The Effect of the Appreciative Inquiry Method on Improving a Sense of Community Among 2021 IFoP Members
A sense of community is very important for the management of an organization. It can help maintain the continuity of the organization and the proactive attitude of its members. Based on the results of a pretest conducted on 21 IFoP administrators for the 2021 period, it was found that four administrators had a very low sense of community and three administrators had a low sense of community. These seven administrators received an intervention in the form of an appreciative inquiry method to increase their sense of community. The research design used in this method was a quasi experiment with one-group pretest-posttest design. The pretest and posttest used a modified measuring instrument called Sense of Community Index-2 from McMillan & Chavis. Meanwhile, the appreciative inquiry method used the stages proposed by Cooperrider, Whitney and Stavros. The results showed that there was a difference in the level of sense of community after the intervention compared to before. The Wilcoxon test that was carried out on the pretest and posttest scores of the research subjects showed a significant result with a p-value of 0.018 (< 0.05). Based on these results, it can be concluded that the appreciative inquiry method can be used to increase the sense of community.

ANALISIS INDEKS KERENTANAN SEISMIK BERDASARKAN PENGUKURAN SINYAL MIKROTREMOR DI KECAMATAN PRAMBANAN DAN KECAMATAN GANTIWARNO KABUPATEN
Frekuensi predominan (fg) dan faktor amplifikasi (Ag) merupakan parameter yang digunakan untuk menghitung nilai indeks kerentanan seismik (Kg) suatu wilayah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan fg dan Ag di Kecamatan Prambanan dan Kecamatan Gantiwarno. Selain itu juga untuk menentukan nilai Kg dan mikrozonasinya di Kecamatan Prambanan dan Kecamatan Gantiwarno.
Pengukuran data mikrotremor dilakukan pada 30 titik penelitian. Data mikrotremor dianalisis menggunakan metode Horizontal to Vertical Spectral Ratio (HVSR) untuk mendapatkan nilai fg dan Ag di setiap titik pengambilan data. Hasil analisis mikrotremor digunakan untuk menghitung nilai Kg. Mikrozonasi Kg dilakukan dengan menggunakan software Surfer 10.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai fg di Kecamatan Prambanan dan Kecamatan Gantiwarno berada pada kisaran 0,7 Hz sampai 9,5 Hz, nilai Ag berada pada kisaran 1,795 sampai 9,010, dan nilai Kg berada pada kisaran 2,27 × 10⁻⁶ s²/cm sampai 5,52 × 10⁻⁶ s²/cm. Hasil mikrozonasi Kg dengan nilai sekitar 2,27 × 10⁻⁶ s²/cm sampai 8,58 × 10⁻⁶ s²/cm menyebar di Desa Joho sebelah timur, Desa Pereng, Desa Ceporan, Desa Jogoprayan, Desa Gentan, dan Desa Sengon sebelah selatan. Untuk nilai Kg sedang ditunjukkan dengan nilai sekitar 10,27 × 10⁻⁶ s²/cm sampai 20 × 10⁻⁶ s²/cm dan nilai Kg relatif tinggi dengan nilai lebih dari 20 × 10⁻⁶ s²/cm menyebar di Desa Bugisan, Desa Sawit, Desa Tlogo, Desa Taji, Desa Mutihan, Desa Sanggrahan, Desa Kebondalem Kidul, Desa Cucukan sebelah utara, Desa Jabung sebelah selatan, Desa Mlese, Desa Ngandong, dan Desa Gesikan. Mikrozonasi Kg sesuai dengan sebaran kerusakan bangunan, di mana persentase kerusakan tertinggi berada pada daerah dengan Kg tinggi yang didominasi oleh Formasi Merapi Mud
Effect of Nitrogen Source on Growth Endophytic Yeast from Salacca edulis Reinw. and Bread Quality Analysis
east biomass is often used in the fermentation of bread dough. Dough fermentation can be maximized by adding a nitrogen source. This study used yeast isolates from salak pondoh (YIS-3, YIS-4, and YIS-7). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of nitrogen addition on yeast growth and bread quality. This study used an experimental approach. The results of the growth study showed that all isolates treated with 0.05% urea produced higher biomass and cell counts than those treated with control. The highest biomass was produced by YIS-7, which was 3.81 g/300mL, while the highest number of cells was produced by YIS-3, which was 29.02x106 cells/mL. The percentage of proofing results showed that all yeast isolates treated with 0.05% urea needed a longer time to achieve the highest proofing. However, the volume of bread after baking showed better results than those treated with control. The largest volume of bread produced by YIS-3, was 972.14 cm3. The results of the organoleptic test showed that P<5%, which means that all treatments had a significant effect on the taste, aroma, color, and texture of the bread. Overall, the panelists gave good acceptance of the bread fermented by YIS-3 with 0.05% urea treatment. So it can be concluded that the addition of urea with a concentration of 0.05% in YIS-3 gave the best effect on the yeast growth and bread quality
MENGEMBANGKAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA BERBASIS VIDEOSCRIBE UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS VIII SMP
