Bank BRI Syariah. The results of this study have implications for Islamic banks as a suggestion to improve the financial performance

    The objectives of this research are to determine the effect of the current ratio (current ratio-CR), accounts receivable turnover (turnover Receivable-RTO), inventory turnover (Inventory turnover-ITO) and working capital turnover (Working capital turnover - WCTO) to profitability (Return on assets - ROA) PT. Pusri Palembang. The population of this research is the data monthly financial report period 2009-2012. Sampling method used was purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed that partial variable current ratio and the receivables turnover has no effect on profitability (ROA) while inventory turnover and working capital turnover has a positive effect on profitability (ROA). While the results of the study showed that the variables simultaneously CR, RTO, ITO and WCTO significant positive effect on profitability (ROA) with the R-square coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.763. This means that 76.3% of the dependent variable, namely ROA is affected by the independent variable CR, RTO, ITO and WCTO, while the remaining 23.7% is influenced by other factor

    This study aimed to analyze the influence of current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and BOPO of capital adequacy ratio with return on assets as intervening variable in Islamic Banks Company’s in Indonesia on quarterly 2010-2013 period. The population were all Islamic Bank in Indonesia listed on the Indonesia Bank as many as 11 Islamic Banks. The sample is as many as seven Islamic Banks that the result in which using purposive sampling metods. Analysis technique is used path analysis. The results of the study shown that partially Current Ratio is positive and insignificant effect on ROA, DER is positive and significant effect on ROA, BOPO is negative and insignificant effect on ROA, CR, DER, and ROA is positive and significant effect on CAR, BOPO is negative and insignificant on CAR, ROA have mediating effect on relationship between CR on CAR, ROA have mediating effect on relationship between DER on CAR, ROA did not have mediating effect on relationship between BOPO on CAR.     The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress and transformational leadership both partially and simultaneously on the performance of Polri Members in the South Sumatra Regional Police. The subjects in this study were members of the National Police at the South Sumatra Regional Police. The sample in this study were 96 people. Data collection techniques were carried out using a questionnaire. The statistical analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test, F test and t test. Based on the results of the study indicate that together and partial work stress and transformational leadership have a significant influence. This is based on the results of the F test (Simultaneous Test) with the significance value obtained is 0,000 <0.05. Based on the results of the t test showed work stress (X1) partially significant effect on the Performance of Police Members in the South Sumatra Regional Police (Y) with a significance value of 0.044 <0.05. Furthermore, the transformational leadership variable (X2) partially also had a significant effect on the performance of Polri Members in the South Sumatra Regional Police (Y) with a significance value of 0,000 <0.05

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh dari pasar modal syariah dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan melihat pertumbuhan dari Jakarta Islamic Index, Sukuk, dan Reksadana Syariah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi yang dihitung dari PDB di Indonesia dari Januari 2011 hingga Desember 2017. Hasil pembahasan secara deskriptif maka kesimpulan yang didapat bahwa dengan adanya pasar modal syariah di Indonesia, hal ini memberikan dampak positif untuk perkembangan pasar modal di Indonesia karena pasar modal syariah dapat menarik investor yang menginginkan investasi yang dijamin ke halalannya

    The influence of work motivation on employee performance: Case study at PT Pertamina International Refinery RU III Plaju

    This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance at PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional RU III Plaju, the largest oil processing company in Indonesia that faces competitive challenges in the global energy industry. Work motivation is identified as one of the main factors that influence the success of employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities, and directly impacts the achievement of company goals. This research method uses primary data obtained through questionnaires filled out by 148 company employees, then processed with a Likert scale and statistical analysis. The results showed that work motivation has a significant influence on employee performance, with a correlation coefficient of 0.773. With good motivation, employees tend to be more productive, focused, and committed to work, thus supporting the achievement of organizational goals
