    Asma adalah satu diantara beberapa penyakit yang tidak bisa disembuhkan secara total. Kesembuhan dari satu serangan asma tidak menjamin dalam waktu dekat akan terbebas dari ancaman serangan berikutnya. Pengobatan yang diterima pasien asma perlu jangka waktu yang lama, maka perlu ketepatan terapi terutama dalam penggunaan obat harus disesuaikan dengan tanda dan gejala yang dialami serta kondisi pasien. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian non eksperimental dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian secara deskriptif retrospektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi penggunaan obat pada pasien asma di RSUP X Klaten ditinjau dari aspek tepat indikasi, tepat pasien, tepat obat dan tepat dosis disesuaikan dengan standar terapi Drug Information Handbook. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah kasus asma yang diteliti sebagai sampel penelitian periode tahun 2009 adalah 74 kasus. Penggunaan obat asma mengalami tepat indikasi 100%, tepat pasien 90,79%, tepat obat 84,85% tepat dosis 91,89% dan penggunaan obat asma yang rasional sebesar 81,58%. Golongan obat antiasma yang paling banyak digunakan oleh pasien asma adalah golongan kortikosteroid, yaitu 87,83%

    Background: Pharmacy installation is the last unit that determines patient satisfaction in hospital services, so that the good or bad service provided will affect the related service units. Problems that often occur include slow pharmacy services, complicated procedures and difficulties for patients. Lean is an effort to eliminate waste and increase the value added of products both goods and services that take place continuously with the aim of providing value to customers. Outpatient Pharmacy Services at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital in Bantul have not applied Lean. The purpose of this study is to find out the existence of waste in Outpatient Pharmacy Installation of PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital in Bantul Method: This type of research is a case study with a qualitative approach. Location of research in PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital, Bantul. The subject of this study was the pharmacy manager and head of the outpatient pharmaceutical unit. The instruments in this study used observation and interview guides. Data analysis uses triangulation methods and sources. Results: Based on Value Stream Mapping (VSM) mapping, non-racic Non Value Added (NVA) values were obtained 68.21% and 57.59%, which meant that the hospital had not been said to be lean. The critical waste that occurs is waste waiting and overprocessing. The cause of waste waitting is that the SIM sometimes has errors, many officers have double jobs, while overprocessing is caused by many repeated activities, such as repeated prescription studies and etiquette writing twice. Conclusion: This NVA value is more than 30% indicating that the service has not been effective and efficient and there is waste. Waste that often occurs in outpatient pharmaceutical installations in PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul Hospital, namely waiting, is good for non-racial and cosmetic prescription services while over-processing occurs in non-racial prescription services

