    Hak normatif pekerja merupakan hak dasar pekerja dalam hubungan kerja yang wajib dilindungi dan dijamin dalam peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku sehingga menjadi kewajiban pengusaha untuk memenuhinya. Tetapi faktanya seringkali ditemui adanya pengusaha yang tidak memberikan hak-hak normatif pekerja tersebut dengan berbagai alasan sehingga menjadi sebab terjadinya perselisihan hubungan industrial diantara pekerja dengan pengusaha. Saat ini Pengadilan Hubungan Industrial menjadi satu-satunya lembaga yang memiliki kewenangan untuk memutus perkara perselisihan hubungan industrial yang terjadi antara pekerja dan pengusaha. Tetapi setelah adanya putusan dari Pengadilan Hubungan Industrial tidak menjadikan serta merta masalah antara pekerja dan pengusaha selesai. Karena pada saat Pengadilan memberikan putusan yang memenangkan pekerja tidak semua pengusaha mau dengan sukarela melaksanakan isi putusan. Sehingga memerlukan upaya hukum lebih lanjut dari pekerja. Maka penelitian ini akan meneliti sejauh mana hukum yang ada memberikan kepastian terhadap pekerja mengenai pemenuhan hak-hak normatifnya pasca putusan dari pengadilan hubungan industrial. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan penelitian normative kualitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder sehingga pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi pustaka, membaca, menelaah, dan menganalisis data-data yang bekaitan dengan masalah yang diteliti

    Mediation has been regulated in Paragraph 1 Article 1 PERMA no. 1 2016, which is related to the practice of judicial mediation. "Mediation is a way of resolving disputes through the negotiation process to reach an agreement between the parties with the involvement of an intermediary," said the article. The problem in this article is important because the parties can make a peace agreement before the judge who handles the case. In addition, it can be done outside the court which has become known as legal practice. Courts are a matter of peace. This study uses a normative legal approach. The results of the author's research show that the legality of the law that is decided by the judge in court and consensus causes the parties to try to resolve their disputes and must be forced to consider the peace case approved by the judge to be law and have legal force. Be irrefutable. If the settlement of a dispute outside the court is decided by a judge during the trial and arranged in a peaceful case, both parties are legally obliged to follow their decision. A peace dispute that has not been resolved by a judge's decision is poor law enforcement and one of the parties can continue to file lawsuits.     Waste management is something that is important and needs attention. The 1945 Constitution has guaranteed the basic rights of citizens to the environment as stipulated in Article 28H paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution which reads "Everyone has the right to live in physical and spiritual prosperity, to have a place to live, and to have a good and healthy environment and entitled to health services‚ÄĚ. The Batam City Government has established Batam City Regional Regulation Number 11 of 2013 concerning Waste Management as the implementing regulation of Law no. 18 of 2008 in the city of Batam. However, in reality in the field, the management and handling of waste in the city of Batam can still be said to be not optimal. Based on the data, the waste transported to the TPA (direct and indirect is 57.36% or 1,523.20 m¬≥/day, the waste is managed independently by the community is 0.033% or 0.95 m¬≥/day, the 3R Processed waste (TPS3R/ TPST/Waste Bank) of 0.52% or 1.45 m¬≥/day, and Unprocessed waste of 42.56% or 1,130.04 m¬≥/day.This research is an empirical juridical study using a sociological approach.Primary data used in this study were field studies in the form of data and interview results with the Batam City Environment Service as well as the results of interviews with some communities around the Batam Kota sub-district, and coupled with data obtained from research questionnaires which were distributed to communities around the Batam sub-district area City using random sampling method

    In the game industry itself, particularly in Indonesia, the majority of game developers and publishers are copyright holders who are not the creators themselves, often referred to as license holders. To analyze the legal protection for copyright holders of online game software in relation to the economic rights of the creator, Philipus M. Hadjon's Theory of Legal Protection can be used. The objectives of this research are to analyze the legal regulations for copyright holders of online game software, to analyze the legal protection for copyright holders of online game software in relation to the economic rights of the creator, and to analyze the role of the Government in providing legal protection for copyright holders of online game software. The research used a normative juridical approach, therefore the data used are secondary data obtained from existing literature. It employs qualitative juridical data analysis. The results of the research show that in the legal protection for copyright holders of online game software in relation to the economic rights of the creator, according to Philipus M. Hadjon, "there are two types of legal protection means, namely Preventive Legal Protection means that can be resolved through arbitration/non-litigation, such as Mediation, Negotiation, Conciliation, Arbitration

    One of the tasks and roles of the Tanjungpinang City National Amil Zakat Agency is to measure how much zakat potential there is and to realize this potential in the community to alleviate poverty and advance community welfare. In 2016 the potential for zakat in Tanjungpinang City was quite large, which is Rp. 10 billion, but the total zakat collected was around Rp. 700 Million, of course, this number is far compared to the existing potential. Based on these data, it can be concluded that the prospect of existing zakat has not been realized properly and has an impact on the lack of utilization of zakat in alleviating poverty and promoting community welfare.The purpose of this study is to find out how the effectiveness of zakat management at Baznas Tanjungpinang City, and then what the obstacles to zakat management at Baznas Tanjungpinang City, as well as solutions related to obstacles to zakat management at Baznas Tanjungpinang City. This research uses socio-legal as research methodology, namely research based on field facts. The novelty of this research lies in the object of the research, the theories used, and the contribution of the research. The results of this study state that the management of zakat at Baznas Tanjungpinang City has not been effective because of several obstacles, one of which is related to legal synchronization found after using the theory of Legal Effectiveness in the analysis, and a solution is given in the form of additional material for the additional regulations using the Maqashid Sharia theory. Salah satu tugas serta peranan Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Kota Tanjungpinang ialah mengukur seberapa besar potensi zakat yang ada, serta merealisasikan potensi tersebut kepada masyarakat dengan tujuan mengentaskan kemiskinan dan memajukan kesejahteraan masyarakat.  Pada tahun 2016 potensi zakat di Kota Tanjungpinang terhitung cukup besar yakni senilai Rp. 10 milliar, namun total zakat yang berhasil dikumpulkan sekitar Rp. 700 juta,  tentunya angka tersebut terbilang jauh dibandingkan dengan potensi yang ada. Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa potensi zakat yang ada belum terealisasikan dengan baik dan berdampak pada  kurangnya pemanfaatan zakat dalam mengentaskan kemiskinan serta memajukan kesejahteraan masyarakat masih belum terealisasikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas pengelolaan zakat pada Baznas Kota Tanjungpinang, kemudian apa yang menjadi kendala terkait pengelolaan zakat pada Baznas Kota Tanjungpinang, serta bagaimana upaya yang harus dilakukan terkait kendala dalam pengelolaan zakat pada Baznas Kota Tanjungpinang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis empiris yakni penelitian yang berdasar pada fakta lapangan. Kebaruan dalam penelitian ini terletak pada objek penelitian, teori-teori yang digunakan, serta kontribusi penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa tata kelola zakat pada Baznas Kota Tanjungpinang kurang efektif, yang diakibatkan dengan beberapa hambatansalah satunya terkait sinkronisasi hukum yang ditemukan menggunakan teori Efektivitas Hukum, serta diberikan solusi atas berupa tambahan materi muatan terhadap peraturan tambahan tersebut menggunakan teori Maqashid Syariah.