Proses pembelajaran matematika seringkali dianggap sebagai pembelajaran yang sulit dan kurang menarik. Penggunaan media pembelajaran juga belum optimal, khususnya di bidang teknologi. Selain itu, guru belummmenggunakannmediaapembelajaran yang inovatif, yang berdampak pada rendahnya hasil belajar siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan media pembelajaran matematika berbasis videoscribe untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Mojolaban pada materi Teorema Pythagoras. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development dengan model ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation, evolution). Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) Spesifikasi produk yang dikembangkan berupa video mengenai materi Teorema Pythagoras yang didesain menarik melalui aplikasi Sparkol Videoscribe, agar penyampaian materi menjadi lebih baik. 2) Kelayakan media diperoleh dari validasi ahli materi sebesar 90%, ahli.,media sebesarr87,5% dan ahlippembelajaran sebesar 92,5%. 3) Rata-rata hasil belajar kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dari kelas kontrol. Uji normalitas dengan Kolmogorov-Smirnov untuk kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol, menunjukkan data berdistribusi normal. Dilanjutkan uji-t independent sample, menunjukkan adanya perbedaan hasil belajar antara siswa yang menggunakan media dan yang tidak. Kemampuan belajar siswa telah mencapai 80% yang menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan. Angket siswa memperoleh rata-rata sebesar 83,25% menunjukkan hasil yang positif. Sehingga media pembelajaran matematika berbasis Videoscribe layak, efisien, dan efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.The process of learning mathematics is often regarded as learning that is difficult and less interesting. The use of learning media is not optimal, especially in the field of technology. In addition, teachers have not used innovative learning media, which has an impact on low student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to develop videoscribe-based mathematics learning media to improve the learning outcomes of Class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Mojolaban on the Pythagorean Theorem material. This type of research is Research and Development with the ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, implementation, evolution). The results of this study are 1) Product specifications developed in the form of a video about the Pythagorean Theorem which is designed to be attractive through the Sparkol Videoscribe application, so that the delivery of the material is better. 2) The feasibility of the media is obtained from the validation of material experts by 90%, media experts by 87.5% and learning experts by 92.5%. 3) The average learning outcomes of the experimental class are higher than the control class. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test for normality for the experimental class and the control class showed that the data were normally distributed. Followed by independent sample t-test, showing that there are differences in learning outcomes between students who use media and those who do not. Student learning ability has reached 80% which shows that student learning outcomes have increased. Student questionnaires obtained an average of 83.25% showing positive results. So that Videoscribe-based mathematics learning media is feasible, efficient, and effective in improving student learning outcomes
KARAKTERISTIK DAN DUKUNGAN TENAGA KESEHATAN TERHADAP PRAKTIK GENITAL HYGIENE IBU HAMIL DI KOTA SEMARANG 2015
Cases of bacterial vaginosis in pregnant women in the city of Semarang based on data from Semarang City Hospital has increased over the last 3 years, in 2011 (4.8%), 2012 (5.4%), and 2013 (5.8%). Bacterial vaginosis in pregnancy can cause preterm labor, KPD, intra-uterine infection and infection pascasectio. The study aimed to describe and analyze the characteristics of respondents and support health workers may be related to the practice of maintaining the cleanliness of the genitalia (genital hygiene) in pregnant women in the city of Semarang. This type of research is explanatory research with cross sectional approach. Subject of the study 379 pregnant women his data taken from 16 health centers in the city of Semarang. Data were collected through questionnaires. Analysis of the data in this research is the data analysis of univariate, bivariate data analysis with chi square test. The majority of survey respondents aged ≥ 50% 28 years, multigravida, ANC regularly, never have complaints on the genitalia, education past high school, do not work with most trimester gestational age 3. Practice good genital hygiene category (60.1%) , variables related to the practice of genital hygiene education scheme (p value 0.0045) and support health workers (p value 0.026) with α 0,05. Puskesmas as the nearest health facility with the community will need to provide information genital hygiene practices through health promotion activities through Posyandu activities, ANC, class of pregnant women and health promotion activities that have been routinely implemented
PENGGUNAAN KERTAS AKTIF BERBASIS OLEORESIN AMPAS JAHE EMPRIT (Zingiber officinale var. amarum) TERHADAP KUALITAS BUAH STROBERI (Fragaria x ananassa) SELAMA PENYIMPANAN