    Presiden menandatangani dan mengeluarkan Peraturan Presiden (Perpres) tentang pengadaan vaksin dan pelaksanaan program vaksinasi untuk menanggulangi pandemi COVID-19. Perpres tersebut menetapkan bahwa pemerintah akan mempersiapkan pengadaan dan distribusi vaksin serta pelaksanaan vaksinasi. Salah satu sasaran diberikannya vaksinasi COVID-19 yaitu golongan lansia. Tujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dana antusiasme para lansia agar supaya mengikuti vaksinasi COVID-19 di rw 01 Kelurahan Batu Ampar Kecamatan Kramat Jati Jakarta Timur.  Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner sebelum dan sesudah diberikan penyuluhan. Hasil penelitian setelah diberikan penyuluhan kesehatan menunjukkan sebesar 25 lansia (100%) di RW 01 Kelurahan Batu Ampar Kecamatan Kramat Jati, Jakarta Timur bersedia untuk melakukan vaksinasi COVID-19. Para responden memiliki antusiasme keinginan vaksinasi sebelum eduksi sebesar 65% dan setelah mendapatkan edukasi sebesar 89%.Responden yang berhasil didaftarkan sebanyak 25 ke puskesmas kecamatan Kramat Jati, Kelurahan Batu Ampar Jakarta Timur dengan menggunakan format sama seperti pada link Pemerintah Kota Jakarta https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScJz6ae82XTzqJkbFztR4PBBNw6hmHazFypqE0e9JthAYH08Q/viewform.     ABSTRAKLiterasi digital di era saat ini tidak sekedar memahami baca tulis angka, lebih dari itu literasi digital ialah kemampuan mencari, mengolah dan memutuskan semua informasi yang diperoleh dari internet secara bijak dan produktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kemampuan literasi digital mahasiswa prodi PPKn FKIP Universitas Sriwijaya. Metode penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan survei. Responden penelitian ialah 315 mahasiswa FKIP PPKn yang sedang mengambil mata kuliah tugas akhir/Skripsi. Hasil di peroleh bahwa literasi digital dalam aspek keterampilan fungsional, komunikasi efektif, kreativitas, berpikir kritis, pemahaman konteks sosial budaya, kemampuan menemukan dan memilih informasi, Keamanan elektronik dan kolaborasi dikategorikan sedang karena berada di antara interval 2,6-3,4. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya upaya sinergi bersama antara perguruan tinggi dan mahasiswa dalam meningkatkan literasi digital. Beberapa upaya tersebut meliputi 1) pemahaman literasi digital; 2) pemerataan jaringan internet; 3) pihak kampus melaksanakan kegiatan berbasis literasi; 4) penguatan budaya menulis; dan 5) memfasilitasi beberapa mata kuliah yang berkaitan erat dengan literasi digital. 6) meningkatkan keterampilan yang mendukung  ABSTRACTDigital literacy in the current era is not just understanding reading and writing numbers, more than that digital literacy is the ability to search, process and decide all information obtained from the internet wisely and productively. This study aims to see the digital literacy skills of Civics study program students at FKIP Sriwijaya University. The research method used a questionnaire with a survey. The research respondents were 315 Civics students who were taking final project / thesis courses. The results showed that digital literacy in the aspects of functional skills, effective communication, creativity, critical thinking, understanding the socio-cultural context, the ability to find and select information, electronic security and collaboration were categorized as moderate because they were between the intervals of 2.6-3.4. Therefore, there needs to be a joint synergy effort between universities and students in improving digital literacy. Some of these efforts include 1) understanding digital literacy; 2) equal distribution of internet networks; 3) the campus carries out literacy-based activities; 4) strengthening the culture of writing; and 5) facilitating several courses that are closely related to digital literacy. 6) Improve supporting skills

    Keefektivan Pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis dan Rasa Ingn Tahu Mahasiswa

    This article aims to describe the study results about the effectiveness of using the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach to critical thinking skills and college student curiosity in the Pancasila Education subject. The research instrument used in this study was a questionnaire about curiosity and elaboration questions to test students’ critical thinking skills. The trial subjects were 55 third semester students. The effectiveness of data analysis based on test results is done by determining the percentage of students’ mastery learning and determining the gain score in the class that is used as the research subject. Based on the achievement of mastery learning classically reached 83.64% with the number of students 46 out of 55 students. Gain score of 0.61 or in the “medium” category. Based on the results of tests of students “critical thinking skills shows that the CTL approach is effective for improving students” critical thinking skills. Achievement of student curiosity based on the results of the questionnaire in the “very high” category with a percentage reaching 72.73% or as many as 40 students from 55 students. Besides the gain score of 0.61 or in the category of “medium”. Based on the curiosity questionnaire shows that the CTL approach is effective for developing student curiosity

    English Learning Materials for Senior High School Grade X written by MGMP Team of Kudus Regency is one of English handbook which is used as a main learning source for students. It provides so many materials including reading texts. There are five text types in this book. And as a handbook, the texts in this book must be correct and coherence. And it can be done by analyzing textual meaning. To analyze and discuss textual meaning, we need a tool that we call theme and rheme. The exchange information between successive theme and rheme pairings in a text is called as thematic progression. Thematic progression contributes to the cohesive development of a whole text. The objective of this research is to find out the types of theme and thematic progression of reading texts in English Learning Materials for Senior High School Grade X written by MGMP team of Kudus Regency. The design of this research is a descriptive qualitative since it examines the types of theme and thematic progression of reading texts in English Learning Materials for Senior High School Grade X written by MGMP team of Kudus Regency. The result of this study shows that the reading texts in English Learning Materials for Senior High School Grade X written by MGMP Team of Kudus Regency consist of 270 topical theme, 101 textual theme and 7 interpersonal theme. At last, it can be seen that the highest number types of theme is topical theme. The writer also found that the texts use various types of thematic progression which comprise 158 constant/reiteration theme, 62 zigzag theme and 14 multiple theme. So, it can be seen that the highest number types of thematic progression is constant/reiteration theme. Therefore the writer suggest that the English teacher should understand about thematic progression so that they can teach the students about how to create coherent text. So they can be a professional English teacher and can teach their students how to create a coherent text. The writer also recommends for English students and further reseracher to add their knowledge about the theme-rheme and thematic progression in order to create coherent in the whole text especially in writing skill

