Single Mother dalam Membangun Ekonomi Keluarga

ABSTRACT The purpose of writing to know the causes of single mother, the impact and efforts of single mothers to overcome these impacts, using qualitative research methods with phenomenological approaches that highlight the life of single mothers. Results showed that the causes of single mothers were economic stress, domestic violence, death of a spouse and infidelity. The impact, although single mother condition is not expected but this condition also has a positive impact on cases that harm women (domestic violence and infidelity). The negative impact experienced besides psychic then financial condition becomes the impact that most affects single mother. The efforts of single mothers to overcome the negative impact sparked by reorganize their family life after becoming a single mother, motivating themselves to stay strong and spirited by thinking positively and optimistically, in addition to organizing the family economy in the field of trade and beauty services, where the main priority of single mother is educating, raising her children and meeting the economic needs of the family, in addition to the support of large single mother families is very influential

PERAN KEARIFAN LOKAL KUMA DALAM MENDUKUNG EKONOMI KELUARGA PEREMPUAN DAYAK BANYADU

Rendahnya penghasilan ekonomi keluarga menyebabkan perempuan di Dusun Simpang Tiga melakukan kegiatan Kuma dengan upah berupa beras dan uang, keterbatasan lahan yang dimilki serta rendahnya penghasilan suami merupakan faktor utama. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ingin menemukan dan merumuskan bagaimana meningkatkan peran kearifan lokal kuma dalam mendukung ekonomi keluarga bagi perempuan dayak Banyadu, kemudian faktor faktor apa saja yang mendukung dan menghambat peran kearifan lokal kuma dalam mendukung ekonomi keluarga bagi perempuan dayak Banyadu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif fenomenologi dengan metode pengumpulan data, melalui observasi dan wawancara mendalam, pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposeful sampling sebanyak enam orang. dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bagaimana meningkatkan peran kearifan lokal kuma dalam mendukung ekonomi keluarga bagi perempuan dayak Banyadu yaitu melalui pelatihan berbasis pemberdayaan dimana kegiatan tersebut terdiri dari 7 tahap tahap diantaranya tahap menyadarkan masyarakat yang terdiri dari Koordinasi, analisis situasi dan menggali potensi diri dan potensi desa. Tahap peningkatan kemampuan masyarakat melalui persiapan pelatihan, pelatihan dasar. Tahap penerapan yang terdiri dari, menentukan jenis usaha berdasarkan potensi, memulai usaha serta tahap mendapatkan pelatihan berkesinambungan yang tujuannya untuk memberikan pelatihan berkelanjutan sesuai dengan permasalahan yang mereka alami dilapangan. Dalam melakukan kegiatan pelatihan tersebut diperlukan narasumber yang memiliki keahlian dibidangnya agar materi yang diberikan tepat sasaran dan bermanfaat bagi perempuan di dusun Simpang Tiga. Dukungan dari pemerintah terutama pemerintah desa khususnya desa Untang dusun Simpang Tiga baik pemerintah kabupaten, pemerintah desa dan masyarakat dusun Simpang Tiga, harapannya semakin banyak yang ikut berpartisipasi semakin banyak masyarakat menerima manfaatnya serta merasakan dampaknya dan menerapkannya dalam kehidupannya

Hambatan Kearifan Lokal Anyaman Bambu Sebagai Potensi Ekonomi Kreatif Bagi Perempuan Di Desa Suka Maju

This article aims to describe the barriers to local wisdom of woven bamboo as creative economic potential for women in Suka Maju Village. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using purposive sampling method, data collection, researchers using interviews, observations, and documents. The data analysis used in this study consisted of several stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, to determine the validity of the researcher's data using data triangulation techniques. The results of the study found that the obstacles to local wisdom of woven bamboo as potential for the creative economy were the lack of product innovation, traditional product marketing and a lack of business networks

PELATIHAN PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN KELUARGA DESA SEBETUNG MENYALA KALIMANTAN BARAT

Abstrak: Pengabdian Masyarakat dilakukan pada wanita Desa Sebetung Menyala, Kecamatan Teriak, Kabupaten Bengkayang, Kalimantan Barat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan literasi keuangan bagi ibu rumah tangga agar semakin mampu mengelola keuangan keluarga. Materi pelatihan yang diberikan adalah tentang kebutuhan dan keinginan, pendapatan dan pengeluaran, pencatatan kas harian, pentingnya menabung dan bijak dalam meminjam disertai dengan contoh, latihan dan diskusi bersama sehingga pelatihan dapat berjalan dengan baik dengan peserta yang aktif berinteraksi sampai akhir sesi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam dua kali pertemuan bertempat di Balai Desa dengan pembatasan jumlah peserta sekitar5 orang pada pertemuan pertama dan maksimum 15 orang pada pertemuan kedua dengan tetap berupaya mengikuti protokol kesehatan di masa pandemi covid. Hasil penyuluhan dan pelatihan memberikan peserta pengetahuan pengelolaan keuangan keluargadan menambah kesadaran peserta untuk dapat mengatur pengeluaran dengan baik setiap harinya.  Abstract: Community service is carried out for women in Sebetung Menyala Village, Teriak District, Bengkayang Regency, West Kalimantan. This service activity aims to provide knowledge on financial literacy for housewives so that they are more able to manage family finances. The training material provided is about needs and wants, income and expenditure, daily cash recording, the importance of saving and borrowing wisely accompanied by examples, exercises and discussions together so that the training can run well with participants who actively interact until the end of the session. The activity was carried out in two meetings at the Village Hall with a limit of participants around5 people in the first meeting and 15 people in the second meeting while still trying to follow health protocols during the Covid pandemic. The results of counseling and training provide participants with knowledge of family financial management and increase participants' awareness to be able to manage expenses properly every day

