PERANCANGAN ANTENA MIKROSTRIP RECTANGULAR 9 RING SLOT DUAL ARRAY UNTUK APLIKASI WIFI
Tujuan dari perancangan antenna mikrostrip ini adalah untuk memperlebar bandwidth dan meningkatkan gain dengan menggunakan metode rectangular dual array 9 ring slot untuk aplikasi Wireless Fidelity pada frekuensi kerja 2400 MHz. Antena yang diusulkan menggunakan FR4 Epoxy dengan (εr) 4,3, ketebalan substrat (h) 1,6 mm dan loss tangen (tan δ) sebesar 0,0265. Antena dirancang dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak AWR Microwave Office. Metode ini digunakan untuk memaksimalkan lebar bandwidth dan nilai gain. Dari Hasil pengukuran diperoleh nilai return loss -17.294 dB, VSWR 1.316 dan nilai Gain 5.66 dB pada frekuensi kerja dengan lebar bandwidth 220 MHz ( 2556 MHz – 2336 MHz).
The purpose of designing this microstrip antenna is to widen the bandwidth and increase gain by using the 9 ring slot rectangular dual array method for Wireless Fidelity applications at 2400 MHz working frequency. The proposed antenna uses Epoxy FR4 with (εr) 4.3, substrate thickness (h) 1.6 mm and loss tangent (tan δ) of 0.0265. The antenna is designed using AWR Microwave Office software. This method is used to maximize bandwidth width and gain value. From the measurement results obtained the return loss value of -17.294 dB, VSWR 1.316 and Gain value of 5.66 dB at work frequency with a bandwidth of 220 MHz (2556 MHz - 2336 MHz).

EXPLORATION OF EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCES OF TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP IN SHAPING JOB SATISFACTION AND ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT
Leadership plays a significant role in shaping employee experiences in the workplace, especially in creating an environment that supports satisfaction and organizational commitment. The interaction between leaders and employees not only influences work motivation but also determines the level of individual loyalty and attachment to the organization. Therefore, a deep understanding of the dynamics of leadership and its impact on employees is essential in efforts to improve organizational performance and sustainability. This study aims to explore how transformational leadership influences employee job satisfaction and organizational commitment through their experiences and interactions in the workplace. This study was conducted using a qualitative approach that allows for an in-depth analysis of employee perceptions and experiences related to leadership in their organizations. Data were obtained from various relevant sources, such as previous research results, and then systematically analyzed to identify key patterns and findings. The results showed that effective leadership plays a role in creating a sense of belonging and employee attachment to the organization. Support, appreciation, and good communication from leaders increase employee job satisfaction and motivation. In addition, responsive and empathetic leadership contributes to long-term employee commitment, which ultimately has an impact on improving organizational performance and stability

AN OVERVIEW OF THE DETERMINANTS OF NUTRITIONAL STATUS OF ADOLESCENT GIRLS IN TELOK PAKEDAI KUBU RAYA SUB-DISTRICT, WEST KALIMANTAN
One of the efforts to reduce stunting in children under five is to pay attention to nutrition problems in adolescents. This is important considering that nutrition problems in adolescents have many determinants. The main problems in the form of diet and infection still do not get a clear picture. Especially in geographically isolated areas. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of nutritional status and determinant factors associated with the nutritional status of adolescents in Telok Pakdai District, Kubu Raya Regency. This type of research is crossectional, which is a study in which data collection is done at one time. The population in this study were all adolescent girls. The sample in this study were all adolescent girls from 10 villages in Telok Pakedai District. Data analysis shows that there is a relationship between diet and knowledge of nutritional status, but there is no relationship between history of infectious diseases and nutritional status in adolescent girls in Telok Pakedai District
Corrosion Rate of Black Chromium Coating Result of Electroplating on Copper
The problem faced is that the white chromium coating has a low selling value or aesthetic value than the black chromium layer which is more in demand, especially by the younger generation who prioritizes aesthetics. The purpose of the corrosion test was to determine the corrosion resistance ability of the black chromium coating resulting from the electroplating process on the relationship between the solution temperature and the immersion time of copper in a corrosive solution. Corrosion test methods include literature studies, field observations, weighing specimens, immersing specimens in corrosive solutions, weighing specimens, calculating corrosion rates, and data analyzing. Corrosion test results show that the higher the temperature of the solution and the longer the immersion time, the smaller the corrosion rate for the lowest conditions at 30oC and a duration of 5 minutes with a corrosion rate of 0.2004 mm/year and the highest conditions at a temperature of 50oC and a duration of 9 minutes at a rate of corrosion of 0.0108 mm/year
Pemberian Susu Kambing Prebiotik terhadap Kadar Hb pada Anak Stunting
Kalimantan Barat adalah provinsi di Indonesia yang memiliki masalah prevalensi stunting yang tinggi dibandingkan dengan prevalensi stunting nasional yaitu sebesar 29,8%. Kabupaten di Kalimantan Barat yang memiliki prevalensi kasus stunting yang tinggi pada tahun 2021 yaitu terdapat di Kabupaten Melawi sebesar 37,2% dan di Kabupaten Sintang sebesar 38,2%. Asupan protein menjadi faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian stunting. Asupan protein dapat diperoleh dari konsumsi susu setiap hari sebagai alternatif. Konsumsi jenis susu yang berasal dari hewani dapat diperoleh dari susu sapi dan susu kambing. Susu kambing lebih tidak menyebabkan alergi dan mudah dicerna dibandingkan dengan susu sapi. Susu kambing dengan penambahan probiotik pada kasus stunting dapat meningkatkan sintesis dan penyerapan mikronutrien, memediasi inflamasi, dan menyebabkan kenaikan atau penurunan berat badan, meningkatkan sensitivitas insulin, memengaruhi nafsu makan, dan meningkatkan penyerapan mineral. Jenis penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cohort study dimana penelitian akan dilakukan dengan membandingkan antara dua kelompok yaitu kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok control dengan rasio 1:1. Tujuan untuk memantau perbedaan pertumbuhan anak stunting dengan asupan susu kambing dan susu kambing fortivikasi (susu kambing probiotik) di Kabupaten Kabupaten Melawi, Kalimantan Barat, yang akan dilaksanakan selama 90 hari dengan melakukan pemeriksaan darah lengkap, pemeriksaan kadar tiroid, dan kadar seng serta standar antropometri

The product research was made and it was found that a lot of students have a complication regarding their own money management. Innovation can often and typically be referred to as a new product or service offering. However, this product is more to introduce a new way to not over spend your money because some people know they should not spend their money frequently but their wants are bigger than their goals making them spend their money more than their expectation. The main target of this product is students. The purpose of this product is to make sure students do not overspend their money as they have many more needs and expenses that they should prioritize rather than spending on their wants. This product is an improvement of an existing product however the existing product has some weaknesses. It is the same thing but we added a few more features and we introduced a new feature. The new features we added is a pop-up message of warning of the owner overspending their money and a notification will be added. Also, a lock of the application because the owner exceeded their expenses goals. This product will be useful not only for students but also other communities to save their money