Strawberries (Fragaria x ananassa) are one of the horticultural commodities which have a high production and nutritional value. However, strawberries susceptible to loss of quality during postharvest. Changes in the quality of strawberries among others physical, chemical, and microbiological. Therefore, strawberries are required handling during storage with packaging. Active paper packaging based on oleoresin of ginger dreg 2% containing active substances that inhibit the growth of microbes. This research uses current active paper packaging based on oleoresin ginger dreg as a packaging of strawberries. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of using active paper packaging based on oleoresin of ginger dreg on the quality of strawberries during 12 days of storage at 10 ± 2 ºC. Results of ANOVA analysis with 5% significance shows that the use of active paper packaging based on oleoresin ginger dreg effect on weight loss strawberries for 12 days of storage, color of red on the 3rd, 9th, and 12th day of storage, total acid titration on the 12th day of storage, total dissolved solids on 9th and 12th day of storage, and vitamin C on the 12th day of storage. The hardness and pH value are not affected by the current active paper packaging based on oleoresin ginger dreg during 12 days of storage. Students’ Perceptions of Hybrid Learning in The Face-To-Face Meeting System (PTM) Limited to Science Lesson at The MTs Level
This study aims to determine students' perceptions of learning Hybrid Learning in the Limited PTM System in Science Subjects Class IX at the SMP/MTs level. The research method uses descriptive qualitative methods. The data in the study were in the form of a questionnaire with 14 questions to students. The data analysis technique in this qualitative research is using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. One of the advantages of implementing Hybrid learning is being able to improve students' cognitive learning outcomes. However, in limited PTM the problem faced by students is limited student social interaction, students have difficulty understanding the material. So, among the weaknesses in limited PTM it is assumed that Hybrid Learning is able to overcome problems that occur when PTM is limited. So, it is important to do this research. The results of this study namely students' perceptions of Hybrid Learning learning that Hybrid Learning makes it easier for students to understand the material, students feel happy when learning Hybrid Learning because they can communicate directly both with teachers and with friends. So, it can be concluded that students' perceptions of Hybrid Learning give a positive response
FUNGI ENDOFIT DAUN Artocarpus altilis SEBAGAI ANTIBAKTERI PADA Staphylococcus aureus DAN Escherichia coli
Beberapa jenis mikroba dapat menyebabkan patologis yang cukup serius bagi manusia ataupun makhluk hidup lainnya, salah satunya adalah Staphylococcus aureus dan Escherichia coli. Senyawa aktif dari daun sukun Artocarpus altilis memiliki aktivitas antimikroba, namun eksploitasi tanaman dapat mengakibatkan ketidakseimbangan ekosistem. Fungi endofit hidup di dalam sel jaringan tanaman sehat dan dapat menghasilkan jenis metabolit sekunder yang sama dengan tanaman inangnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengisolasi dan menyeleksi fungi endofit dari daun A. altilis yang memiliki potensi sebagai agen antibakteri terhadap S. aureus dan E. coli. Metode yang digunakan yaitu isolasi fungi endofit dari daun A. altilis dan mengidentifikasinya secara makroskopis dan mikroskopis. Uji aktivitas antibakteri terhadap S. aureus dan E. coli dilakukan ekstraksi metabolit sekunder bakteri endofit dan uji fitokimia menggunakan metode difusi, pengenceran cair, dan padat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapatkan empat isolat fungi endofit daun A. altilis yang diberi kode IS01, IS02, IS03 dan IS04. Fungi endofit IS01 memiliki aktivitas antibakteri sangat kuat, IS03 kuat, IS02 sedang, dan IS04 lemah terhadap patogen E. coli dan kuat terhadap patogen S. aureus. Fungi endofit daun A. altilis dapat berperan sebagai antibakteri terhadap S. aureus dan E. coli

Entrepreneurial Knowledge, Market Orientation, Digitalization, and Entrepreneurial Competencies: Evidence from SMEs in Indonesia
This study aims to acknowledge how Entrepreneurial Knowledge, Market Orientation, Digitalization, and Entrepreneurial Competencies are linked. The data for the study were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). This research covers 142 SMEs in Indonesia based in Malang, East Java. The study used proxies such as creativity, problem-solving, skill, and leadership as a proxy for Entrepreneurial Knowledge, promotion, market needs, and cost analysis as a proxy for Market Orientation. Technology to promote and social media as a proxy for digitalization and Entrepreneurial Competencies variables, measured through identifying customers, wants, developing trust, and negotiating. This study indicates that Entrepreneurial Knowledge, Market Orientation, and Digitalization significantly affect SMEs' Entrepreneurial Competencies in Indonesia. This study recommends applying Entrepreneurial Knowledge, Market Orientation, and Digitalization in SMEs. Furthermore, this study suggests that the government pays more attention to digitalization development for SMEs in general and SMEs in Malang City. Especially during the current pandemic crisis, the role of using technology has dramatically helped SMEs survive. The supporting infrastructure for digitalization, such as easy internet access connectivity, especially in the country's remote areas, can be improved