the Concept of the Street Vendors’ Management in the Border Area

This study aims to determine how the concept of street vendors in Bengkayang Regency, so as to improve the image of the region. The research method uses descriptive qualitative methods. Research location in Bengkayang Regency. The object of this study is the street vendors, which is one of the jobs using the roadside area to sell, as well as the street vendors in Bengkayang Regency. Initially, the street vendors sell at night in the terminal area, but because the terminal will build a shop, the street vendors moved to the Dekranasda area. In these areas it was felt rather quiet of the buyer, so the street vendors moved to sell at the edge of the roadside shophouse that was closed. Thus actually disturbing the view of Bengkayang Regency city planning. But it cannot blame these street vendors either, because it is their livelihood and indirectly adds to regional income. The results of this study are a form of business facilities that harmonious and memorable transparent street vendors so as not to interfere with the visual aesthetics of the corridors on the road, so as to make the road neat and attractive

ANALISIS IMPLEMENTASI TEKNOLOGI DIGITAL PADA USAHA MIKRO KECIL MENENGAH DI WILAYAH PERBATASAN

The purpose of this study is to find out how much digital technology is used in the marketing field for micro, small and medium enterprises in border areas, especially Bengkayang district. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, using the methods of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of community research in Bengkayang Regency have used digital technology as a means of marketing products, but in implementing the management of marketing products it is still relatively low, because of problems in the network so that there is still use through manuals directly to consumers, although purchasing power is lower than using digital marketing technology

Analisis Gaya Kepemimpinan dalam Mempertahankan Keberlangsungan Usaha Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Di Daerah Perbatasan: Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Transaksional

The purpose of this study is to explain how the form of application of the leadership style of economic actors in maintaining business continuity in Bengkayang Regency. In addition, to find out whether the applied leadership style is considered effective. This study uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach. The source of data in this study came from primary data obtained through in-depth interviews with predetermined informants. The data obtained was then processed using qualitative data analysis software NVivo 12. The results of this study describe leadership styles in maintaining business during the Covid-19 pandemic in border areas including transformational leadership styles and transactional leadership styles. The application of a leadership style that dominates business actors in border areas is a transformational leadership style, because leaders will tend to involve employees in strategic decisions according to the situation and conditions that occur. Thus the transformational leadership style can run effectively in various conditions that are happening in the business or business environment in border areas

Pemanfaatan Digital Dalam Pemasaran Produk Anyaman Rotan Kampung Kreatif Di Perbatasan

This article aims to describe the use of digital in the marketing of creative village rattan woven products in the Border. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using purposive sampling method, data collection, researchers using interviews, observations, and documents. The data analysis used in this study consisted of several stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, to determine the validity of the researcher's data using data triangulation techniques. The results showed that not all of the digital marketing strategies were used properly, the use of social media Facebook and Whatsaap were the most widely used tools, besides that marketing strategies could also be seen through the 4P marketing mix where rattan woven products have the uniqueness of different motifs so that the price is also low. adjusting, strategic location because it is located on the border so that traditional promotion facilities are also very effective.&nbsp

PENDAMPINGAN PENINGKATAN TEKNOLOGI DIGITAL BAGI GURU DI SEKOLAH DASAR

Perkembangan teknologi digital juga mempengaruhi perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan berbagai aspek lainnya. Dunia pendidikan baik dalam proses akses informasi dan sumber daya, proses pembelajaran, maupun penilaian dan evaluasi pembelajaran tidak luput dari pengaruh teknologi digital. Teknologi digital membawa perubahan yang sangat signifikan dalam dunia pendidikan. Tujuan melaksanakan kegiatan ini yaitu melaksanakan pendampingan peningkatan teknologi digital bagi para guru di Sekolah Dasar. Metode pendampingan dilakukan dengan metode diskusi dan praktik dengan 3 tahapan kegiatan yaitu diskusi, praktik dan refleksi. Subjek pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah para guru di SDN 03 Bengkayang. Kegiatan pendampingan dilaksanakan dengan terlebih dahulu menyampaikan materi mengenai evaluasi pembelajaran dan teknologi digital. Tahapan kedua adalah pembuatan dan pengelolaan teknologi berupa Platform goggle form sebagai media evaluasi pembelajaran. Tahapan terakhir dalam kegiatan pendampingan ini yaitu refleksi, dalam tahapan ini dilakukan evaluasi terhadap serangkaian kegiatan pengabdian. Melalui kegiatan pendampingan ini, para guru dapat meningkatkan kompetensi mereka dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital sebagai alat pembelajaran dan evaluasi. Peningkatan ini diharapkan menjadi landasan inovasi dalam proses belajar-mengajar, meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, serta mempersiapkan para guru dalam menghadapi perkembangan teknologi digital yang terus berkembang
