PENINGKATAN KETERAMPILAN MENULIS PARAGRAF NARATIF MELALUI METODE LATIHAN TERBIMBING DENGAN MEDIA LAGU PADA SISWA KELAS XI-3 SMA NEGERI 1 LASEM KECAMATAN LASEM KABUPATEN REMBANG
Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan
kemampuan menulis paragraf naratif melalui metode latihan terbimbing dengan
media lagu pada siswa kelas XI-3 SMA Negeri 1 Lasem dan mendeskripsikan
perubahan tingkah laku siswa setelah mengikuti pembelajaran menulis paragraf
naratif menggunakan metode latihan terbimbing dengan media lagu pada siswa
kelas XI-3 SMA Negeri 1 Lasem. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang
berbasis kelas. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menggunakan jenis Penelitian
Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang meliputi dua siklus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang
digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode tes menulis
paragraf narasi dan metode non tes yang meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan
dokumentasi.
Berdasarkan analisis data penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa melalui metode
latihan terbimbing dengan media lagu, kemampuan menulis paragraf naratif
siswa kelas XI-3 SMA Negeri 1 Lasem meningkat sebesar 21,09% setelah
mengikuti pembelajaran menulis paragraf naratif melalui metode latihan
terbimbing dengan media lagu. Hasil rata-rata tes menulis paragraf naratif
pratindakan sebesar 68 dan pada siklus I diperoleh hasil rata-rata sebesar 69,7,
kemudian pada siklus II diperoleh hasil rata-rata sebesar 82,1 atau meningkat.
Perilaku siswa kelas XI-3 SMA Negeri 1 Lasem setelah mengikuti pembelajaran
menulis paragraf naratif melalui metode latihan terbimbing dengan media lagu
pun mengalami perubahan ke arah positif. Perubahan tersebut ditunjukkan dengan
perilaku siswa yang lebih serius dan bersemangat dalam mengikuti proses
pembelajaran menulis paragraf naratif
Enhancing Creativity and Collaboration in Story Writing for Elementary School Students through Project-Based Learning based on Illustrated Stories
Abstract: Enhancing Creativity and Collaboration in Story Writing for Elementary School Students through Project-Based Learning based on Illustrated Stories. Objective: This study aims to analyze the impact of project-based learning (PjBL) model on students' creativity and collaboration in writing short stories. Methods: Involving 58 fifth grade elementary school students, this study used a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were designed to evaluate the impact of Project-Based Learning (PjBL) on creativity and collaboration. Story writing tests focused on students' ability to produce creative works, while observations were conducted to examine students' activities during the learning process. Interviews were aimed at exploring students' and teachers' perspectives on the implementation of PjBL. The use of these various techniques provided a comprehensive picture of the influence of PjBL on students' learning process. Findings: The results showed that the implementation of PjBL increased students' involvement in the learning process, fostered creativity through the exploration of ideas, and encouraged collaboration in groups. Students became more active in organizing storylines, creating unique characters, and exploring local cultural values. PjBL also provides opportunities for students to think critically, reflectively and take responsibility for their learning outcomes. Conclusion: It was found that the implementation of PjBL proved to be an effective learning model to improve students' creative and collaborative writing skills while creating meaningful learning experiences. Effective Learning of Pancasila Education through Technology-Based Interactive Media for Elementary School Students
Abstract: Effective Learning of Pancasila Education through Technology-Based Interactive Media for Elementary School Students . Objective: This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of technology-based interactive learning media in improving students' motivation, engagement, and learning outcomes in Pancasila Education subjects in elementary schools. Methods: This study used a mixed-methods approach, combining descriptive qualitative analysis with a pretest-posttest experimental design. The research was conducted at SDN Semarangan 4 and SDN Krapyak in Godean Sub-district, Yogyakarta, involving 54 grade 5 students selected by purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, observations, interviews, and pretest-posttest assessments. Findings: The results showed a significant increase in student learning outcomes (20.36%), activeness (18.24%), and motivation (14.64%) in the use of technology-based interactive media in learning Pancasila education. This finding is in line with constructivist theory which states that technology-based interactive media can improve students' understanding of abstract concepts through multisensory learning experiences, such as animations interactive games, and active learning. Conclusion: The application of innovative learning media in learning Pancasila education can help students in improving students' activeness, motivation, and learning outcomes. In addition, the use of interactive media helps teachers in meeting students' learning needs. This study emphasizes the need for targeted training and better access to technology to ensure the successful implementation and sustainability of interactive learning media. Tujuan dilakukannya literature review ini untuk mengkaji pengaruh penerapan program Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS) sebagai penguatan karakter pada peserta didik. Literature review ini penelitian memfokuskan pada analisis peran Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS) sebagai penguatan karakter. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review yang dilakukan terhadap penelitian terdahulu untuk mendapatkan data, gambaran, dan informasi sejauh mana program Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS) dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi dasar yang dimiliki ole peserta didik. Berdasarkan penelitian relevan yang telah dilakukan terkait pengaruh Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS) dalam menumbuhkan, mengembangkan dan menguatkan karakter yang dimiliki oleh peserta didik menunjukkan hasil bahwa kegiatan tersebut dapat memberikan dampak yang cukup signifikan. Optimization of Science Learning Outcomes for Series and Parallel Electrical Circuits Through Project-Based Learning Methods for Grade VI Elementary School