    This research aimed to improve Students’ Accounting Learning Activity in Class XII Social 1 SMA Negeri 5 Yogyakarta Academic Year 2017/2018 through the implementation of Active Learning Model with Firing Line Type. The type of this research was Classroom Action Research conducted collaboratively between an accounting teacher with the researcher. The subjects of this research were the students in Class XII Social 1 SMA Negeri 5 Yogyakarta Academic Year 2017/2018 which amounted to 24 students. Data collection techniques used in this research were participant observation, questionnaire, and documentation. The data analysis technique used to determine the improvement student learning activity was analysis of quantitative descriptive data with percentage. Based on the findings of the research, it could be concluded that the Implementation of Active Learning Model with Firing Line Type can Improve Students’ Accounting Learning Activity in Class XII Social 1 SMA Negeri 5 Yogyakarta Academic Year 2017/2018. This was indicated by the improvement of percentage average score of Accounting Learning Activity from 79,01% in the cycle I to 88,16% in cycle II or improve 11,58% (relative) and 9,15% (absolute). The numbers of students who got score ≄75% in the Accounting Learning Activity improve from 18 students (75%) in the cycle I to 24 students (100%) in cycle II

    The Integration of Islamic Education Value in Strengthening Higher Education Students’ Peace-loving Character

    Very important to provide understanding and awareness to students to manage religious differences into peace-loving characters. In Islamic education, it can be implemented in several ways, such as opposing violent methods and emphasizing the means of deliberation, upholding the values of togetherness, accepting the existence of various human attributes. The method of this study comprised of FGD in examining the curriculum of Islamic Education in Higher Education; developing Islamic Education curriculum models in strengthening the peace-loving character (the learning tools include syllabus, lesson plans, Media, and Evaluation). The results of the study demonstrated that the Islamic education curriculum in tertiary institutions was not yet oriented to human beings peace-loving character, and limited understanding was identified among the students regarding the implementation of that character in the classroom settings. The religious education provided at Palangka Raya University has not yet implemented interfaith education. It required the media to apply the students’ understanding regarding the nature of human differences in activities involving different religions on a project. The Islamic Education Learning Toolkit was based on a student-based problem project with interfaith discussion techniques, making students solve problems that occur in the environment involving all students of different religions who take religious courses in odd semester of 2019/2020

    PENGGUNAAN PRINSIP KERJA SAMA DALAM NOVEL SHAF KARYA IMA MADANIAH (KAJIAN PRAGMATIK)

    Secara umum pragmatik berhubungan sangat erat dengan penggunaan bahsa baik secara lisan maupun tulisan, dalam situasi pemakaian yang sebenarnya. Karena bahasa merupakan alat untuk berinteraksi, yang memungkinkan pelaku tindak tutur harus menggunakan prinsip kerja sama supaya pesan yang terdapat dalam ujaran dapat di mengerti oleh mitra tuturnya. Prinsip kerja sama pada dasarnya berfungsi untuk mengatur percakapan yang terjadi antara penutur dan mitra tutur, sehingga tuturan tersebut bisa menghasilkan informasi yang jelas dan tidak ambigu, sehingga tujuan dari komunikasi bisa berjalan tanpa ada kendala apapun. Prinsip kerja sama dalam berkomunikasi tidak hanya terjadi pada kehidupan nyata saja, tetapi juga dapat ditemui di karya sastra seperti novel, cerpen, dan sebagainya. Ada dua fokus penelitian yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini, yaitu: 1) Bagaimanakah penggunaan prinsip kerja sama dalam novel Shaf karya Ima Madaniah dan 2) Apa sajakah jenis prinsip kerja sama yang terdapat dalam novel Shaf karya Ima madaniah. Dan tujuan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu: 1) Untuk mengetahui penggunaan prinsip kerja sama dalam novel Shaf karya Ima madaniah, dan 2) Untuk mengetahui jenis prinsip kerja sama yang terdapat dalam novel Shaf karya Ima Madaniah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik simak catat, pemeriksaan keabsahan data dengan triangulasi, dan analisis data menggunakan Miles dan Huberman. Hasil dari analisis data penelitian terdapat 112 percakapan yang mematuhi prinsip kerja sama yang terbagi menjadi dua maksim yaitu, maksim kuantitas ditemukan 94 data dan maksim kualitas ditemukan 18 data. Sehingga analisis data dalam novel Shaf karya Ima Madaniah ditemukan bahwa percakapan antara tokoh satu dengan yang lain menggunakan maksim kuantitas
