PERSONIFIKASI DALAM PUISI PADA AKUN INSTAGRAM @KUMPULANPUISIKEHIDUPAN
Puisi adalah salah satu cabang sastra yang menggunakan kata-kata sebagai media penyampaian untuk membuahkan ilusi dan imajinasi. Gaya bahasa personifikasi adalah semacam gaya bahasa kiasan yang menggambarkan benda-benda mati atau barang-barang yang tidak bernyawa seolah-olah memiliki sifat kemanusiaan. Penelitian ini yaitu bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk dan makna gaya bahasa personifikasi yang digunakan dalam puisi pada akun Instagram @kumpulanpuisikehidupan. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis isi yaitu dengan cara membaca, memilah, menganalisis, dan menyimpulkan gaya bahasa personifikasi dalam kutipan puisi pada akun Instagram @kumpulanpuisikehidupan. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, ditemukan gaya bahasa personifikasi dalam puisi pada akun Instagram @kumpulanpuisikehidupan yaitu sebanyak 20 data
Feasibility Study Using Added Value Calculation Analysis for Palm Oil Supply Chain
The Palm Oil Supply Chain (POSC) is a series of companies dealing with materials or products derived from oil palm fresh fruit bunches. The chain is interdependent sequentially and cooperate in the control, management and improvement of the flow of products, money and information from the upstream side to the downstream side. The POSC consists of palm oil seed growers, farmers, traders, CPO factory, refinery factory, distributor/retailers, and consumers. The first party in the chain is the palm oil seed or seedling growers. These growers have a very important role for palm oil farmers because the quality of the seeds determines the quality of further fruits. The aims of this study are to evaluate the feasibility study of growing the seedlings, and measure the sensitivity of the factors to the profitability. By using modified Hayami method for the supply chain, the added value obtained is Rp5.950.227.861 which is 34,73% of the sales. The feasibility analysis calculation with an interest rate of 13.5%, shows the NPV of Rp 38.439.321.865, with the BEP of Rp 828.430.058, while ROI result 78,62%, Payback Periode value 1,27, Modified B/C Ratio 1,69, and IRR 78,33%

Rancang bangun kendali kecepatan motor Brushless Direct Current (BLDC) menggunakan metode Lead Compensation pada mobil listrik
Penggunaan motor BLDC pada mobil listrik menawarkan efisiensi yang lebih tinggi dan kinerja yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan mesin pembakaran internal konvensional. Mobil listrik yang menjadi objek penelitian ini memiliki permasalahan yaitu rise time yang cukup lama serta memiliki overshoot. Penggunaan metode lead compensation dalam sistem kendali kecepatan motor BLDC dapat mempercepat rise time dengan overshoot yang minim sesuai setpoint yang ditentukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem kendali kecepatan motor Brushless Direct Current (BLDC) menggunakan metode Lead Compensation pada mobil listrik. Metode Lead Compensation dipilih untuk meningkatkan respons sistem kendali, khususnya dalam mengurangi rise time dan meningkatkan stabilitas serta responsivitas kendaraan terhadap perubahan kecepatan. Sistem kendali ini dirancang menggunakan hardware dan software yang melibatkan Arduino UNO dan sensor rotary encoder untuk memantau dan mengatur kecepatan motor. Pengujian dilakukan pada setpoint 900 RPM dan 1800 RPM untuk mengevaluasi kinerja sistem kendali yang dirancang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode Lead Compensation dengan parameter Gain = 2.5, Zero = 35, Pole = 43.7025 berhasil meningkatkan kinerja kendali kecepatan motor BLDC. Pada daerah setpoint 900 RPM dapat mempercepat rise time sebesar 0.31s dan overshoot menurun sebesar 1.88%. Sedangkan pada daerah setpoint 1800 RPM dapat mempercepat rise time sebesar 0.2s dan overshoot menurun sebesar 2.49%

The prominence of Indonesia as an agricultural country, the role of agriculture and agribusiness can be an instrument in the development of the national economy. The purpose in this research to find out the factors that affect Export Volume of Vegetable Food in Central Java. The independent variable in this study are Harvest Area, Export Prices of Vegetable Food and Production of Vegetable Food, while the dependent variable is Export Volume of Vegetable Food in Central Java. The results of this research show that the variable of Harvest Area and Export Prices of Vegerable Food has negative and significant effect toward the Export Volume of Vegetable Food in Central Java. Variable of Vegetable Food Production is a positive and significant effect toward Exports Volume of Vegetable Food in Central Java
Formulasi Nilai Tambah pada Rantai Pasok Minyak Sawit
In palm oil supply chain (POSC) the smallholder farmers sell their fresh fruit bunch (FFB) to Palm Oil Mills through traders. Palm Oil Mills convert the FFB into crude palm oil (CPO). CPO is sold to the refinery, who converts CPO into frying oil and sends the product to the distributors. The distributors subsequently sell them to the consumers. Each member of the POSC will try to optimize its added value. The aim of this paper is to develop an added value formulation as a function of risk, investment and technology levels of each of the POSC member. To facilitate fair distribution of rewards a concept of added value utility based on rsk, investment and technology level was introduced. To optimize the added value distribution between the members the concept of stakeholder dialogue was used. The selling prices were negotiated between the actors until each reached a satisfactory value, which was ruled by the levels of optimum added value utility. This research is important because the developed model can facilitate a better formula to calculate the fair distribution of added values, therefore ensure its sustainability and improve the total supply chain added value.Keywords:Utility, Value Added, Palm Oil Supply Chain, Exponential FunctionAbstrakPada suatu rantai pasok agroindustri minyak sawit (RPMS), petani menjual tandan buah segar (TBS) ke pabrik CPO melalui pedagang/pemasok. Pabrik CPO merubah TBS menjadi CPO. CPO dijual ke refinery (pabrik minyak goreng), yang merubah CPO menjadi minyak goreng, dan menjualnya melalui distributor kepada para konsumen. Setiap anggota RPMS akan berusaha untuk mengoptimumkan nilai tambahnya masing-masing. Tujuan penulisan makalah ini adalah menyusun formula perhitungan nilai tambah RPMS yang dipengaruhi oleh tingkat risiko, tingkat investasi dan tingkat teknologi yang terkait dengan masingmasing pelaku rantai pasok. Untuk mengusahakan distribusi yang adil dari imbalan maka digunakan pendekatan stakeholder dialogue. Harga jual dinegosiasikan diantara para pelaku RPMS sampai didapat suatu nilai yang memuaskan semua pihak, yang ditentukan berdasarkan utilitas nilai tambah yang optimum. Penelitian ini penting karena model yang dikembangkan dapat memfasilitasi formula yang lebih baik untuk menghitung distribusi nillia tambah yang adil, sehingga akan dicapai keberlangsungan usaha dan meningkatnya nilai tambah total dari RPMS.Kata kunci: Utilitas, Nilai Tambah, Rantai Pasok Minyak Sawit, Fungsi Eksponensial
IMPLEMENTASI METODE SIMPLE ADDITIVE WEIGHTING (SAW) PADA SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PEMILIHAN RUMAH BERBASIS ANDROID
The process of selecting house is a difficult thing to do, because there are many alternatives offered by developers. The purpose of this research is to build an Android-based decision support system that can help selection process involving ten criteria. The criteria used in this research are house prices, building area, land area, electricity, water sources, distance from market, distance from university, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, and number of floors. The system built applies Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. SAW is one of the well-known methods and is often used for multiple attribute decision making because of its simplicity in providing alternatives during the decision making process. Based on system performance testing, the results of accuracy is 85,7%, which at this time has been categorized as very good.
