Pembuatan Website Untuk Meningkatan Pelayan Bidang Informasi Dan Komunikasi Publik Di Diskominfotik Provinsi Bengkulu

Diskominfotik Provinsi Bengkulu telah melakukan upaya untuk meningkatkan pelayanan di bidang Informasi dan Komunikasi Publik (IKP). Salah satu solusi yang diambil adalah dengan pembuatan website yang dikelola langsung oleh bidang IKP. Website ini dirancang untuk memberikan akses mudah dan cepat kepada masyarakat dalam mendapatkan informasi terkini seputar kegiatan dan program pemerintah provinsi Bengkulu. Pembuatan website tersebut dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknologi terbaru dan desain yang modern, sehingga memberikan tampilan yang menarik dan user-friendly bagi pengunjung. Selain itu, website tersebut juga dilengkapi dengan fitur-fitur yang memudahkan akses dan interaksi dengan masyarakat, seperti sistem pengaduan online dan ruang diskusi untuk mengajukan pertanyaan atau memberikan masukan. Dengan adanya website yang dikelola langsung oleh bidang IKP, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pelayanan dan efisiensi dalam memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat. Selain itu, website ini juga diharapkan dapat menjadi sarana promosi bagi potensi-potensi yang dimiliki oleh Provinsi Bengkulu, sehingga dapat menarik minat investasi dan wisatawan untuk berkunjung ke daerah tersebut

Integrated Responsibility Due to Mining Activities to Environmental Crisis: Capturing Pers Opinion in Environmental Issues

This article was written so that investors could examine the obligations of the central government, territorial legislatures, financial backers, and the general public as a result of mining exercises during natural disasters. To recognize ecological justice, aggregate awareness must be demonstrated and acknowledged. Additionally, a lack of ecological issues can lead to multi-aspect emergencies like an increase in financial disparities and a decline in environmental quality. Ecological security is mandated by the 1945 Republic of Indonesia Constitution in Article 33 Paragraph 4, which takes into account carrying capacity standards and natural knowledge that is proportional to the people's economy. The methodology of this paper is qualitative. It deals with the legal problems that are happening right now. Green businesses have not yet been fully recognized by specific regulations. As a result, achieving a sense of fairness and legal certainty as a legitimate and desirable development will encourage the region to switch to control, long-term investments as a means of addressing the environmental crisis. It is everyone's responsibility to lessen the negative effects of mining investments in Indonesia, particularly on the environment

PROBLEMATIKA KEABSAHAN PEMBUKTIAN PADA IMPLEMENTASI E-LITIGASI MENURUT PERMA NO.1 TAHUN 2019 TENTANG ADMINISTRASI PERKARA DAN PERSIDANGAN DI PENGADILAN SECARA ELEKTRONIK

 The dispute resolution process in court is not always the conventional way that the parties come directly to the court, but can be done online. This was marked by the launch of the e-court on July 13 2018. With the launch of the e-court, the Supreme Court for electronics will fundamentally change the practice of court litigation. Since the issuance of the Supreme Court Regulation Number 1 of 2019 concerning administrative cases and circuit court hearings on August 19 2019, the Supreme Court Regulation Number 3 2018, the case of the Board of Directors has been declared null and void. PERMA No.1 2019 completes PERMA 3 year No. 2018 so that not only the event record can be done online or known as the name of the e-court test but also can be done electronically, for example e-ligitation. For this reason, the author tries to elaborate on the validity of the evidence in e-litigation
