Upper panel: Dipole localizations of the Ne-IC cluster of the young group [Tal(x,y,z) = 2,10, 19; residual variance = 7.11%] and older subjects [Tal(x,y,z) = −1,10, 26; residual variance  = 7.1%].(young = green, old = blue). Lower panel: Contributions of the Ne-IC clusters of each group in the time-window from 0–150 ms following response. Flanker task: The Ne-IC of young subjects cluster accounted for about 51% of variation in the time window 0–150 ms following erroneous response. The Ne-IC of older participants accounted for about 11% of variation in the Ne time window. Rotation task: Here, Ne-IC cluster of older participants accounted for fewer percent of variation compared to younger subjects, too [39.8%<10.42%].</p

Reaction time data of both tasks and age groups.

TITLE: The role of pet - dog in preadolescent child's life SUMMARY: This thesis is focused on the relationship between a school-aged child and a dog in his or her family. The theoretical part presents actual findings in history and form of man-dog and child- dog relationship, about breeding the pet-dogs in families and about their potential impact on man and namely on child. In the empirical part the author describes the process and the outcomes of her research in the area of child-dog relationship. Based upon semi-structured interviews with children attending the primary school third class and their drawings analysis, the author aims to clarify children's own perception of their relationships with dogs as well as the role of the dogs in their families. KEYWORDS: Child, Dog, Pet, Family, Relationshi

The left panel shows the error negativity at FCz [A] and the error positivity at Cz [B] for errors (-err) and correct (-corr) responses in the flanker task (F-) and rotation task (R-), respectively.

The right panel shows the corresponding topographic maps (spherical spline interpolation) for the Ne (70 ms) and Pe peak (220 ms) as well as the difference topography (error-correct) for all conditions (flanker and rotation, correct and errors, respectively).</p