This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in the subject of series and parallel electrical circuits in Class VI of Inpres Seringgu Elementary School in the 2023/2024 academic year by implementing a project-based learning methodology. This method was chosen because it can activate direct student involvement in the learning process, provide practical experience, and encourage the development of critical and collaborative thinking skills. In this study, students were invited to design and build simple projects related to electrical circuits, such as lamps that can be turned on through series and parallel electrical circuits. This research was carried out as a class action consisting of two cycles. Each cycle includes planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and assessment of learning outcomes. The results of data analysis showed a significant increase in student learning outcomes. The average score before the application of the project-based method was 65, which increased to 80 in the first cycle and 90 in the second cycle. In addition, student involvement during learning also increased, as seen from the enthusiasm and active participation in discussions and practical activities. Therefore, the application of the project-based learning methodology has shown its effectiveness in improving student learning outcomes in the concept of electrical circuits. This study advocates the application of analogous strategies in other subjects to enhance conceptual understanding and enhance students' practical abilities. Improving Mathematics Learning Outcomes On Integer Materials Through Think Pair And Share Learning Models
This study aims to: (1) determine the extent to which the Think Pair and Share learning model can improve Mathematics learning outcomes about integers in grade IV students of Nasem Merauke Elementary School, (2) improve mastery of Mathematics learning materials for grade IV students of Nasem Merauke Elementary School, so that student learning outcomes can improve, and (3) reflect on oneself for the sake of improving teacher abilities. This study employed a quantitative approach. This study indicated that fourth-grade students at Inpres Nasem Merauke Elementary School show improved understanding of integers subsequent to the application of the Think Pair and Share instructional style. The proportion of students achieving the learning completion in each cycle, from 17 students (68.00%) in cycle I to 22 students (88.00%) in cycle II, signifying a beneficial impact. The proportion of students who failed to fulfill the prerequisites fell from 8 (32.0%) in cycle I to 3 (12.00%) in cycle II. Enhancing Learning Outcomes in Science Subjects through Demonstration Method for Fifth Grade at Inpres Seringgu Elementary School
The teaching of science for fifth-grade students at Inpres Seringgu Elementary School, Merauke Regency is mostly teacher-centered, resulting in students’ inadequate comprehension and retention of the subject matter. This study aims to enhance science learning outcomes regarding Earth and the universe through a demonstrative methodology. This research was executed in two iterative cycles concentrating on the primary element of the hydrological cycle. Comprehension of the water cycle idea markedly enhanced student learning outcomes, evidenced by a rise in group success from 43.33% in cycle I to 83.66% in cycle II. Comprehending the water cycle model can enhance student involvement in scientific teaching for fifth-grade pupils at Inpres Seringgu Elementary School, Merauke Regency during the 2023/2024 academic year. The utilization of the water cycle model in knowledge acquisition is more efficacious for comprehending the concept of water in scientific education. This may boost students' creativity in developing and presenting water cycle models, hence increasing participation during teacher explanations and encouraging active learning. Abstract: Development of Kids Incubator Financial Literacy Program Towards Future-Ready Leaders : A Conceptual Program. Objective : This study aims to enhance financial literacy skills in students through the development of a Financial Literacy Incubator program. Financial literacy is crucial for students to make informed decisions about managing money, saving, investing, and understanding the basic principles of economics. However, current education systems often lack effective tools to teach these skills. The study addresses this gap by developing a Financial Literacy Incubator program that integrates interactive learning tools and technology to engage students in understanding financial concepts such as budgeting, saving, investing, and financial planning. Methods: The development of the program follows the PLOMP model, which includes phases of preliminary research, prototyping, and evaluation to ensure the program's validity and practicality. The program was tested with a group of students from SD Muhammadiyah Al Mujahidin, with feedback gathered from teachers and students through surveys and interviews. Findings: The results indicate that the Financial Literacy Incubator program is both valid and practical for use in elementary education, significantly enhancing students' understanding of basic financial principles and improving their financial decision-making skills. Conclusion : The study concludes that integrating interactive and technology-based tools into financial literacy education can effectively support the development of essential financial skills.
