Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kualitas Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Batanghari Kabupaten Lampung Timur
Abstrak
Sumber daya manusiamerupakan motor penggerakdariberjalannyasuatu organisasi tersebut. Baik-buruknyasumberdayamanusia akan mempengaruhi kinerja dari suatu organisasi, maka pembinaan sumber daya manusia diarahkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia agar memiliki sikap dan perilaku yang dapat memberikan pelayanan sesuai tuntutan perkembangan masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kualitas Kinerja pegawai Kecamatan Batanghari Kabupaten Lampung Timur.Desain penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif atau penelitian verifikatif. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah kompetensi, lingkungan kerja, job description, dan gaji/insentif dan kualitas kinerja pegawai. Kegiatan penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor Kecamatan Batanghari. Populasi penelitian adalah pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Batanghari dengan jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 30 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara partial kompetensi, lingkungan kerja, job description, dan gaji/insentif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas kinerja pegawai. Secara simultan kompetensi, lingkungan kerja, job description, dangaji/insentifjugaberengaruhsignifikanterhadapkualitas kinerja pegawai.

ABSTRACT
Human resources are the driving force behind the running of an organization. The merits of human resources will affect the performance of an organization, so the development of human resources is directed at improving the quality of human resources so that they have attitudes and behaviors that can provide services according to the demands of community development. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the quality of employee performance in Batanghari District, East Lampung Regency.The research design is quantitative research or verification research. The method used in this research is the explanatory survey method. The objects in this study are competence, work environment, job description, and salary/incentives and the quality of employee performance. This research activity was carried out at the Batanghari District Office. The research population is the employees at the Batanghari District Office with the number of samples taken as many as 30 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires.The results of the study partially show that competence, work environment, job description, and salary/incentives have a positive and significant effect on the quality of employee performance. Simultaneously, competence, work environment, job description, and salary/incentives also have a significant impact on the quality of employee performance.
